Fantastic experience: Mr. Alves is really professional and offers a fair price. Instructor Paulo knows what he is talking about and has good tips about driving in Canada. Francine is really considerate. I used their services to jump from G1 to G; had two hours driving plus using their car for the test. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Alves driving school. My instructor was Mark and he’s a very patient instructor. He tells you immediately when you’ve messed up and explains your mistakes to you and gives you advice on how to avoid making them again. Fantastic experience: I recently got my full G license last Wednesday to be exact, I took all of my lessons with instructor Paul. Amazing instructor, helped me through all steps of the way and even pushed me to keep trying after failing twice. He gave me all the little details needed to pass the test and ran me through the test over and over until I could do it with precision. As well, a legend when it comes to teaching parking. Definitely call for him when asking for classes.

Gave me lots of tips and while in class, always explained exactly what I needed to do. By the time I was done the course, I felt confident enough and passed my driving test on my first try. Negative experience: Aula péssima, muito poucas instruções do professor, sem contar que ele até dormiu (e roncou) enquanto eu dirigia. Ao voltar do exame não fez questão nem de me levar de volta pra casa, me deixou na auto-escola. Péssimo, não recomendo.

Negative experience: Fui até a escola agendar uma aula e o teste para a G2 e me pediram um sinal de CAD$100 que já seria parte do pagamento da aula e do uso do carro no dia do teste. No dia seguinte, liguei dizendo que eu não poderia fazer o teste naquela data que agendaram e se seria possível devolver o dinheiro ou deixar como crédito, pois minha esposa também precisaria fazer aulas. Depois de vários dias sem uma resposta, me disseram que os 100 dólares pagos seriam na verdade uma taxa (fee) para a marcação da prova, sendo que a marcação é feita gratuitamente online em questão de 2 minutos. Enfim, faltou transparência e flexibilidade. Não recomendo!

Fantastic experience: Nota 10, fomos da G1 direto para a G Full, conseguimos passar no teste com 1 aula antes, fizemos o road test no carro deles. A Sra. Francine e Sr. Alves são Excelentes no que fazem, um dos fatores diferenciais do mercado foi eles serem auto escola de verdade e ter carro com todos os seguros que a legislação requer, não quisemos nos aventurar. Recomendo! Note 10, we went from G1 straight to G Full, we managed to pass the test with 1 lesson before, we did the road test in their car. Mrs. Francine and Mr. Alves are excellent at what they do, one of the differentiating factors in the market was that they are a real driving school and have a car with all the insurance that the legislation requires, we didn't want to venture out. I recommend!

I had classes with Professor Mark (in English) and I highly recommend him. I took the test for G Full and was approved at first. I had 3 practical classes with him and it was enough to get the tips and be able to pass the first time. Service at Alves school is sensational.
