Fantastic experience: I passed my road test with the first attempt!! I only started practicing to drive over the summer and had little to no experience when starting so I was very nervous. Thankfully the instructor is very kind, patient, and understanding. She made me feel comfortable and safe, as well as helped me build my confidence with driving. She gave me good instructions on how to do things like parking, pulling over, parallel parking, etc,. Her instructions are clear and easy to remember so you can practice them on your own. She answered any questions I had and if I was unsure about how to do something she made sure to explain things again and have me practice more. I am very glad I chose zoom driving school to learn how to drive and practice as I wouldn’t have been able to pass otherwise! If you are looking for a driving school and feel nervous or anxious about driving or want to improve your skills to become a better driver, I highly recommend zoom driving school. Fantastic experience: I had 10 lessons with them right after I got my Learner’s, which were very helpful and taught me how to drive properly. A few days before going for my New Driver’s test, I took another 3 lessons with them, to perfect my driving skills. Thanks to them, I passed the driving exam first try! The instructors teach valuable lessons that go beyond the scope of just road rules, but also common sense on the road, and common skills that prove to be very helpful in day-to-day driving. They make sure to go over specifics of how the driving exam will go, and give tips on how to pass. The instructors teach the basics, but also take care to check up on your skills, and ask if there is anything specific you would like to work on. The only downside is the instructors are usually late by 10-15 minutes. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend them to anybody else who is learning to drive and planning on getting their driver’s license.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was a tough cookie to teach on my own because she just knew how to drive…while I tried to teach her the rules of the road.. the struggle was real. So… I invested in her learning using Zoom driving school, a great choice on my part!! Honestly, my kid came home feeling like she knew nothing about driving after her first lesson and was upset, but, because she was able to listen and learn from not me, she was learning! And from someone who was well versed in the field of driving and the testing!Best investment ever. Her instructor was so patient & calm and really made her feel comfortable, my daughter isn’t really one for people….so I was super happy to hear that from her! I got her three lessons and the before testing package using the same car as for the test … The instructor was good with communication and very accommodating with us when icbc cancelled our testing date due to the huge snowfall we just had!! They called the day of the test too, so we were devastated!!! But, the instructor fit us in for the alternative date icbc gave us… and my daughter passed with flying colors! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Provide terrible experience and bad expectation. Last minute notice cancellations twice via text messages. Called to confirm appointment twice but none came through, reasons are “not possible tomorrow” or “got stuck tomorrow” without even officially started.

She is a very interactive trainer. Overall, I have had a great learning experience, and I highly recommend this driving school to everyone.
