Negative experience: Very unprofessional way of teaching. Most of the coach are bad-tempered and impatient. If u do something wrong, they will yell at you immediately. Very discouraging as student. They failed to understand that everyone came to learn and are all busy. They always finish a class earlier than it should be, usually 10-15 mins. No one listens to your needs, you tell them what you need training for and they totally ignore it. They only follow what they are asked to do instead of providing suitable service to student. Remember, we are the one who pays you, you are no one’s boss.

And thanks to the lady for managing to find me time slots even when it was complicated! I managed to get my license and overcome my stress on the road thanks to their advice. Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars, I would do it! Without hesitation, I would say that this is BY FAR THE BEST driving school in Montreal, and perhaps in Canada! They are very professional, serious, available, a well-known school, and on top of that, the big advantage of taking classes via Zoom, they are affordable for the price, and it's easy to find time slots for practical driving practice. They are all very kind, patient, and attentive, but they make sure that the classes are taken seriously and that it's not a joke. Lives are at stake. I have NOTHING negative to say about them. I passed the theoretical exam brilliantly, just once, then I passed the practical driving exam with a 92% success rate, just once as well. If you take your classes seriously and do what you are told, your chances of success are guaranteed! I can vouch for that. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES TO THE TEAM! I couldn't have done it without you! Negative experience: I just called to enrol in the driving school and the receptionist couldn’t speak English I understand we’re in Quebec but we’re in Montreal I believe if you’re going to be answering the phones you should at least be bilingual I wanted to register and all she said was bye I can’t speak English it’s unfortunate because you just lost a client.

Negative experience: Everyone passes their exam here, let me tell you why. They are useless scammers, especially Kamel Fajjari, if he's your 'teacher' I'm already saying good luck. The guy will waste 30 minutes in each class on a connection problem, bugs, or other nonsense. He doesn't even speak French correctly. Can't read or speak properly. If your microphone is muted or your camera is off for more than 2 minutes, he considers you absent and asks you to pay because you’re not regarded as present. If you call and they don’t answer to change a lesson date, they'll say it’s your fault and will ask you to pay again. In short, they will want you to pay, pay, and pay for a miserable service and I haven’t even talked about the driving hours with a junk car and a lousy instructor who is always late, who will have you drive for at most 40 minutes and will complain all the driving about his back pain, arm pain, etc.. As if anyone cares about that. All this just to ultimately never fill your driving logbook because they don’t care, as I said they are just here for your money and don’t care about the rest. By the way, don’t you find it strange that all the good comments are alike? Every time 'thank you Kamel I passed my exam the first time' either they are writing the same comment over and over or they ask students to do it. The worst driving school in the world.

Negative experience: J'ai pas vraiment aimé mon expérience dans cet école. Moniteur passif , ne donne pas d'astuces ni de conseils ( si vous êtes un vrai débutant sans personne pour vous aider en dehors des cours ça va être bien difficile) .Je me rappelle qu'au moment d'un cours de conduite pratique , j'ai eu même droit à un : t'a pas le niveau du tout , et d'autres fois : tu sais même pas pourquoi tu t'arrêtes , tu sais ni remarquer ni faire de la part de ce moniteur ( pas très pédagogique ni encourageant en passant ) . Quand je paie pour 1h ( le cours se termine plusieurs minutes à l'avance ) ce que je trouve anormal.

Je recommande cette école pour se préparer pour cet examen. Vous pouvez pratiquer les circuits faits par la Saaq de Henri Bourassa et Laval en bloques des deux heures. En plus de louer directement la voiture avec eux pour le jour de l’examen aux emplacements de la Saaq. Réserver en avance vos cours pratiques car les horaires se remplissent rapidement.

Les moniteurs sont bien actifs durant les sessions pratiques, tout comme les cours théoriques. Les cours commencent et se terminent bel et bien à l'heure convenu. Réceptionniste très respectueuse et motivée.

Negative experience: Je n'ai pas très appréciée mon expérience avec cette école de conduite. J'ai réussi mon examen pratique du premier coup certes, mais l'instructeur que j'avais était très passif et ne donnait pas beaucoup de conseils. Le pire dans tout ça c'est que je payait pour une séance de 2h, mais au final on faisait 1h45min, c'est juste 15 minutes je le sais mais bon j'ai payé pour 2h pas pour 1h45min. Aussi, à chaque fois que j'appelais pour prendre un rendez vous, toutes les disponibilités étaient dans le mois qui suivait...Honnêtement à un moment donné j'ai juste pris une autre école de conduite: elle était moins cher, de meilleure qualité, un instructeur plus compétent et surtout ponctuel.

Fantastic experience: Amazing school at fair prices! Kamel is really good. However, he only speaks French. I only took driving practice hours with Kamel since I had my driving licence from another country BUT never drove so it has been like learning from the beginning. I learned the theory on my own and just took the exam. I passed the road test during my 1st attempt after driving with Kamel to Henry-Bourassa area a few times. I believe I took 10hrs with Kamel and he taught me very well. He is always on time and pleasant to be with. I would recommend you to take 2hrs at a time & go to a specific test location. I was tested on parallel parking as well which Kamel made sure I am skilled at. I like that the school has spots on weekends and after office hours. Good luck!
