I passed my road test finally after I had lessons and mock tests three times and when he told me I was ready, I got my confidence back and passed this time after a fail. Fantastic experience: ABS driving school was exactly what my daughter needed. I had my daughter take a lesson to evaluate what she needed help with before taking her test. Abs took her out for an evaluation went over everything, the good, the bad and the ugly. She was very nervous, but she said after a few minutes Abs was so friendly and easily to talk with she felt at ease. After the evaluation she had a hand written report on everything. We practiced what she needed and that same week she passed her test. If you are looking for lessons or evaluations Abs is on the top of the list for me. I will be recommending them whenever I hear of someone needing some expert advice and lessons. Much appreciated Abs and keep up the great work you are doing.

Fantastic experience: First off, it was very easy to get a hold of Damon. He is flexible with scheduling times for lessons. In a very short time span he had my daughter ready for the road test. She passed first try! The price is reasonable for the quality of service provided. I will be using ABS again when my son is ready for driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: I took the road test in Nanaimo and failed, then I found Mr. Damon Zollinger, and today I passed the test. The route he took me was almost exactly the same as the exam, he would tell you how you should pass the exam. If you don't want to waste time, trust me, find Damon Zollinger and you'll pass!

Positive experience: Really positive experience! Damon knows exactly what the test looks like and was able to confidently answer/clarify anything I was confused about. Practice tests were especially helpful. I think only criticism is that it might be helpful to be a bit more attentive to scheduling. Sending a google calendar invite or text message with time/date so everyone is on the same page about when lessons are would be nice.

Negative experience: Damon did not show up for the lesson we booked and we had to contact him to find out what was going on. Thankfully he refunded our money but we are now without lessons last minute. Incredibly frustrating- wish I had heeded the other reviews that said he was unreliable.

Fantastic experience: I took my road test in Nanaimo on October 28th. I took some lessons before my test with ABS Driving School, and I was incredibly lucky to have my lesson with Damon; I found him very supportive, observant, and knowledgeable in the field. He highlighted all my mistakes; and then he did his best to clarify all the concepts according to the rules. He was understanding and patient with me especially when I didn’t understand, because I am still learning English. At times he came across a little strict, but I honestly believe that that helped me to pass the test. I highly recommend the school and Damon, and I will always be grateful to them. A good instructor like him, knowledge, practice and confidence will definitely help you pass your test and get your licence!

Reading the Learners book is not enough for me to pass the road test. I am very grateful that i chose ABS driving school, it only took me 1 take to get the Novice License and got an excellent result.
