Negative experience: This is a fraudulent school. They promise a 10-hour training program but don't deliver. Their drivers do not commit to you. They spend their training time on their phones and are never on time. This is my personal experience with this school. Do not trust this school. You are still lying. I changed the female trainer because she didn't have time. I texted her but she didn't answer. My message to her proves it. "That I have a problem with the female coach" is a slander. I would like to show me your proof if you have it. Please share my voice that you recorded. Unfortunately, you are lying. I shared my problem with your colleague, but he didn't answer.

Fantastic experience: I took classes for my g after g1 and I cleared it in my first try shayad ali my instructor really helped me I think he is the only reason I cleared my g I was scared before I took the class from him after I took it he gave me confidence to go for it. I strongly recommend to take classes from him if you want to clear your g or g2 in the first go “the best instructor you find in GTA” just fallow his instructions and you have your g in hand

Fantastic experience: I took G2 driving lessons with Mr. Syed and i passed in first attempt. He is an excellent and hardworking instructor, explained all small points and details that help you become a good and confident driver. I am an extremely nervous person and he not only improved my weak points in driving but also helped me gain self confidence. I am definitely taking lessons from him to work towards attaining my G license and strongly recommend taking driving lessons with him to not only improve your driving skills but your self confidence. Negative experience: I was in talks with the instructor, Annie. When I contacted her in October 2022, she asked me to contact her in March 2023. In March when I contacted her, she asked me to book my G2 driving test date. I booked the test for 27th March. Now she stopped responding to my texts and calls. I got to know from another trainer, Ray, that Annie is on vacation and will be back in April. A BIG NO to this institution from my side as the basic human courtesy is to respond, provide clarity, and don’t make false promises and their trainer failed in all these three aspects. Just to note over here: I was not given a single training session from this school.

I can say I have now gotten over any remaining driving anxiety I had while learning with her and would highly recommend her as a driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: Had Rabia as my instructor and I passed my g2 on the first attempt. She is an amazing teacher as she taught me how to do all the parkings (parallel, pull-over, reverse, etc), which i was unable to do prior to the lessons. Highly recommend.

As I did my lessons with him I became an overall better defensive/aware driver - not to mention, everything that I learned with him also made me a confident driver and I am beyond thankful for the tips and skills I now have! Any questions I had, he went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything and that allowed me to feel so much more calm and ready. Fantastic experience: I did several driving classes with Ray for my G exam. He is seriously the best instructor ever! Very clear with his instructions and is great at responding to questions. He is also very thoughtful and plans all the classes to ensure you not only pass the exam but are also a safe driver for your own lifelong benefit. Negative experience: Raheel is totally unprofessional guy. he takes too much time for my Classes. He didn't even completed my 10 hours. He behave like his time is valuable while at the same time he is wasting our time. If we call he will never pick up and after one lesson we have to call him for a week or two weeks to get second lesson. He unconsciously charge for his unprofessional classes. He has COMPLETED MY 4 HOURS CLASS IN 3 MONTHS. 1 star is mandatory otherwise i want to rate him in minus. FIND SOMEONE DON'T GO FOR HIM.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to thank my instructor Rabia for helping me become comfortable and knowledgeable with my driving! She was very personable and easy to talk to, gave great advice that was simple to remember which broke down the anxiety I developed towards driving after failing my first G2 road test 4 years ago with a past instructor I was not comfortable with. After about a month of weekly lessons I was able to pass my G2 test easily and comfortably. Would definitely recommend to anyone especially anxious with driving like I was and I am planning to book her for G test lessons in the future.

Negative experience: Ray is the most unprofessional driving instructor: he does not respond to messages, hard to get a hold of, does not confirm driving appointments, REFUSED to teach me more than 5 lessons until TWO WEEKS before my test when he knows I’m really busy and is hard to schedule times for lessons. I’ve learned more from my family and friends about driving than from CADD, would not recommend this place, a driving instructor per lesson is more worth it. They make you pay up front and don’t care about you afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I took the in-vehicle driving classes from CADD. The instructor who aligned to me was Mr.Syed. He was very professional, punctual and he took care of my daily class schedules. He made me drive so comfortably in every stage of the classes and i was able to drive easy from the first few classes itself. He teaches the lifetime driving skills to be developed and not just how to pass the test alone. Today I have passed my G2 road test successfully in the 1st attempt. Negative experience: This is my first 1.0 (Should be less than that) star on Google. Based on my experience ray might be a fair instructor (not that good but fair) , a slightly arrogant (he thinks his time is more important), lazy and unprofessional driving instructor. Imagine you paying him $$$ and have you to call XXX times and waste time. If you call him or their office numbers no one is answering. A complete waste of time, not worth the money. I only have 1 driving lesson after 2 months and I think I will complete the course in a year (or not at all). I am currently coordinating with MTO and in reference to Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 545 with regards to these kind of practices. I would definitely suggest to avoid CADD driving school a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME and a complete DISAPPOINTMENT. They will say I did not called them, "THEY LIED". Seriously? It's creepy of them and you to be childish. LinkedIn is a "PUBLIC" platform and I have to check people from CADD to know their instructors. Hint: You'll know how you will be treated as a Client by reading their (ray's) (Defensive and Narcissistic) reactions here or into other comments. Lastly beware of Google fake reviews just to boost up ratings signs of a shady business.

Positive experience: Passed my exam on the first try but there were many problems with how it was done. Yes it is true that you have to contact them alot in order to get anything done. They are friendly but also cut corners on time. I understand that they are constantly busy but I never had a full one hour lesson out of the supposed 10 that I was supposed to have. I think out of my paid 10 hours I may have gotten 8 in total. Still I passed.

Negative experience: This is the worst driving school ever!!! DO NOT TAKE THEM TO TEACH YOUR KIDS!!! They never ever return your calls. My daughter had 5 lessons in 3 months, they book you for a lesson and then you have to run them down for a second lesson after a million call and text messages to them then I get a second lesson after 1 month. I wasted my money. Now my daughter has to go with a new school, not only my money was wasted, but also her time. They don't even deserve 1 star, they are terrible!!!

Fantastic experience: Ray is an amazing guy. He is friendly and likes to talk a lot. He will scold u, criticise u but do not get offended from it. He does it to make sure that you learn driving in a proper manner and makes sure that there is no scope of making mistakes while driving on road and getting into trouble. I recommend his classes as he never suggets to go outside city and take test and pass,like some other driving schools do. He will teach you within the city and will make you take test within the city in order to make sure that you get confident while driving. I am glad that i learnt to drive from him. Sometimes he gets late or cancels the class but there is a reason behind it so please do not doubt him.

My instructor Ray knows his stuff inside & out and made passing my G2 test a breeze. The help was very much appreciated and I will be back in the new year for some G license prep!

Negative experience: My son took the beginner package, the instructor Ray compressed the in-class training from 4 days into 3 because he was busy. Since then I never able to get a schedule for driving practice. I call many times either no one answer or ask me to call back. My son finally have a schedule after 2 months of contacting but Ray didn't show up and no call back. Rescheduled a couple days later but again no show up and can't reach them. On and off, my son had 3 classes in 4 months. I am frustrated !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! This place should not be in business.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, unable to schedule any road lessons for months. This is a one guy company. No show no call. Need to reschedule many times still the same no show no call back. I paid and now I am stuck. I wonder where did they get the teaching license. I need to report them!

Fantastic experience: Did the mini package 5 lessons for $255. Ray (same name as me) was the instructor, and boy was he helpful. Taught me stuff (small, yet important) where regular drivers on the road are not correct, to pass my g1 exit road test on my first try. Card was about to expire and he did a really job taking care of me. Highly recommended! Definitely will be coming back for more training for the G license. Thanks bro!! Edit: You'll have to call him and message him frequently as he's actually really busy trying to keep up the workload. In the end, the training you receive is golden.

Negative experience: -The instructor cusses at you for not driving the way he like it -promises to pick you up and drop off at my house when renting their car for g2. But false advertised as they did not drop me off at my house but 20minutes away, and i had to uber home instead. Please do yourself a favour and go with a different driving school in the area.

Negative experience: Not my favourite place to go. They did teach me how to drive and i passed everything but i do not like the instructors. They go with the 'just do it and ill sit here and watch, only opening my mouth to yell at you' style.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Ray is the most irresponsible and unprofessional instructor there is. You literally have to chase him down with phone calls just to be able to schedule ONE CLASS PER WEEK. He doesn't answer his phone most of the time and he doesn't check or reply to text messages. When you're FINALLY able to have a lesson with him, he's ALWAYS LATE. He also cancels and bumps lessons last minute. He's wasted so much of my time last summer, and he's not even apologetic about any trouble he has caused his students. He acts like only his time is precious and the rest of the world should wait for him. By the way, he also smokes in the car DURING lessons. They also advertise "free road test booking" on their site, but that's misleading. First of all, you would have already paid to have your road test when you did your G1. Second of all, the ministry doesn't charge you just to book your test. Third of all, this driving school doesn't even help you book your test. You book it on your own, and the instructor tells you last minute... This was near the end of summer when all the summer test appointments were booked full. TL;DR - this driving school is a scam.

Fantastic experience: My overall experience to this academy was perfectly amazing and ZIGGY, you are so awesome man! I just passed my G-2 road test yesterday because Ziggy taught me everything from the first time we met, up to the day of my road test. He is so calm, funny, patient and very straight forward guy that will teach you everything you need to know for the road test. I will definitely recommend this academy to all who wish to pass the test in one try and of course my man Ziggy to be the instructor because you will learn everything from him. Negative experience: Tried for 6 months to get an instructor. Tried several times to reach someone. Finally spoke with Ray & he promised someone would contact me in 1-2 days. After 1 month I gave up & tried to contact again, still after 6 mths no one called. Wanted to come here because it was close to home & I regret wasting time with this business. Why treat people like they are not as important as your schedule? If you have too many commitments be honest & say you don't have the capacity to take on new clients instead of setting the expectation that someone will DEFINITELY contact me and never do!! Don't bother going to this school. They want your money instead of taking the time to treat you with respect as every potential new client should have. Negative experience: It took me a year to finish my in-car driving classes! This is very unprofessional, delaying and cancelling classes for no reason. I'm really disappointed that I can't reach this school after paying and finishing my driving classes to get my certificate. It's really ridiculous that after a year I still get no response from Ray (the guy who manages this place). Just a piece of advice for new comers, don't pay the entire package in advance before getting your certificate.
