Negative experience: I apologize but the person who picks up the phone is an idiot. I repeat the same thing 5 times and they keep asking me really stupid questions. Anyway, they also hung up on me, it's ridiculous.

The theoretical classes are very educational and easy to follow. The practical lessons were well structured so that we learned quite quickly.
