He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. He made me aware of common mistakes made by new drivers and, more importantly, taught me how to avoid them. If I said I wasn't that confident in a certain skill, such as parallel parking, we would practice it enough times for me to feel comfortable with it.
