Fantastic experience: I had a good experience with Ehsan. He was accommodating and flexible. He gave me the VIP experience to finish quickly within one week before my travelling. This was a huge help. Ehsan also did a great job helping me to feel more comfortable and confident behind the wheel as we practiced everything I might encounter on the road. We also were able to have some lighthearted conversations, which made learning to drive less stressful. Overall, Ehsan was a good teacher who treated my driving skill development with importance, and made me feel valued as a student. He helped me learn to drive safely and go through the G2 process quickly and efficiently. I greatly appreciated his time and accommodation. I now feel more than comfortable to take on the G2 road test.

Negative experience: Continuing to our conversation… I’m writing to express my frustration with the driving lessons I took. Yes, there was a significant gap between completing my last lesson and attempting my G2 test, but that is not the main issue here. Throughout my lessons, I repeatedly asked for instructions like 3-point turns, backing in, and parallel parking. Despite my requests, I was told things like “just keep driving,” “we’ll do it next lesson,” or “we’ll do it in 10 minutes.” As a result, I was never properly taught how to perform these maneuvers, aside from the 3-point turn. It wasn’t until my last lesson that you finally demonstrated backing in and parallel parking, which was far too late. These basic skills should have been addressed much earlier in my lessons. The lack of proper instruction left me feeling unprepared for my test, which could have been avoided with more structured lessons. I also want to mention during my lessons, Eshan was talking on the phone many times, which is not only unprofessional but distracting driving for a new driver. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously. Thankfully, I found a better instructor who got me well prepared for my test.

Afterward, there was a significant eight-month gap before your G2 test in September. During this time, skills and techniques can naturally fade if not consistently practiced. Students are always encouraged to schedule their tests soon after completing their lessons to ensure maximum retention. Test Booking: When you decided to book your test in August or September, you were assisted in scheduling despite some challenges, including resolving an unpaid booking fee at the test center. Every effort was made to accommodate your request and provide a seamless experience. Extra Support: Understanding the gap between your lessons and test, extra effort was made to offer a pre-test practice session to refresh your skills and boost your confidence. While this was a part of your package, accommodations were also made to ensure your convenience, such as conducting lessons early in the morning or after your work, and occasionally providing transportation. Performance and Readiness: Despite all efforts, the outcome of a test ultimately depends on the student’s application of skills under pressure. While every step was taken to prepare you, the test environment can be challenging, particularly for nervous drivers. After your first attempt, it was wonderful to hear that you successfully passed on your second attempt, and we were genuinely happy for your achievement and Ehsan personally congratulated you over the phone when he found out. We recognize that everyone’s learning journey is unique, and every effort is made to meet each student’s individual needs. However, as humans, there may be moments of misunderstanding or unmet expectations despite the best intentions. Positive experience: Ehsan was a really good instructor. My daughter had previously failed her G2 test after being in another school. Ehsan corrected her issues and vastly improved her driving skills.she successfully passed her G2 after finishing her g2 lesson set with him. We did find that sometimes questions or requests weren’t really addressed but it was a minimal problem and overall the experience with Ehsan and his school was very positive. We will definitely go back to Ehsan for her G license test prep.
Positive experience: Ehsan was great for a nervous first time driver like me, he provided good pointers and by test time I was completely confident and I passed. I did want to spend some time driving around the testing area, but we didn't really have enough time to do so before another student was scheduled for their lesson. Overall a positive experience and would recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: I had the wonderful opportunity of having driving lessons with Ehsan for my G license. He was so knowledgeable, competent and friendly. His car was always clean and he took me out on the routes they usually take for the driving tests. He's a brilliant coach and I appreciated his chill and respectful demeanor. He is pretty flexible when it came to timing for classes and he was always punctual. Because of his mentoring, I passed with ease. Highly recommend!
