Fantastic experience: Mr. Ashebo and Debbie are the best. They were super accommodating and flexible with all of my requests. Learning with them is a dream and they make it so easy to learn proper techniques and pass your exam. I passed on my first try thanks to Mr. Ashebo and I was very nervous when I started. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of learning to drive with Mr Ashebo he was always so kind and calm and made me feel no anxiety while learning to drive. He is an amazing instructor and it’s clear this job is right for him, He never once made me thought I was a bad driver and never yells or gets angry, just calmly explains what I did wrong and could improve on. I am happy to say I have my license now, Thank you Mr Ashebo for helping me get there! Definitely get lessons here if you are thinking about it, the price is right and instructors are nice.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE! We had purchased the new drivers package based on positive reviews about the company. The first two sessions were great, but the third session, there was a discrepancy with the driving instructor, and no one showed up. When I went to call and ask, the lady I spoke was lovely, and noted that it would be taken care of. The last two lessons, we were completely ghosted from the company. I emailed and called and no response. Out of the 2 - 2 hr lessons we paid for, we only received 3 and still have not heard back from the company on the other two. Don't waste your time and money here!

Fantastic experience: My teen had limited experience driving when starting the lessons. Mrs. K Ashley was great & prepared him for the road test which he passed on the first attempt. The response from emails sent to the company was very prompt.

Positive experience: My daughter really benefited from the in vehicle training. It gave her a lot of confidence and she passed first try.

Negative experience: The driving portion of the lessons was good and patient. But the administration is not. My instructor would tell me that he would give me a call to schedules sessions, and days would pass without hearing from them, I always had to be the one to call back and follow-up constantly. On the day of my road test, my instructor did not show up for our last session which completely threw off my attempt at the test. Considering how much you're paying for this service, there was a big lack of professionalism, and I can't recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: Both my son and daughter have gone through the program. My son passed the driving test first try and my daughter is testing this week. Both have had Mr. Ashebo and are very confident drivers because of his instruction. Excellent program and excellent instructors and customer service. I highly recommend Mackenzie Drivers Education.

Fantastic experience: Two years ago, I opted for Mckenzie Drivers to teach my two grandsons how to drive, and the experience was truly remarkable. However, when it came to my third granddaughter, I faced a setback as there were limited slots available for registration at that time. Consequently, I had to explore other driving schools in the vicinity. Unfortunately, even after completing 10 hours of lessons with another driving school, my daughter still didn't feel prepared to drive independently. Realizing the need for additional guidance, we decided to invest in more lessons from Mckenzie and scheduled sessions with Mr. Ashebo. Surprisingly, after just two lessons with him, my daughter's confidence skyrocketed.

Fantastic experience: Calm and Patient instructor Ashley was great helped me pass my test first time round

Negative experience: Do not use this Driving school. Very late for pick ups because driver was around the corner on YouTube and lost track of time. Didn’t not teach driving very well and grabbed the wheel while driving and putting their brake on and sitting on their phone while driving with students. Never answer phone or texts or address being at least 15-20 min late for pick up and not making up lost time. Spend your $ elsewhere please! I wish we did.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Ashebo was a great driving instructor. He taught my sister and I and it was a great experience for both of us! I definitely recommend booking with him.

Negative experience: Paid them nearly $700 and they will not answer the phone or return texts to arrange the lessons that I have paid for for my daughter. Horrible service do not recommend. If I can give them a zero or a negative number I would.

Fantastic experience: My son did his driving education with Mr Singh. He was amazing and my son passed his driving test on his first try. Crowfoot Drivers Education was reasonably priced and easy to book lessons. Overall great experience!

Fantastic experience: I passed my road test today in the first try. I never thought I would be able to drive until I met Mrs. Ashlee, she is the calmest, sweaters person I have ever seen. She taught me well, and explained everything perfectly, I appreciate the school of assigning her into my teaching. I hope you all have the chance of enjoying her driving lessons. The instructor assigned to me was very respectful and very flexible. I was able to learn and grow from all the mistakes I made to become a better driver. Positive experience: My son took his drivers education through McKenzie Drivers Education. We were recommended by a family member. We are very happy with the online course material delivery and the in the car instruction was excellent. His instructor was very professional at all times and made him feel at ease while learning. I would definitely recommend!! My only negative comment would be that at times the instructor was a little late picking up but he allowed for extra time to make up for it. Oh and my son passed his drivers with flying colours!!

Peter who answered the phone was very helpful and made it so easy for my son to do all the steps. For the driving part we had Yohannes Ashebo. Mr Ashebo really cares about his students and customized the driving lessons around the student, including driving out to the location of the drivers test to help my son be best prepared for the test. I, as well as my three siblings, were all able to pass our road tests first try with his guidance and skill advice. He was very patient, kind, and explained techniques very well. He gave very useful and helpful advice. Mr. Ashebo was honest on what skills I needed to work on, but he was kind about it and helped me to master them.

Fantastic experience: My 16 yr old recently passed AB road test! yay! She was a student of Mr Ashebo ( I hope spelt that right) and was very happy being taught by him. He went out of the way to call the registry in Lethbridge, where we had booked my child's road test, to find out what the speed limit in residential neighborhood there is. WHO would have thunk? We will be forever grateful of Diana ( I hope that I got her name right) for scheduling all 5 'in vehicle' lessons on short notice since we wanted to have them as close to the road test date as possible and were struggling to get a road test date. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with my instructor Mr. Y ashebo. He will make sure that you are fully prepared for your road test. He is a very patient instructor. Very calm and communicates very well. He made sure that I was ready to pass my road test which I did!! Dianne is amazing person to deal with when booking appointements, cancel or rescheduling. She also return your phone calls very quick. I recommend 100%. Mr. Y Ashebo is my favorite instructor!!

Negative experience: The customer service here is worst. You had employee named Dianne and she was being really rude with me. It was like she doing me some favor talking to me giving information. Really disappointed with the service. Will surely ask my friends to not go there.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with McKenzie Drivers Education! My daughter was lucky enough to get Mr. Ashebo for an instructor. She really learned a lot from him. He had such good techniques to teach things my husband and I had been trying to teach for ever, and with him he made them so simple for her. Her confidence went way way up and she passed the road test on her first try! And not only that, but he was also very nice and she actually enjoyed the sessions. It's much more economical than the AMA courses, but you get the same certificate, and wonderful teaching. You won't regret choosing McKenzie, especially if you ask for Mr. Ashebo.

Fantastic experience: This driving school is incredible, the instructors are amazing I had Mr. G Rourke , Mr Y Ashebo and a few others but I don't remember their names. They were all wonderful instructors and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there wether you're experienced or just starting out they will improve your chances of passing your road test substantially.

Negative experience: If i could give them 0 stars I would! They have no availability, i booked a 2 hour brush up with them- they said they would fit me in anyway because i had my driving test booked and one of their teachers called me and he never showed up! I have emailed them multiple times regarding getting a refund and they have not responded, i also text the instructor that i was suppose to go driving with regarding the refund and he never responded either! Very unprofessional, I would not recommend it. Major waste of money... i also did the classroom hours and the 10 hour driving time with them and they never booked the road test for me or helped me out in anyway to get my license (that is why i needed the brush up). Horrible experience. I booked my brush up with another school and passed- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I want to thank my very nice soft spoken and very patient instructor Mr. ASHEBO for his encouraging technique way of teaching which helped me a lot to finally get my driving license. Fantastic experience: Went hunting and trusted the online reviews on this. My son had a great experience with McKenzie Drivers -- Mr. Rourke the driving instructor obviously did a great job as he passed both the driving school test (online) and his driving portion and then sailed through the gov't driving test as well. Diane in the office was easy to deal with and cut us slack when a sudden illness led to a late cancellation on a scheduled driving lesson. We used their car for the gov't test as well -- all worked out seamlessly. Well done. I highly recommend. Great value and professional.
