Negative experience: Pretty sad pulled up beside a training truck in Steinbach and the driver and trainer were both on their phones at a set of lights. There was no misconception don't try to call me a liar or that I didn't see what I saw I've been driving semi long enough and I could look right into the truck and see them both on their phone

Negative experience: Really bad service. I had appointment with career development on April 6 . They gave me the offer letter for training Program session which is starting on April 7 ( around 15 March ) . Shockingly, they called on April 1 and told me their seats are full. But , they can shift me to another session which will start on May 7 . After few days , I heard from other guys that this company did same thing with them too. Please don't trust this company . They will first say you that they have seat for this or that date . But then they will call you someday before your appointment with career development like 5 or 6 days and tell you that soorry our seats are full. I will Never recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time .

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Barnala Driving School (BDS). Myself and 2 of my team members just went through their intensive class 3/air training course and it was incredible. The owner is hands on and the instructor we had (Pritpaul) was outstanding. Super attentive to detail, nice demeanor and tough-just what we needed to pass our test. All three of us passed and it was because of the team at BDS. As a business owner I appreciate what culture can bring to an organization and I can tell you that BDS has a great culture and it shows in how the team members treat each other and their students. Everyone was friendly and kind and ready to offer a word of advice and encouragement when we felt challenged. When you walk in to BDS you don’t feel like you’re walking into a business instead you feel like you’re joining a family. I was able clear road test in first attempt only because of you all. Before starting my training I’ve a session with instructor Amandeep Singh who later on became my instructor, he’s so polite and heart warming person. He cares a lot for his students. During session he explained me how trucking is and how prosperous career it would be. He walked me through the steps required for getting my training started. His methods for backing, gear shifting and turnings were awesome and so easy to understand. I was able to learn each exercise in just one day. I really liked his backing technique with just 5 steps, you do those 5 steps and you’ll see your truck in perfect backing position. Thanks to Dhanwaant Singh sir for being so cooperative and a moral support during my training. Dhanwaant Singh sir is known for his teaching skills for both ground classes and on yard classes. Being an engineering student I know how important it is to learn about the machine I’ll be driving, Dhanwaant Singh sir explained in detail about truck engine system, how properly should I need to do the pre-trip inspection as it plays a crucial role for my whole trip. Thanks for his tips for my road test. Great work from office staff side, Tejpal Dhaliwal has arranged my training schedules without any conflict with my daily job so that I could manage both my job and training classes simultaneously.
