Fantastic experience: When you need training on Lift Trucks or WHMIS accept no substitute. Expect to be trained with a meticulous eye where there is little room for error. But that is because they want you to succeed and be the best of the best.

Negative experience: Very bad service people how answer on phone Very road and if you miss training day they don't reschedule for you and when they talk to you in bad way there is lady how answer on phone She is very bad with customers. She seems to know nothing about customer service. She is just stubborn and speaks harshly to them. She never listens and thinks she is better than the rest. She seems to have some racism inside her.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about how well I was treated at Work Safe. I don't normally write reviews, but I'm happy to share the good experience I had here. Clear, patient instruction, new and well maintained equipment, a clean and well organized training and testing area. I got certified in Counter Balance and Narrow Aisle Reach, was treated extremely well by their super friendly and helpful staff, and received all of my documentation on the same day. Negative experience: Experienced one of the most rude and arrogant customer service experience here in Mississauga. Had been paid for to undertake a package of 500$. Came in minutes late to the first class. Pleaded with the front office to be allowed to take my training..only to be told my class was cancelled. Got into a very heated argument with front office lady who really belittled me...very sad and worst experience ever. Thanks for your feedback and Clarification on your reply. Points to note 1. There was no email sent to me confirm my training schedule despite telephone request and physical visit 2. As the manager would kindly request you review the cctv recording of the incidence to confirm what transpired. 3. My purpose was to attend the class session which was fully paid. I apologised for been late and was requesting a reschedule or advice on way forward 3. Was very polite, courteous and respectfully engaged your staff seeking redress which wasn't helped. 4. Would politely request the front office staff to follow customer service etiquette in resolving customers concerns or issues raised in a polite and professional way. 5. Had only requested a reschedule of my class. But was dismissed the session was cancelled 6. Wish your company the very best. As would want to take my classes in a condusive environment.

However, it’s important to clarify that your visit involved behavior that was both verbally and physically abusive towards our staff. This is not something we tolerate, as the safety and well-being of our team and other customers are our top priority.Due to the nature of the incident, law enforcement was involved, and we have made the decision to no longer allow you to return to our establishment.We hope you understand our position and wish you all the best.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience. This is my first time working with forklifts, getting certified was a little nerve wracking. Each team member was so accommodating. Really made sure I knew what was happening and ensured that I was comfortable. I was so thirsty and didn’t bring water. But then out of nowhere she gave me an ice cold water bottle even though I didn’t ask! When actually driving the forklift, we took it step by step. We didn’t move forward until I wasn’t scared anymore. He taught me in great detail with safety always top priority. To add, as a female, let me tell you how empowered they made me feel! No one has ever made me feel so welcomed (or welcomed back - I know I can come back for free practice). I left with a great feeling of accomplishment. Thank you to the team in Mississauga ❤️

Fantastic experience: When I visited the website I was happy to read specific answers to questions I had under the FAQ(frequently asked questions) section, was really helpful especially as a beginner looking around for training. My questions were also answered by Sunita when I called in, and Nishad managed to provide informative lessons on each machine using real world examples and math . Fantastic experience: I am really thankful to Mr Nihad for making me acquaintance with walkie/ Rider machine. He was originally making efforts to make sure I am getting all the rules by the ministry and the precautions to ride a walkie. Fantastic experience: The staff is nice & the place is kinda bustling for a reason: they're competent & trusted by businesses/individuals. You have to call or pop in to BOOK an appointment for the 1day course, not just randomly arrive when they open. I did not get ANY calls from associated employers or agencies after finishing, and that's for the whole 3-4yrs, which is more fruitful than the monthly genericly searched job links to classifieds, on their website. Theory: Very old fashioned educational DVDs from the 90s, but have nearly all the relevant info. Any update gaps are filled w/hard copy printouts and lecture. They have additional reference booklets or printouts upon request to take home, if you'll forget something. Practical: Only so many types of machines to teach with. I think 4, but double check. Patient, sensible, smart, attentive instructors. The only reason you won't pass and have to keep trying, is your own ignorance, anxiety, lack of confidence, or poor hand-eye coordination. Altho their high demand or sometimes personally being unavailable, may prevent them from teaching same day as the theory, they WILL set up a different date for the practical. AND u'll get a free practice session after passing that u can book (in the first 6mths). Price: Mid ranged, and reflects the quality. Dirt cheap means illegitimate & disorganized; very expensive places are only justified if they have way more types to teach, otherwise stick with Work Safe. Their advanced/renewal option is for competent drivers and certified drivers who are close to or have expired.
