Fantastic experience: I am writing this review on behalf of my 88 year old father who used George from Orchard Driver Education. At the beginning, George quickly assessed my father's needs and let my father know exactly how many lessons he would schedule. George always responded in a timely manner to our messages and showed up punctually for each lesson. After each driving lesson my father had, he commented on how patient and knowledgeable of a teacher George was. Through George's guidance and understanding, my father was able to receive his license and more importantly he was able to get his independence back.

Fantastic experience: I’m sooooo happy I passed my G2, Gorge is really nice and he is always patient and explains everything in detail. Every time I practice, I learned more. Unlike my previous trainer who always blames me and made me feel anxious, Gorge never complained me during my driving, so I got more confidence. Besides, the price is much cheaper than my previous driving school.

Negative experience: Just followed your car up Victoria St. You might want to explain to the trainee that signaling lane changes is kind of important. Watched him/her fail to do so twice in a 5 block stretch.

Negative experience: “We all make mistakes” is not an excuse for not teaching your new drivers to not change lanes when signalling the other direction almost hitting vehicles occupying that lane.

Negative experience: I wouldn't suggest this place. The instructor was not helpful, couldn't give me all the necessary tips to pass my exams. The instructor had me driving other students to their houses, picking them up/ dropping them off and didn't practice with me at the areas where most typically the exams occur. As soon as I changed instructor I passed my driving exam.

Fantastic experience: Update: The experience was great BUT I wasn't taught how to make a left turn onto a stroad with two way traffic with the logic that "it won't be on the test" and guess what, it was the first thing my examiner asked me to do when I was trying to get my G2. The result: instant fail and almost caused an accident driving out of the drive test parking lot attempting to gun it. ‍♀️ Initial Review before my diving test: Upon trying to find the school door entrance, I got a bit lost BUT then I checked the Google photos and found the school doors right away for my first day of class. Orchard Driver Education Ltd is taught (and probably owned by) George. He spends 4 days of 9:00am to 2:30pm making you read through a textbook with him which actually calmed a lot of my nerves for being a very inexperienced 29 year old driver (such as myself). Most of the students are 16, but having grown up in Toronto there was no need to learn how to drive until moving here to KW. Thankfully George is respectful and my age difference isn't an issue. Real driving lessons are booked in 2 hour sessions outside of the 4 days of class. While in class be sure to pay attention, participate and review what was taught when you get home. If you do so, you'll get perfect on all in class tests. Finally I can leave that bus life behind!

Fantastic experience: George is extremely responsive to all my calls and messages. Each time I would schedule an in-car driving lesson, he is quick to reply and confirm his availability. As an instructor, he is patient and super chill. His positive attitude helped me focus when driving. I find his driving tips extremely helpful as I was able to apply what I learned during my road test, which I passed!

In just 3 classes he made me do parallel parking over more than 20 to 25 times until I got it perfect. And in the day of my exam I literally nailed the parallel parking. Highly Recommended. Negative experience: Not very professional and very inconsiderate

Negative experience: I registered for the September 1st class. Upon arrival I was told that there were too many students in the class and I was turned away. I had a confirmation email saying I was registered. I worked around my work schedule in order to make it to these classes and it was a waste of my time. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. How do you not know you have more students then you can fit in the class? Also the building looked messy in and out. It was sketchy af. My friend got up early despite having not slept well to drop me off to my class, and I was just so mad that being turned down not only inconvenienced me but her as well since she got up early. I booked with another school because Orchard driving school doesn't deserve my money after being so inconsiderate and such an inconvenience. Like how can you even run a business like that if you can't count properly? On top of that I sent an email addressing the situation before putting up a review and never got a response. It's been 3 days! You should be checking emails daily if you're trying to run a business. I also found a lack of communication on the website and very delayed email responses prior when I had questions before they disappointed me. I'm a very busy person and to waste my time like that is just so stupid and unprofessional. I'm sure that other people like myself were turned down for the same reason. You can't do that to people! Why not just be smart and say the class is full so book for a later date??? It's REALLY not that hard I mean...come on.

Negative experience: I made a registration on Aug 19 for the September 1st class. I made some arrangements. My husband took 4 days off work to stay with our baby, and when I came to class as per the confirmation email they had sent, they didn't take me in, claiming they didn't have a spot for me! Seriously?! What about the confirmation email?! Don't you know how many students you have registered for the program? You think people have nothing to do? Very unprofessional! Also, school was dirty and gave me a very first bad impression! I recommend that you should look for another school!

Negative experience: Registered my spouse he got there was told no debit machine and e transfer is ok the guy mentioned he has direct deposit so I etransfered the money and there was no direct deposit and the guy wouldn't accept it cause of password said it was too much of a headache. I had my spouses card so he couldnt get cash so he basically went there for nothing wasted his time waking up early to go across town for nothing.
