Negative experience: I just left your establishment. I was about to enroll my daughter for classes. The service is 0/10, the young girl who works there answered my question about the registration rudely with another question?! Tecnic just lost $1272.77 due to its employee who has 0/10 professionalism, 0/10 customer service to say the least...

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Marc Guilbault. First of all, we started the lesson late because he was smoking. Also, when he came to me to start the lesson, he didn't even say hello and started talking to me really stupidly. Moreover, I had a headache and felt nauseous throughout the lesson because of the foul smell of cigarette smoke that was present in the car. Additionally, at the end of the lesson, he gave me no information or improvements and just asked me to sign. During the 2 hours spent with him, he hardly addressed me at all, and when he did, it was in a mean and arrogant tone.

Positive experience: Great instructors, memorable lessons, easy to maneuver while keeping their learning curve. However, I found that the first lessons are the strictest, and even though I know that constructive feedback is needed on both the positive and the negative, I felt that it was more like criticism than advice on how to avoid doing this or that again. Also, I really enjoyed my classes with François; I felt like I was talking to a friend who was teaching me.

Negative experience: Overall, I had a very good experience with Tecnic and its instructors. However, it is quite the opposite with Marc Guilbault. He is already foolish at the start of the lesson and he smokes right in front of me. He is almost aggressive and very unpleasant. He did not assist me during the entire two-hour course, which was very tedious for him. Especially, at the end, I had to ask on my own what I needed to practice because, otherwise, he would have never told me. I canceled all my classes with him because I never want to drive with this instructor again. On the other hand, Denise is a very good instructor; she is attentive and talks with me throughout the two hours of the class. :)

Negative experience: A beautiful school with good customer service every time I call for more information or to reschedule a class, the agents do a great job. However, the instructors in general are quite friendly. But, a very bad experience with Guilbault Marc. This instructor is very rude; as soon as you start the class, he does not speak for the entire two hours of the class I had with him, and in the end, he didn’t even tell me what to improve, just to sign and leave. A very unpleasant instructor, and this has happened several times/classes, so it’s not a case of a 'bad day'. I don't even want to take my driving classes with him anymore.

Fantastic experience: Nathalie is the best receptionist! She is so friendly and lovely! I had quite a special situation with my permit last September, and she helped me get informed and find answers to my case. She also helped me get transferred here. My old technical school did not want to transfer me, and it was really complicated for literally nothing. She even called them to talk to them, but obviously, they did not want to. She proposed one last solution, and happily I was finally able to have a file in Bois-des-Filion! Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Le prof de conduite dit d’accélérer quand il appuie sur le brake, encourage de conduire 110km/h dans une zone de 90 Pour un cours de perfectionnement quand le but est de pratiquer les stationnements, 1 seul stationnement de fait pour tout le cours A 60$ le cours de perfectionnement, très déçu

Negative experience: Le service clientèle est absent. Si votre réseau wifi le déconnecte du Zoom, impossible de revenir et aucun support technique de disponible pour pouvoir réintégrer le cours. De plus des frais sont chargé…complètement aberrant . Nous regrettons énormément notre choix de faire affaire avec TECHNIC.

Negative experience: A tout les parents Surtout ne payer pas de cours avec cet école. Frais de charge à chaque fois que le cours en ligne est manqué et ce malgré le fait que l'office de la protection du conformateur l'interdit .Service à la clientèle inexistant. Il y a plein d'école qui peuvent vous offrir ce cours sans frais caché, soyez plus vigilant que moi.

Negative experience: Je suis très déçu de cette école, mais aussi du moniteur dénommé Marc. Ce moniteur est très désagréable ne parle jamais comme si qu'il n'aimait pas son travail. À toutes les fois que j'ai eu cours avec lui, je n'ai pas aimé l'expérience passé avec lui. J'ai même annulé mes cours futurs juste parce qu'ils étaient avec lui. Même pour céduler mes cours je l'évitais. Je suis aller à mon cour en oubliant mon permis ensuite le moniteur en question ma donner la chance d'aller le chercher chez moi en me laissant 20min pour tout en m'en prenant 9min pour ensuite me dire que je suis arrivé 3min en retard. Je trouve sa pas normal de me faire payer 52$ pour un cour auquel j'étais présent. En plus, il a menti. Il a osé dire qu'il m'avait proposé une alternative pour la journée à Tecnic tandis qu'il ne m'en a jamais proposé. Sûrement raciste, il ne m'a jamais apprécié.

Negative experience: Je suis vraiment déçu de cette école, il y a certains prof qui devrait changer de métier pas de patience et très raciste. Cette école prend le plaisir d'augmenter le tarif et d'annuler ton cours si tu as un problème sur la route.

Fantastic experience: J’avais eu un problème avec la succursale, mais deux jeunes demoiselles de la succursale m’ont rapidement trouvé une solution. Si on partage nos soucis en lien avec les cours de conduite avec les membres de la succursale en tout respect, vous pouvez être assuré qu’elles vous trouveront toujours des bonnes solutions.
