Fantastic experience: Completed the Advanced Collision Investigation course and Dalton was an excellent facilitator/instructor. Very informative and it really opened up my eyes to a new perspective on collisions and what it takes to put the pieces together to determine what took place etc. Great course.

Fantastic experience: Advanced collision Course. Instructed by Dalton Brown. He made the class very enjoyable and his depth of experience is quite evident. Ontario Safety league provides a nice facility for learning and is near several restaurants. The class is very interactive and the lesson plans on realistic and situations that pertain to actual situations that a collision investigator would come across.

Fantastic experience: I’m beyond happy I chose OSL for my Air brakes instructor course. Al Kentie is one of the best instructors , and most knowledgeable, I’ve ever met. He has a way of explaining things so that everyone can understand. His hands on approach, in classroom components and demonstrations ensure you’re confident in your understanding. Our day of in class learning was followed by hands on learning and a practical demonstration in a real life scenario. His way of teaching, his knowledge and his enthusiasm are second to none.

Fantastic experience: To say the least right now, fabulous course. I recently completed a Fleet Driver Trainer program with the Ontario Safety League. They have some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the business as well as an extraordinary team working in behind the scenes. The program gave me more confidence to speak in front of audiences, a world of relevant knowledge and resources, and a once in a lifetime opportunity to mix and mingle with other (professional) students from other companies and working backgrounds to roll ideas off of one another (pertaining to work, of course!). I would stake that any class provided by OSL would be up to the highest standards. I cannot wait to start my next one! Look out if you get a man named ‘Ted’ as your teacher.. he doesn’t like if you buy him coffee or doughnuts because he “can’t be bought”. He does however really like when people bring some in for everybody jk. A super knowledgeable robo-I-mean, human. You should hope to have him as a teacher. Ted has oodles of stories and situations that he’s gone through (and he will tell you about them) to make him as experienced as he is today. Which makes him beyond suitable to be in the driver chair up there. If we all keep as safe as Ted then we would go home with all our fingers and toes! Before this speech gets too long, I’d like to give a massive THANK YOU to Angelo and Brian for the extra assistance that was required. It was truly genuine and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. THANKS AGAIN! I’ll be back for more soon! If you’re still trying to decide between OSL and ‘X’ … choose OSL, there’s a reason they’ve been around so long.

Their certified instructors for each course are very knowledgeable and professional. You have different level of confidence and motivation when you are done with your course. Special thanks to the Instructor Kevin , for taking out the best of you and preparing you for the real world. REQUEST: Please think of OSL, if you are thinking of being an instructor .

Fantastic experience: Prior to my G2 license test, I had a couple of driving lessons with Ejaz Hussain, and he is a great instructor! He taught me everything that could appear on the test, including parallel parking, three-point turn, and downhill/uphill parking. Thanks to his insightful lessons, I was able to pass my G2 license test today! I would definitely recommend this place for valuable driving lessons.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Rude abrasive and not in the least customer focused. Act like autocratic dictative authoritarians. Because they said you an e mail saying thy have moved your course date they consider that confirmation of the date change even if the e mail and date changed are not acknowledged. Youth don’t check e mail. Odds are these people deal with a lot of youth diversion from the courts, already a stressful process for enryone and they don’t make it any smoother. Try texting or calling and don’t confirm something that isn’t confirmed! I could have understood the confusion and gotten past it but to be told I was being charged $70 bucks for this and then lambasted about how much time “the staff had wasted “!! That’s right wasted!!! Save yourself time grief and frustration and don’t deal with this company. Pay the extra $50 and go to another private MTO approved program. John Turtle is unspeakably rude and will leave the most inappropriate and costic e mails and voice mails. I intend to recommend to the courts that this agency not be put forward as a company for youth diversion in traffic court. Not youth friendly in any way.

Negative experience: The Ontario Safety League's Website asks if you 'Need Help' or have an 'Inquiry' to contact them. 92 days ago I sent an inquiry, 42 days ago I sent a follow up to my initial inquiry. NO ANSWER, NO REPLY WHAT SO EVER !!! It appears their mandate to provide the general public with safety information is bogus. Mr. Patterson may wish to review the office procedure, or change their mandate ???
