Fantastic experience: Today I had my test, I passed with a really good score! It’s all thanks to John, and robin. Boy I tell you they were absolutely amazing! Robin organizes so many campuses and is always on top of everything. Scheduling could not have been easier with robin at the helm! John, is probably the best instructor I have ever faced in my entire life. Whatever they pay him, lemme tell you. It’s not enough. He pin pointed my problem with my first training session with him. He gave me tips and tricks that just resonated with me. I felt so prepared. I was confident. I honestly don’t think I could have asked for a better teacher. Topping it off with my zoom instructor Shawn, he had me always rushing to my computer, never wanted to miss a second. The entirety of the coarse was so fulfilling, was kept interesting even tho some of it was dry I was so into it because of these instructors and teachers. First test. First pass. I strongly recommend Ttcc and John for you if you’re upgrading your license, or getting a whole new one. The absolute best coarse in Canada hands down. Thank you so much John! Fantastic experience: From the moment Robin at the office first talked to me. I was confident I was making the right decision. With the right school. I wasn't just a young person off on a new adventure. I'm a 50yr old Comercial driver. That needed to unlearn a lifetime of bad habits and was. if nothing less then stuborn I did my 1st 2 weeks I'm zoom class's learning basic things that really had me wondering what I had gotten myself into. But once at the trucks. Dave from Barrie met me with a big smile. A joke. And immediately set me at ease. After a few weeks with Dave. I was paired up with John. Who. While direct when needed. Was really an amazing asset to this Facility's credit. He immediately knew what and when to say something. And also when I was frustrated and just needed a few mins to cool down. Teaching an adult with a lifetime of experience cannot be an easy task. But he saw through my bad habits. And gave amazing direction. And honestly. Was the difference I needed to be successful. All in all the team in Belleville was nothing short of a fantastic experience. And would highly recomemd them. Either as an upgrade on your licence. Or a carrier change. I can say my experience there was one well worth recommending

Fantastic experience: John was a great instructor. He pushed me when necessary and got me through my Drive Test on the first try even though I was really anxious. I found him very supportive and knowledgeable, he was able to see where I was struggling and we made time to work on those necessary skills. John was probably the best instructor for me and I’m incredibly grateful he came back to teach just in time for our ‘class’. - Robyn, from the office was great. She was very accommodating and had our backs when a substitute instructor failed to show up multiple times and found us a competent full-time instructor. She made sure to work our lesson schedules so that we could attend without compromising our work schedules or appointments and was very helpful.

My instructor John was top notch. John quickly read the best way for me to learn and did not waste any time. I was able to get my DZ on the first try. Fantastic experience: Got my AZ with Ttcc last fall, then had the opportunity to take their skid school yesterday, by far the most enjoyable training I have ever taken! Robin and Claude where fantastic instructors, the manoeuvres I learned, and practiced where so fantastic, it’s one thing to be told how to recover from a Jack knife, or spin out, but to actually do it, get the feeling and see how the tractor responds, in a safe closed track was by far the best way to learn. I highly recommend taking this training, if I was offered it again I wound absolutely take it again I enjoyed it that much!

Fantastic experience: I took the construction silver course with my bother, which gave us our heavy equipment and our AZ. The Belleville Campus Manager/ Student Advisor Robin was an absolute blessing as she made it possible for me to start my course in time with my brother, giving us both the warmest welcome and wonderful words of encouragement along the way. Our heavy equipment instructor Mike made our learning experience loads of fun with his great sense of humour and skilled guidence. Jeff was our AZ instructor and made the course an absolute blast with fun challenges and competitions between my brother and I that encouraged getting comfortable with the truck and our skills. Training with him was never a dull moment! We are both so grateful for our time with TTCC and the people we got to meet along the way, especially our instructors. They all deserve more than a great deal of praise and I could not recommend them all enough!

Fantastic experience: Two words. John Murray. Great instructor, an even better guy. Didn’t beat around the bush, just kept it straight, told you where you went wrong and gave you calm, comprehensive instructions to fix any mistakes. I went from not knowing how to drive stick to now being employed full time driving truck. No one to thank but him. Other instructors and staff were also always supportive and all around great people. Little gems of advice here and there to make life easier. These people are pros. If you’re hungry to learn, this is the place for you. It’s the people that make this place so great. Fantastic experience: My driving instructor Jeff was awsome to learn from. He was very cool chill relaxed and explained everything thing very thoroughly but easily. Highly recommended to be trained by. My trainer Chris in the zoom meeting was a great teacher lots of detail very explanatory and easy going highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I recently took my AZ training course through TTCC, I had a great experience there. My instructor was Jeff and he’s an awesome guy, he made me feel very comfortable and confident in my driving and inspections, he made it a fun experience rather than a stressful one and I succeeded in getting my AZ licence. I also had Claude for one day and he is a great instructor as well as a great guy! Robin was very friendly and helpful in the office & made things super easy on my end! My heavy equipment course was also a great experience, I had Mike in the Wooler pit and he’s an awesome guy i enjoyed my time there and he made me feel confident in my abilities to operate each piece of equipment! All around a great school and I highly recommend attending!!

Fantastic experience: I recently took the AZ course through TTCC and couldnt be happier. I passed my written tests and my road test the first time thanks to their wonderful staff.  Many thanks to Robin, she is amazing at her job and she adjusted my school schedule to accommodate my family and employer. I liked that TTCC has "one on one" instructors for the students, my instructor was John. John is a great instructor, he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. John figured out how I learn best after just a couple lessons and I enjoyed my time with him. I feel that John pushed me when I needed a push, gave me a pat on the back when I overcame an obstacle and encouraged me to be the best I could be. Fantastic experience: I did my AZ license course through TTCC, I got my license in first try. I highly recommend this school if someone looking for manual transmission. Instructor John Murray is really great personality very informative. He will push you do things in right way and to repeat it until you got it. Always teach you in a way that will work for you. Robin was also really helpful throughout the course according to classes and road test. All other instructors are also very friendly and will give you advice.

John the instructor was a joy to be around. He is an unbelievable teacher who can identify you in the first 15 minutes of meeting you. Everybody learns differently and he has a special and gifted talent of what you need to learn and how to explain it so you understand it. He made it fun but also was firm when he needed to be. Robin in the office is super nice and did a great job setting everything up for me, and I could not have asked for a better instructor than Jeff, every day i was in he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am leaving this course with a pass and the knowledge i need to thrive in this career thanks to him and his years of experience.

He identified my strengths and weaknesses, and worked on what I needed most. I went from grinding gears to shifting smoothly in only a couple of days. I'd highly recommend this training center.

Fantastic experience: Just completed my AZ license at TTCC in Belleville. Robin in the front office was fantastic, helpful and made the process easy and was very helpful with my schedule and getting my test time set up. My trainer was Claude and his experience and knowledge is the reason I had the confidence and skill to learn quickly and easily things I thought would be much more difficult. I was very concerned about whether I would be able to double clutch and shift a standard transmission as I have never in my life done so before; he made it seem easy and I was comfortable doing it in short order. He even took his seat out of the truck and reattached it because I am 6'5 and had issues clutching with my long legs. Very accommodating and I will miss driving with him every week.

Fantastic experience: Not gonna lie I was a Nervous Nelly when I first walked in and right from the start Robin got me all hooked up and walked me through every process that needed to be done, literally went above and beyond! My online trainer Dean was the BOMB and any questions I had he helped me so that I understood and was prepared for the tests! The guys that let me do the observations Jeff and John, THANK YOU!!! Over and over thank you! There is such a huge support team there that I will have to say for as hard as this course was for me they made it so that I could understand it all! Claude and Rick were the cheer team lol and a big thank you to Craig who did my test, he was fantastic with me for as nervous as I was he was so chill and didn’t stress me out lol. Overall, hard course but Amazing people backing you up! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Loved every bit of it, thanks Mike up in the wooler pit great guy lots of tips he can give to you. Thanks joe up in the Peterborough pit very easy going straight forward guy! Big thanks to Jeff at the AZ training location in Belleville, he has years of experience and he was able to pass some of it down to myself very good instructor.

Negative experience: Worst training center I've ever seen. My son was put on with an instructor and was told the instructor would contact us in a few days 3 weeks later still hadn't heard from him. School gave me his email and i contacted and still had no communication for another week. Had to contact the school again to express my frustration and was told to try cell. Gave me his cell and he got back to me only to say I'll have to get back to you later this week. 2 weeks later i had to contact again and finally he set a time for lessons. After 1st lesson told my son he'd text him to schedule next lesson. 2 week later heard for another lesson. Took 5 weeks longer than normal to get his training done. We signed up for the skid school but they stopped going after lockdowns. After asking the school what's going on they said contact the teacher Richard. That cane up empty after months went by with no response from school or teacher. Finally after several emails and calls. I was told they no longer do skid school. But the price hasn't changed. I complained about the instructor but the school didn't care and kept passing the buck. Wouldn't recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with TTCC! From the very beginning Robin helped me through the scheduling and payment process, and was very accommodating to my not-so predictable work schedule. I took the DZ course so it was only 7hrs of training, but my instructor Claude was super thorough and knowledgeable. Between his instructions and me studying my butt off I passed my driver's exam with no problems!

Fantastic experience: What an experience!!!! Thank you to my course coordinator Robin Rockey and of course my instructors Shawn Norton and Claude Gogh. The online course with Shawn went so smoothly and he’s a great teacher. In the Truck with Claude was an absolute pleasure, my grandfather was a truck driver and it was like having him along side with me. All in all the course was incredible and I learned so very very much. Keep up the great work everyone at TTCC you’ve got a bunch of fantastic people in your hands.

For trying to run the program online he did such a great job at explaining everything and answering all my Questions. Negative experience: This school is being reported to the Ministry for not providing skid control training that was promoted as part of the program. I selected this school over other competitors because of this important component, but it was never provided to my son. They originally used Covid as an excuse, continuing to advise that the course would be offered shortly. It has now been two years and, despite repeated follow-ups (emails were ignored, and on phone calls I was advised that the supervisor was not available), no training has been provided. A very unprofessionally run business that will not deliver what you pay for. Go elsewhere, or you'll end up regretting it!

Negative experience: I started the training with this company of November 2020. After 1 year I completed my truck hours and then 8 months later I still don't get my road test booked even though I have paid all fees. I paid $8500 all upfront and I've been SEVERELY delayed or just plain forgotten about for months on end with 0 communication. My trainer was even late 30 mins for each truck lesson. I have tried inquiring for refund of any sort but instead they just say if you need more time you can purchase more hours at $150/hour if you don't feel ready for the test. This isn't right and I haven't been in the truck for almost 8 months. I guess somehow I'll magically pass this road test. I simply got ripped off. That's how this nearly 2 year experience has been for me.

Fantastic experience: A great experience. I would definitely recommend Belleville training campus. Robin (office administrator). is awesome and goes above and beyond. She is amazing at her job . Jeff (in class HEO) instructor was very knowledgeable and informative. Mike (HEO instructor) is very patient and offers a wealth of knowledge. Claude (in class DZ instructor) was very thorough and made sure we understood what was being taught before going onto the next topic. Brad (driving instructor) is amazing . He was very patient and has a great personality to put you at ease behind the wheel. Chad and Veronica (Ronnie) (driving instructors) very supportive and very knowledgeable. We all worked together as a team and it paid off. I passed. Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement your knowledge and providing a fun atmosphere which made learning a new trade a great experience.

Fantastic experience: So thrilled with my experience at Bellevilles TTCC! From beginning to end, I had wonderful people all around me. Jamie john did everything she could for me and more. I have high anxiety in general but, written tests are a nightmare for me. Robin at TTCC helped me get over that. Mike from the the heo side of things is one of the coolest guys that I hope you meet. Driving a truck isn’t always as easy as you might think. There are a lot of tips and tricks to learn to drive one smoothly. I couldn’t have done it without BRAD. The guy is a real trucker. Got his 3,000,000 miles and still has all the energy in the world to teach us young bloods to be kings of the highway. Thanks so much TTCC and loyalist teams!!

Fantastic experience: Trained at the Belleville campus for my DZ license and Heavy Equipment training, I had the pleasure of working alongside Robin and Chad! Robin was always on top of sending me my schedules, booking my road test, and just having a fun chat when I was done training for the day. She definitely has a lot on her plate, but she always has time for a laugh, which is great. Chad was my in-truck trainer and I have nothing but great things to say. He was not only patient with me learning, but would also allow me to figure out my mistakes before telling me what I should of done. He would give encouragement and pointers where needed. I felt comfortable to learn with him which I think helped me have the skill to pass my road test. Both of them made my experience with TTCC a positive one!

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the service that I got with Rick at ttcc! He was an amazing teacher and made me comfortable behind the wheel. I had him teach me in person and there was never a boring moment. He was always accommodating towards my schedule and also had replied fast to any questions out of operating hours. I really appreciate everything he had taught me and that he made me confident in my driving as well.

Fantastic experience: Robin is amazing ! She is over worked and under appreciated in my opinion , maybe by us students . When schedule don’t jive or there has been yet another change in ours as students and trainers . She always went over and above to help accommodate or explain the process . My course was funded by 3rd party and she was always willing to bend over to try to work with that . She was truly my rock during this emotional Rollercoaster of a career change for me . She was always pairing me up with the perfect instructors . I really enjoyed the way they made me feel confident and had can do it and will succeed attitudes . I really enjoyed my truck time Chad , Brad , It was amazing how they all even though I may not have been their student, every trainer even the travelled ones from other campus would stay after shift to go over extra check and things to ensure I understood and will pass all the test ! all your employees I delt with seam to go over the required “job” to really have us understand and become a “professional driver” SHOOT OUT TO MY LADY TRUCKERS HONK HONK ❤️TTCC Thank you Robin Jackie Ronnie and all you trainers and everyone that makes this come together ! Fantastic experience: It was a rocky start at the beginning. Rachel was awesome getting all the paper work done at her end. Robin goes out of her way to get things done on her end. First couple of weeks for in truck was a bad experience I was thinking to my self did I just waste my money on this course due to a trainer who keep canceling or not showing up.. Then Chad (belleville), Joe (Cambridge campus) and Jackie (from London campus) changed my view with company. Chad Joe and Jackie have strong in different knowledge areas. Jake

I have been impressed with the school from first walking into my campus coordinators office, Ms. Robin Rockey in Belleville to complete paperwork, receive in-clearance information along with a question/answer dialogue. I was very impressed with her knowledge, core competencies, and her communications abilities for such a demanding position. What a fine representative and studious professional for the school located in Belleville to have. My practical instruction and operation on the equipment was a superior taught phase in the training regime here in Belleville. From a consistent safety approach in all aspects of the jobsite and equipment operations to excellent methods of instruction, Mike Cote delivers and outstanding course at the quarry. I have been an instructor in a previous career and I can say that Mike has a perfect mix and balance of instructional techniques, giving tips, and teaching all aspects of each piece of equipment so that you are at ease, yet understand the safe and most effective fundamentals of the piece of equipment that you are operating and how it relates to other aspects of various job sites. An outstanding instructor. The classroom sessions on zoom is a challenging method of instruction in any realm, yet Gerry from Thunder Bay was an ace instructor in being able to effectively articulate so many vital teaching points relating to those valuable nuggets and things that one must know to be a successful operator in the field. I overheard many of my classmates praising Gerry for his excellent delivery and instructing. I concur. The TTCC is fortunate to have such an outstanding staff that professionally deliver the courses with passion and commitment here in Belleville. They are top shelf professional instructors with decades of experience, and Robin is a superb campus coordinator with a knowledge base that is second to none. It was an excellent learning environment and I am glad that I chose the TTCC for my courses. Ron.

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of receiving training from TTCC in Belleville for my DZ license. Rachell was helpful at the beginning of my journey and provided me with all of the info I needed to make my decision with the course. Dane, the online instructor, was very knowledgeable and offered some extra help with the areas that I was struggling to understand. Both Tanya (cornwall) and Robin (belleville) made sure I had all the tools I needed to succeed. While they were a bit short for trainers in belleville, they had the best of the best travel down to help train their students. I had the pleasure of learning SO MUCH from a few of the best trainers. John (belleville) gave me tips and tricks for remembering certain things that I struggled with and started my in-truck training where I was comfortable with. Jim (windsor) was super laid-back and made driving with him feel not so intimidating. Finally, I finished off my training with Ken (cornwall) who had all the confidents in me even when I was weary of my skills. Ken even came back to belleville the following week to ensure I was set up for success for my test. I passed my DZ the first try, and I have so many people to thank. Would highly recommend the belleville campus for any future DZ or AZ seeking students.

Negative experience: First off "owner", thanks for finally replying to me four months later. It's unfortunate that it was in response to this comment and not my previous correspondence. Second, it was nice of you to cherry-pick the comments I sent you while omitting the most important elements. Third, this was NOT an isolated incident, Kristin. If you had queried the other staff in Belleville (as I had recommended) you would have known that. I only wish you had taken my concerns as seriously as your attempts to discredit my assessment of this company. This illustrates the validity of my review and why I feel compelled to post it as a warning to others. *Original Comment* Some good staff; unfortunately, the bad take away from that. One particular instructor was extremely rude and condescending. When I voiced concerns to their head office, I was ignored. There are plenty of driver training companies out there. Choose one that will treat you with respect and appreciate your business.

Fantastic experience: Wendy made me feel confident in my driving skills! Took the 3 hours plus i used the car for my g2 test! I was terrified to parallel park, and now im a pro! Service was excellent in the office aswell. I passed my g2 test first try with flying colours! Totally recommend using this company!

Fantastic experience: Crystal, Gary, and Claude all made my time in this school a very good and memorable time! I would strongly recommend anyone looking to upgrade their license or looking to get into Heavy Equipment Operating to go here! They make it a fun learning experience and they focus on YOUR specific areas where you need improvement

Negative experience: Wish i knew what i know now. Advertised as full time. But only a couple hours a day. Then it gets better. I paid $10,000 out of pocket for heavy equiptment course that turned out to be a safty course that is worthless. It will not get you a job in the field. You have tge exact same oppourtunity if you dont that the course. Also wanted to renew AZ license as it was expired and they wanted another $3,000 to renew my license. Needless to say i have to work in a factory now as i wasted my savings to better my life. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE SPENDING THAT MONEY. My opinion is i got ripped off badly.
