Fantastic experience: This was a very good, well taught course. My driving instructor (Khalil) was very patient and and nice. If you mess up he will let you know ok what to do in the future and helps you fix the mistake. I was a bit worried that the course was going to take a while, but I finished it in less than a month. He was able to give me sessions in once and twice per week instead of having to wait like two weeks for only one session. I would strongly recommend for anyone looking to take driving school to take the courses they are offering.

Although I am a confident and cautious driver, Mr. Khali picked some serious mistakes regarding my driving style in urban roads. He is a highly observant teacher; from the way I hold the steering to lane changing and other parking tasks, he worked very hard to make sure that I absolutely nailed them. I had my G2 exam on last Thursday and I passed from the first trial. I could not have succeeded without his hints and tips. Negative experience: After witnessing your driver & their student in a red Toyota (I believe) on Tuesday cut me off in a roundabout and me letting them know they had made a mistake by honking my horn only to then proceed to stop not once but twice after the roundabout causing a back up of cars to start to form behind me all while the instructor yelled at us from inside the car. This took place at the Ira-Needles and Highview roundabout. The car then proceeded to turn left onto Yellow Birch Drive. I hope this is not what you are teaching your students because this will cause accidents.

Fantastic experience: I've had an amazing experience with this driving school! The in-class portion of the training was highly engaging. I found that it was easy to understand and pay attention to. As for the driving portion of the training, my instructor was Nehal. She was incredibly patient and understanding, which really made the overall experience pleasant. In addition, I found the teaching to be very clear, and most importantly for me, very low stress. The lessons fit well into my tight university schedule, and I was able to get through all of my lessons in a few months. I felt that the pacing was just right for me, as I wanted to be as comfortable as possible with driving. As a result, earlier today I managed to net a perfect score on my G2 test on my first try! I highly recommend this driving school for any new drivers, and I will definitely recommend it to any one of my peers looking for one! :)

Fantastic experience: The name itself gives it away. This is truly the coolest driving school ever! It's difficult to find a place to begin with describing how amazing this school is. The in-class drivers ed training was nothing like the other stereotypical, dreadful ones out there. This is due to the fact that they keep us students engaged in a fun and entertaining manner, while teaching how to be the most safe, responsible, and smart drivers out there. Their amazing instructor, Lamis, taught me on the road. For someone such as myself who hasn't always been the best at learning hands on skills, Lamis had completely worked around this issue with me. She taught me all the techniques in a way that was best suited to my learning style. She broke down each maneuvre into slow steps, and was very patient with me when I had trouble learning certain things. She did all of this while making sure that every single move was performed to perfection with all the correct blindspot checks, signals, etc. She makes sure that each and every student will ace their driving test. In addition, she was very personable, and gave supportive and encouraging pep-talks when I struggled. In my opinion, one of the best things about this school that is the least talked about, is how honest each instructor is, especially Lamis. They never charged any extra money, or forced any extra lessons that were not needed. In fact the lessons were so well spread out that I was able to practice everything I was taught on the road with my family, and then proceed to the next lesson with Lamis again when I was ready. You will find a plan that is best suited for your budget. They really care about quality over quantity, and their service is definitely the best for the already amazing price. In conclusion, you will not find a better driving school than Kool Driving School in all of Kitchener Waterloo. They have had the Top-Choice-Award this long for a reason. It would certainly be a mistake to pick any other driving school. I cannot wait to go back to them for training towards my G license! Thank you, Kool Driving School!

Negative experience: Takes almost 3 months after classroom to get taken out in car witch is ridiculous then hard to get time with instructor cause of her busy schedule and only get taken out once every 2 weeks for 1 and and half hours how is a new driver going to learn with that should be twice a week for 2 hours each seshion

Fantastic experience: I sent a message on their website requesting lessons to help me prepare for my G Road Test. I quickly got a response and was able to do some in-car lessons with one of the instructors. He was incredibly understanding and patient, and would give pointers on how to improve. The rate for lessons was also more affordable compared to other schools I had researched. In the end, I was able to pass my G test with no issues. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: When I was with this driving school, I was lucky even to get two driving lessons in the same month. I signed up for the premium package (17 hours in-car instead of 10) and it took more than 6 months to finish all of my lessons. I was able to get in contact with two other of my classmates and they told me that all their lessons were scheduled far apart too. What this school needs to do is get more instructors on the road. Besides that, everything else was fine.

Fantastic experience: I decided to give these guys a try, I was very hesitant and nervous based on what horror driving instructor stories I've read from online forums but soon realized that I had picked the right school to attend, they figured out my stronger points and focused on the weaker ones, which made me a better overall driver, use to be nervous about parallel parking, 3 point turns etc, but the instructor explained it good and made me a much more confident driver behind the wheel

This was the second driving school I tried out in the city, and it blew my first experience out the water! The instructors were very patient and very descriptive in my lessons. Fantastic experience: I would strongly recommend KOOL DRIVING SCHOOL, I am having a very good experience with them. I am taking the incar courses now, the instructor is very professional, expert and nice. You can apply everything she is teaching you in a very good way at the same time she is giving you the instructions, she is punctual and amazing. I just had 10 hours driving with her until now and my G2 test is on Dec and I think I am ready for it :)

Negative experience: I was very disappointed in the in car training offered. The in class stuff was all great and easy to follow but I can't say the same about the in car lessons. Are you ready to get your G2 over a year after you got your G1? If you answered yes well strap in. Kool driving school uses the high tech communication system of two people with cell phones. They answer anywhere from 1 day to 1 week after you send a message with an appointment date 1-2 months from when you sent the message. Once you actually manage to book a lesson you get to drive around with one of two stress inducing instructors. The first instructor who ran the in class section is pretty good but has an overbearing authority I found somewhat scary hard to work with as a sixteen year old who had limited experience behind the wheel. The other instructor had no patience for learning drivers. During one of the lessons I didn't understand her vague instructions and I became upset when I didn't know what I was doing especially because she would get mad at me after doing it wrong. After 3 minutes of being frustrated she told me that I was too upset to drive and too emotional to teach at the moment. She kept telling me that she didn't know what to do about me as if I was unteachable or something. After she declared I was too upset to drive she made me drive myself home. This is because being too upset to drive isn't a valid liability when you don't want to drive the student home but a valid one when you don't want to teach the student. My lesson was cut short by an hour because of this incident. She made me feel like I had done something wrong when in reality she failed to do the one thing she was there to do; teach me how to drive. Instead of being patient with me she just gave up instead. When we demanded an additional lesson they tried to play off the incident as if she was justified in giving up on me continuing to tell me that I was in the wrong for demanding a service that we had paid for. We never received any compensation I just had to finish the remaining lessons I had signed up for so that I could get most of my money's worth. The in car training lacks immense amount of professionalism and I would not recommend it.

Negative experience: had to wait an extra week after paying. was promised 25 dollars off, never got that. Second last driving lesson the instructor was pushy and rude. and i didnt get the last lesson i paid for.

Negative experience: Both me and my friend who went here took the in class lessons over the corse of a few days which was fine. But as soon as we started booking the in car lessons it was a nightmare trying to get any kind of response. Both me and my friend have had driving instructor just not show up when we made appointments. In my second driving lesson he spent 20-30 mins talking with an angry mom. VERY distracting. He gave decent tips when I asked what I could do to improve but otherwise was silent or was telling me what street to turn onto. I'm actually currently waiting for him to show up and it's been almost 50mins. He booked me 3 weeks latter then I suggested (I had 4days off because of exams and he apparently couldn't fit me in for two hour on any of those days). Very sketchy. I would not recommend going here.

Negative experience: very unprofessional. not happy at all. these people don't realise they are taking peoples money and running a business or something, on multiple occasions they have taken days or weeks to return my phone calls. when we do schedule driving sessions they will cancel the day before or the day of or just not show up and they give attitude and act as if they have done nothing wrong. just be aware and do your research before choosing this company please.

Negative experience: He'll teach you the in-class, but once you're trying to get in-car lessons he knows he already has your money and takes forever to respond to book in-car lessons. 0/5 Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
