Fantastic experience: Natalia is a great instructor! Perfect preparation, I passed from the first time. I already had a license from another country, but I haven't driven for many years and felt very insecure. After classes with Natalia, I clearly understood my actions on the road during the exam and I drive on my own.

Fantastic experience: Natalia is a wonderful driving instructor. She is calm, nice, friendly and explains things well. She will teach you everything you need to know about how to pass your road test. I passed my class 7 road test today and I couldn’t have done it without her. I have been to other driving instructors and she is hands down the best driving instructor in the area. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful I did lessons with Natalia, had I not done them I wouldn’t have gotten my N let alone my license ever. I chose to do 20 hours and it was the best decision, she is very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and I felt comfortable driving the entire time.

Fantastic experience: I have just taken my road test, first try ever, and I passed!!!! I would highly recommend Natalia from K2 driving. It was three days after some practice before the test and she prepared me well. If you are a new driver or someone who needs guidance when driving, I highly recommend her. As long as you listen and practice all of the feedback she gives you, the test will go well for you as she really knows what she is doing. Thank you Natalia!!!

Negative experience: Natalia WAS nice, but when I took my first lesson she kept literally moving the wheel whilst I was driving because i wasnt close enough and over the yellow line?? And she would not like me asking her questions (it would frustrate her and make her ask me "why dont you listen to me!?" But im just curious if there was more than one way to do things, if not all good, but doesnt mean im not listening!) on the teachings she gave. She did give some good tips, but in that situation, she could have caused a very bad accident!!!!! It doesn't stop there, we proceed with lessons and she informs me that all cars have the same height and no different height or POV... When I was also learning in a lifted suv, as well as her car, but I was still wrong??? I just went with it to try and learn as much as I could since I can't afford lessons out of pocket... Natalia also doesn't listen to boundaries you set for safe driving, I asked her almost every lesson to get me to pull over if she's going to explain something, so I'm able to listen. She never did that, I always had to interrupt her so I could pull over and listen... I eventually had enough and canceled lessons with natalia as well as 45mins early (she charged me fully which I understand that since i ended early) due to having to pull over and listen because she was so distracting (i went straight when she told me to turn). Once I started to pull over, she slammed on the breaks because I was pulling "to close to the curb" whilst pulling over, so i may actually understand her, since she didnt listen to my boundary again!!!!! (I also get close to the curb but never hit it, ive been practicing a lot without her (with a friend) I had a good amount of room and was going not even 2-5km) But yet I almost caused a dangerous situation??? (She said I almost ruined her tires and she doesn't want to have to pay for that again, basically saying she's acted like this before my recent situationwith her) When I asked her to, "trust the knowledge she taught me", she said, "I did it to avoid a hazardous/dangerous situation" (never explained how it was dangerous or hazardous, even when i asked specifically, she just got mad i asked) I ended class due to the stress/heated situation and she said she no longer trusted me to rent her car to do my driving test in 2 weeks... And proceeds to charge me for 5 classes, when I did 4..... she said she would ONLY charge me for 4.... why change last min And cause me to not take my first N test so last min!!!!!! And still is purposely ignoring me when i ask why she mentioned she was only refunding me but chose to over charge me last min with zero heads up.... (She stole 100$ off of the money she was supposed to refund me. Money from a grant I got awarded for being a child in foster care, who is on disability, trying to better my life with the funds i won out of hard work) And when I mentioned I was going to post a review on my experience, she replied with "is that a threat?" Sorry what??? Do NOT go to this lady, you'd have a lot better driving instructors literally anywhere else Curiosity and asking for safe driving boundaries shouldn't have ruined my driving experience. And she shouldn't have said she'd only charge me for the 4 lessons i took, then later not reply when she overcharged me by 100$. If she was going to charge me for 5 lessons to begin with, why not inform me??... I hope no one else has to go through this too. I was so excited about these lessons. I hope I don't ever get an instructor this bad again!!!!!!! If I could give no stars I would. Terrible manners and not professional at all.

Fantastic experience: I just want to tell you about my experience with Natalia, as an Autistic individual I always had horrible experiences while trying to get my license, took me years and I held an L forever, I was terrified of getting an Instructor (again) that either wouldn't understand me or have someone who would take advantage of my condition treating me like if I was mentally handicapped and even though I always needed to initiate my introduction as, "... please be a little patient with me because....", she really understood what that meant, taught me with patience and care, she really wants you to properly learn how to drive, to become a safe driver and not just 'Pass the Exam', I consider myself really lucky to have found her and I would recommend to anyone who has ever felt like they will never learn how to drive to have them as their instructor. Fantastic experience: My husband and I had several lessons with Alexandra at the end of 2017 and this summer. That was a very positive experience. The instructor proved herself as a professional driver and a good teacher. I wasn't very confident behind the wheel, because after obtaining the driving license in my home country I didn't drive for a long time. Under the guidance of Alexandra, I managed to regain confidence on the road and improve my driving skills, and then I successfully passed my driving test. She was calm and very patient during our classes. I didn't have any problems with the time of the classes, Alexandra always came on time, and if she canceled a lesson, she messaged me in advance. Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Alexandra for helping me to learn driving. Her method of teaching is amazing and put me at ease behind the wheel. She was very supportive and accommodated all my requests in terms of scheduling as i live in South Surrey, a little further from her place. She was very quick in assessing my knowledge and fears of driving, especially coming from a foreign country. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Her car is in great condition and has all the safety features to let her take control, if I make any mistake. I got constant feedback all the time which helped me to learn very very fast. Negative experience: Rude over the phone when she shouts, SORRY?!! when it's her inability to comprehend English spoken at a normal rate. I managed to maintain the tone of our phone conversation at a courteous level, but in my heart, I knew there wouldn't be even a chance I was going to patronise this crass instructor. No way, considering the mandatory financial commitment. And when learning to drive, a grouchy and short-fused person sitting next to you is a call for potential disaster. :P In response to the "response from the owner". Of course you don't remember me as you were impatient on the phone and couldn't wait to get rid of the questions from a new customer and get on with whatever you were rolling in. Don't thank me -- thank yourself instead for the vindictiveness and spitefulness to steer potential sheep from your business.

Negative experience: We scheduled a driving lesson and Alexandra cancelled last minute because "SHE SAID" her student "DROVER OVER A NAIL" (hopefully it's true) and I understood and asked her if they're open Sunday but she didn't reply and didn't even compensate at all! She just waisted my time! I could've booked with the others!

Fantastic experience: I started lessons with K2 in August 2013. Leading up to my earliest test date in July 2014 I spread out my lessons over the months. Alexandra is a great communicator and was always on time and confirmed lessons easily over email or via text. If she ever encountered any issues then she'd be in touch to let me know in decent time. She was very patient with the lessons and would make notes of areas to work on and was open to requests for techniques I wanted to move onto. She prepared me perfectly for my test which I passed at my 2nd attempt (1st attempt was a very unlucky fail I'm informed!). She's also very honest with feedback in areas to improve and readiness for your test, something I think is imperative in an instructor. Her car was great, easy to drive, decent size and always serviceable, clean and tidy. I'm very thankful to Alexandra for her patience and help in passing my test and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for lessons.

Fantastic experience: Before taking lessons with Alexandra, I had never driven at all before, even though I am well into my adult years. By the end of the first lesson I drove through New Westminster all the way home to my door. It was fantastic! Alexandra has a great teaching style, and will make sure you understand the 'why' as well as the 'how' so you can be a safe driver and learn quickly! Update: I have now successfully passed my test in no small part due to Alexandra! 3 refresher lessons just before the test and I passed with flying colours :D

Positive experience: I would recommend taking driving lessons with Alexandra. She is able to slot you into a time slot that works for your schedule no matter how last minute you book. Some places require you book 3 weeks in advance for a driving lesson and that makes it hard to plan your schedule if it is always changing. She is very knowledgeable with her driving instruction and gives lots of helpful tips on how to improve when you are practicing on your own. Overall I would highly recommend taking your driving lessons with Alex :)

Negative experience: I was really looking forward to learning from this instructor after reading all the reviews but I was pretty disappointed. Other than ME asking HER questions or telling me which way to go, she stayed pretty silent throughout the lessons. She arrived late the day of my test so I did not feel as though I had enough practice beforehand. Also, when I mentioned that to her when it came time to pay her for the lesson, she was very rude and said that it was only 5 minutes (it was actually 10) and that she wasn't even required to drop me off at home. Although it was my understanding that it was part of the package, she could have said so and I would have just gotten a ride home from the ICBC office. She definitely knows her stuff but I would have preferred an instructor who didn't stress me out right before my exam and someone who didn't get all upset about me not wanting to pay the entire $100 when I didn't even get the full lesson because of her lateness.

Fantastic experience: Hi, this is a testimony about the happy end of my sad story. Shortly, I am absolutely positive, that without Alexandra’s help there was no chance for me to pass a road test. I’ve tried it 9 times within last 15 years with no result. I’ve developed a fear of driving. I was having tremendous anxiety attacks just by approaching the ICBC building. Individuals who were teaching me to drive were not helping. I almost gave up. Somehow, I stumbled over the Alexandra’s website on internet a year ago. I felt that I shell give it a try. I just had a vague nudging in my stomach. It was my lucky decision. I do not know how she did it – she hadn’t only taught me rules and techniques of driving – she lowered my anxiety level. She meticulously showed me all the nooks and crannies of the exam area. She also hinted me how to behave with examiner. When she decided that I was ready – she started slightly pushing me to take a test. I, personally, was ready to take more lessons at that time. Well, she was right – I passed it. I do not even know how to express my gratitude to Alexandra. There are no wards for it. I think that she is a very talented instructor and a great person. By the way, my daughter took her driving lessons as well and passed her exam. Thank you, Alexandra from both of us. I would recommend Alexandra to anyone.
