Negative experience: 0 Star for Jagdeep. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Jagdeep as a driving instructor. From the start, she proved to be dishonest and inconsistent in her approach. My wife and I both encountered numerous lies, with her evolving narratives depending on who she was talking to. The extent of her deceit became clear when I accidentally met another student who was receiving far more favorable treatment. It turns out the driving school may has contacts or tricks to secure road test appointments much faster than the general public can. However, this general suffering comes with a privilege attached for them—if your test is scheduled far from the current date, you’re strategically forced to take additional, unnecessary lessons. If she says she can't help you booking your road test, she is lying and please run away. I believe in transparency and fairness, qualities that Jagdeep sorely lack if not her driving school. If you value honesty and integrity in your driving instructor, I strongly suggest looking for other options. I cannot recommend her services to anyone.

Negative experience: They honked at me while I’m pushing my infant in the stroller together with another one riding scooter next by. It was a road with no sidewalk. Is that the way the instructor teach new drivers how to act in the road these days?

Nobody could give me a lesson, but Lo Cost booked it for me in 2 hours after my call. Especial thank to Jagdeep who came to me and for 1.5-2 hours showed me all nuances of Canadian driving. On the next day, it was yesterday I successfully passed road test. Recommend!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t had my license for the past 10 years, I let it expire. Also haven’t had any practice but figured I would just give it. Shot . Lots have changed since I first got my license in the 90’s. However I was lucky enough to have my driving angel jagdeep as my instructor for a refresher and then she took me for my test. Bc she was so thorough and knowledgeable I aced my test, no problem. If your in need of an instructor go see jagdeep .

Negative experience: I book an appointment for the whole driving lesson in advance knowing that he would accommodate the dates I wanted to. but then after few days he would cancel and reschedule it on the time that I'm not available, After paying the charge fee. Now, I had no chance to cancel it coz he already got my payments. During the driving lesson, He would always use his phone while at the passenger side. Always late on the appointment. What a waste of money
