Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend Pro Driving school! I had a great experience with Aleksa and Jovan. I just passed my G2 driving test this afternoon! I started taking my driving lessons 10 days ago. They were really understanding about my upcoming G1 expiry date and were able to accommodate my lessons on short notice. Aleksa has spent a lot of time over the last week and a half getting me up to speed on what I needed to learn for the test. He's a great instructor! He was very calm and very easy to work with. I started off the lessons feeling very nervous, but after the 13 hours of in-car training with Aleksa, I am now very confident with my own driving. Thank you!! It was a pleasure. :)

Negative experience: I was driving on Weber and saw a driving school car driving slowly on the left lane for a long time before turning left. This made faster cars have to pass them to continue driving at their desired speed on the left lane. Please teach your students that the left lane is a passing lane and the right lane is for slower and speed limit driving. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I passed my G2 on my first try thanks to Zamir's patient teaching. I highly recommend him as an instructor. I was really nervous learning how to drive and had 0 experience before this course and Zamir really made me feel looked after and helped really build my confidence as a driver. Fantastic experience: I used the Pro Driving School for taking driving lessons before giving my G test. I was a nervous driver and a previous instructor (not at Pro) always kept shouting at me for small mistakes and I completely lost my confidence. Then I switched to Pro Driving school where my driving instructor (Mladjen) was very patient with me and extremely friendly. Each lesson with him kept increasing my confidence behind the wheel. Even when I made potentially major mistakes, Mladjen would gently correct it (and would not shout at me like my previous instructor). Mladjen was never tired of repeating the necessary instructions multiple times until I do not make the same mistake again. He was always extremely punctual and very organized with his calendar. He is highly dedicated and goes out of his way to help you. Try to get him as your instructor especially if you have issues with road fear and nervousness as I did. I was about to give up on driving, but recently I passed my G test. This would have never happened without Mladjen. My heartfelt thanks to both Pro Driving School and Mladjen.

Fantastic experience: Had Zamir as my instructor, great instructor! He was patient with me, never raised his voice. Clear instructions and lessons, had me ready for my G2 by the end of my time with him. Flexible with time too, I went with his usual 2 hour sessions but you can ask to do less time per session.

Negative experience: Had a very bad experience with Zamir. His teaching technique is not great especially if you're a new driver as he rushes through the steps of parallel parking. three point turns etc. without giving you sufficient practice. He became overly defensive and short tempered when asked to slow down. The whole experience was horrible with him constantly muttering insults as I drove. Also be careful of him charging you higher rates in fees as compared to the official rates on the school site. It's ridiculous that he so blatantly tries to swindle students with a much higher fine for late cancellations of classes, change of test locations etc. Was very disappointed with the experience overall. Signed up for the package given the good reviews for the school but was extremely disappointed that I wasted money on their package with no real results to show for it.

Fantastic experience: Ask for Zamir. He is one of the best. He teaches so patiently, gives you a lot of tips on how to drive safely. His focus is not only drivetest but everyday driving too. He is very professional in terms of scheduling the class, reminding you the timing and arriving on time.

Fantastic experience: Zamir was an excellent instructor, always very patient and knowledgeable, and was able to teach such a large amount of information in a way that very easy to understand. The price is very reasonable as well, and the only issues I had was with the website to do the knowledge training on was buggy at times, but issues were resolved. I passed my g2, so what more can I say?

He always reached before time for the car lessons and helped me to focus and address my driving errors with utter calmness.

Negative experience: A Pro Driving School instructor in his car, no student present, decided to read his cell phone at a red light, holding up traffic for the entire cycle of the green light except for the one car that was in front of him when that red light turned green. Not a great example for potential students. This was yesterday afternoon at Westmount and Northfield. :-(

Fantastic experience: I had a 1 hour lesson with Mladjen over a year ago in preparation for my G2 road test. I have since completed both my G2 road test and my G road test (both on my first attempt) thanks in part to Mladjen. I am grateful for Mladjen's patience and teaching aptitude.

Fantastic experience: I have been driving for many years, but felt I needed some "refresher" lessons in order to negotiate the increasingly busy K-W traffic, including unexpected lane changes, mergers, bike lanes and the rules of roundabouts. I believe that I am extremely fortunate to to have been assigned Matilda as my instructor. She is a true professional, with a relaxed presence that she combines with a vigilant focus on the traffic and timely, clear and concise directions for the learner. She handles the inevitable mistake with genuine empathy, while at the same time providing constructive advice on how to avoid such in the future. As a result, after only two lessons, my confidence in driving has increased considerably. I would recommend her most highly

Fantastic experience: Very safe, friendly, but will catch you on every mistake. Always on time, and they text you reminders. I never drove outside of pro driving and within 2 years and under 15 lessons I got my full g license. Mladjen is the best!

He not only explains the rules and technicalities of driving but also the reasoning behind the rules. He is observant and can point out to mistakes you can make, why you made them and teaches you techniques on how to avoid them. This helps first time drivers to learn the correct driving methods and helped me clear my G2 driving test in my first attempt. I would recommend Mladjen especially to anyone who is learning to drive for the first time.

Fantastic experience: I took "G" 5 hrs Package. My instructor was JOVAN. He is really good. He knows exactly what matters for the road test (All the routes, small small things). Sometime he may get angry on you if u repeat the same mistake but he explains everything in very detail. His car is little old so be aware of that. But for road test having old car is good because as u accelerate it will not quickly go up in speed (Easy to mange speed).Otherwise his car is in a perfect condition. This was my straight G from G1 as I had the past experience in my home country. I passed it on my first attempt. Thanks Jovan !

Fantastic experience: The in-class portion was good, but Zamir is the main reason why I'm giving 5 stars. Dude is a great driving instructor! I was super inexperienced and nervous when I started out, but I'm much more comfortable on the road thanks to him. He's informative, patient, observant, and very considerate to his students. He knows how to help you fix your mistakes and keep you both safe the whole time. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who's looking for a teacher.

Negative experience: Mladjen was my instructor, and I had an unpleasant experience overall with him. He was very harsh. And he gave me wrong instructions once and later refused to acknowledge that he had done so. I failed the G2 test despite 3 practice sessions with him, and he was not patient with me. He was quite short tempered. I do not recommend this driving school. For my next Road test, I asked them to schedule with another instructor. The other instructor called only one evening before my test to confirm the appointment - too late for me to wait for this. I had already booked with someone else. This driving school is unprofessional and they are not prompt or proactive in serving potential customers

Negative experience: I would give less stars if i could. Pro driving school is not only ignorant but also incompetent. I called the office after seeing one of their cars with student and instructor speeding through a school zone and increasing speed at the end of the school zone in order to keep speeding. This was while students were leaving the school! When i called i was told i was wrong. Then i was hung up on and repeatedly ignored after when i tried to regain contact. Voicemails went unanswered.

Fantastic experience: 2 years ago, I took my G2 lessons with Matilda and we practiced around the test center to get familiar with the roads. She was very nice and patient. She knows my mistakes and correct them so that I don't make them again. I passed my G2 on my first try. Today, I just passed my G test on my first try. I took 5 lessons and it was all it needs for me to get enough practice on the highway and pass the test. I learned a lot. Thank you again to Matilda and Pro Driving School.

I took the course in your school, have instructors full cell number, and don't mind to post that and my receipt and everything else if u want :) What makes you think I would like to talk to you, when you "believe i am from another school". And what makes you think I would like to provide u my real name and once u know that u know my address and everything. I am not writing this review for you, I am writing it for all ur future potential customers to let them know more info about this school b4 they actually pay for the course. *** Not recommended Shawn, not responsible. Didn't teach very well, in-car hrs package not efficient and helpful for me. I spent a lot extra hrs with my friends who have cars, and learnt the skills to pass the test! INSTRUCTOR FORCED ME TO PAY FOR EXTRA 4 COURSES (BARGAINED, BUT I STILL PAID PARTIALLY), OTHERWISE REFUSED TO LET ME USE THE CAR FOR G2 ROAD TEST (WHCIH IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE AND I ALREADY PAID FOR)!!! Instructor should not have the right to do this. Also instructor needs to let drivers think, and handle situations by themselves, instead of simply telling them what to do, otherwise its totally useless. Shawn did a rly terrible job on this!! 0.0001 out of 10. True story Try to avoid him if u can maybe his good and helpful for some new drivers but definitely not me :)

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pro Driving School and instructor Matilda. I took 1.5 hr class with her to prepare for my road test and got my G license on the first try. I had 20 years of driving experience in Brazil and had to adjust/learn very particular aspects of the test in Canada. Matilda masters all the nuances of the test and gives thoughtful insights into how to tackle it. If you have the chance, take classes with Matilda.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this driving school for everyone. Unfortunately before I know about this school, I went to another driving school, which I didn't like their teaching methods. But one of my friends introduced Mr. Elvern (instructor) to me and we just practiced for some hours which was very useful for me. I passed the test and got G2. I recommended this driving school to my wife and son. Thanks Elvern and Pro Driving School.

Negative experience: If possible, AVOID this driving school, I went to this driving school in early 2016, and am just now finding the right words to describe my distaste to this company. During the "20 hours" of class we had to do (I put 20 hours in quotations as I think my class got maybe 15 hours of in class lessons due to the teacher having to leave an hour after class started one day.. and never making the missed class time up) we spent most of the time watching Facebook dash-cam videos, or listening to the teacher bash how women drive -- when the class was mostly female. The teacher could barely speak English and had a VERY heavy accident making it nearly impossible to understand what he was saying sometimes. The only reason this in class time was decent was the Tim Hortons across the street. The ten hours of driving is a completely different story, my instructor never cancelled any appointments, she was never late, a complaint I've seen a lot, which I don't understand how, my instructor came to the high school I was attending at the time to pic me up after school, knowing the time that my school was over, I agreed to meet 20 minutes afterward so I was not rushed out of class, and didn't have to deal with after school high schoolers, my instructor knowing this would arrive 30 minutes early to our pick up location and be upset when I wouldn't be outside immediately, besides that, my instructor was very heavy on her brake, causing us to stop in the middle of flowing traffic for no reason - REALLY quickly - when learning how to go through roundabout's and going on and off the express way my instructor would grab the steering wheel and hold it so I couldn't move it unless she was - meaning I had no control of the car - She was good about bringing me around the drive test practice area, but on our final practice when she was suppose to test me she constantly laughed at me and put me down on every error I made asking me "what the heck is wrong with your head?" causing me to have to pull over (making a proper roadside stop facing downhill) and have an anxiety attack, that she laughed about and told me to continue driving. When I finished my classes it was late May, I was unable to take my G2 test until early September, meaning I had 3 months between my final "practice" and my test - this was due to her being busy in the summer... I was left on my own to book my appointment for my G2 with no instructions on how to do that. Truly, this school is not worth the time and energy, there are schools around KW for around the same cost that gives a better education and cars about the driver. I honestly get nervous driving around a Pro Drivers car when on the streets around here.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this driving school to anyone as I almost got t boned in a parking lot by the driver and it wasn't a pupil . First she tried to blame me then realized she was driving too fast and it was her that should have stopped then did the stupid holding her hands up and saying sorry.

Fantastic experience: Best place to get driving school lessons at. Ask for Zamir as he'll give you the best tips on how to drive safely and he's really chill to talk to. He is also understanding of your uni life and can fit into your busy class schedule.

Negative experience: I would NOT recommend this driving school, and DO NOT get their Premium Package!(10-hr driving+20-hr in class). I paid for my package and took the 20hr in class in June and ended up finishing my 10hr driving by end of October! The instructor either ignore my text message or said that he was too busy. I know that it's a busy time for them but it's really unreasonable for me to wait for 4 months in order to have my driving lesson completed. Also, I texted the instructor saying that I really needed to complete the 10-hr driving since I wanted to get my G2 in October, and when I finally could have my second driving class by the end of September, the instructor said, "Wow are you telling me that you wanna get your G2 by October when you drive like that? I don't think so." It really blew my mind that he would say that when he was the one who "claimed" that he was too busy and wouldn't take me to drive. lol Also, he didn't take me to practise near the driving test centre. Stay away from this driving school, you can get better options. I want to add on that, after I commented, my instructor sent me a passive aggressive text message (the first time that he responded to me that quickly!) I really had a bad experience with them.

Negative experience: I was so impressed with my driving instructor and how quickly she worked with me to get me ready for my g2. But the instructors at this office misinform the students they are instructing in terms of the g2. They knew I would pass the test and still not have enough time between my g2 and g to properly get my license and still took my money and told me that I would get a renewal notice in the mail and have another few years extended. In fact they were wrong and I have to start my license from square one, so thanks for taking my money!

Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend this driving school for anyone who is trying to get their license. I had prior experience driving and was aiming to get my G license within a month. My instructor was very patient, attentive and very approachable with any questions I had. The $280 package was more than sufficient enough for my needs as it included the car and 3 lessons on the highway as well as refreshing any skills I needed. I remember during the driving test my instructor assured me that this was the first and LAST time I would be doing the G test. I eventually PASSED with flying colors!

Negative experience: I have two other children that require drivers education and I will not be sending them here. It is ok for drivers to cancel but not students. My daughter cancelled with notice as I was standing right there when she did it. They said they never received it and charged her first $40 and then $80. After this incident they were supposed to change instructors and they did not. They are all difficult to understand as they have thick accents. All in all a terrible experience. Save yourself the headache. Find another school!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Not worth the money. They are nothing special and they charge too much if you need extra lessons. Much better options out there.

Fantastic experience: I went to Pro Driving School to learn how to drive and then again to prepare for my G road test. I passed both my tests thanks to Matilda's great instruction. She is very patient and gives good detailed advice. She helped me feel prepared and confident for the test and has taught me the fundamental skills to be a good driver.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I can't speak for the quality of instruction, as I was never able to book an appointment. I tried to book a lesson for 2 weeks before giving up and going with a different school. For the first few days I expected to get a phone call from the number they have online - the same number I called. I get a lot of telemarketing calls, so unless I recognize a number I don't answer. After a few days I called back and explained this and specifically requested the instructor text me. Four days later I still hadn't received any texts from them. My phone rang, and I answered thinking they must have ignored my request. Sure enough it was the instructor. They couldn't book me for the times I said I was available a week ago, and asked if i was available mornings, or that friday. I told them I was completely unavailable that friday, but would look at my schedule and let them know when I could do a morning lesson. The next day I texted them the availability they asked for, like I said I would. They asked again if I could do the friday I just told them I absolutely could not do. When I again said no, I could not do that day, they stopped responding. A few days later, beyond frustrated, I had enough, and booked an appointment with dominion driving school very quickly without any problems. I emailed Pro Driving School, politely letting them know why they had lost my business, but they still never responded! I am extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service, they should have apologized, or at the very, very least acknowledged me. Had they done so I would have been happy with how they handled the situation and not given them a bad review.

Fantastic experience: Best ever driving school in KW area, Wort for the money what we pay for. Based on few friend’s references, I contacted the Pro driving school- Matilda, I too only 4 classes from her, And they were really very good in teaching us. I really found a major difference between the two schools. Their positive encouragement was really a boost and ended up clearing the exam in the immediate attempt I will greatly recommend the PRO driving school to any new driver’s. Please don’t fall in to the assurance school based on the cheapest price, which I did. intially i went to the diving school which is near charles terminal, which was worst in all aspect. But PRO is really professinal driving school.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional instruction. Annie's mastery of the road is very impressive. Her style is precise yet friendly and approachable. I felt that every minute of the lesson is focused and well-spent. Annie told me exactly which points to stress and where to pay attention -- excellent preparation for the full G road test. Thanks to her instruction, I was able to pass with flying colors. :)
