Fantastic experience: I did the theory classes online and it was very informative. Debbie was my instructor for almost two years now. Debbie has been such a great instructor. She’s calm, funny and attentive. You can tell that she knows what she’s doing. She enjoys teaching as much as I enjoyed learning from her. It took me a while to get over my fear of doing the road test but Debbie has been so supportive and reassuring to me. She’s nothing but a sweet lady. I passed my G2 smoothly and I couldn’t have done it without her! I will definitely miss our lessons together!

Fantastic experience: The in classes were engaging. My driving instructor was Mohammed, he let you be in control, but would communicate with you, all throughout very well. I passed my G2 with his help during the covid times. I had car problems right after I booked my G I am happy I still had his #. I reached out to use his car and he provided me with lessons to reassure the G test goes smoothly. I passed G test first time with his help! Great teacher, but overall a great human being. - That is the way

As a 40 year old woman learning to drive for the first time I was anxious about the process and finding First Class Driving School was the best thing that could have happened. Karmela taught the 20h in class component in a clear and concise way that made me feel properly prepared to move forward to the in car sessions. Once the in car training started Miranda coached and educated me in the most exceptional and effective way and I can now confidently say that I am a calm, safe and competent addition to the road. I can’t recommend her highly enough!! My expectations were exceeded every step of the way with this school and anyone who is embarking on a journey to learn to drive or wants to brush up on their driving skills, First Class is the way to go!!

Fantastic experience: I did the in class room drivers ed in 2 weekends with Carmela back in March she was so informative. Being in a class room for hours at a time can get very boring not with Carmela. She was very interactive and super kind. Understanding safety is her top priority. I did my car lesson with Miranda she was amazing super nice always responded to my messages to set up in car lessons and even worked with me and my very busy work schedule to make sure we got all the lessons done. I passed on my first go at the Kenora location.

Negative experience: I do not recommend online courses. The module is so weak and frustrating. Attend the classes in person.

Fantastic experience: I normally don't write reviews but I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Mohammed Chowdhury. I had him as my instructor and he was amazing. When I first started driving I was so scared but he always helped me to feel comfortable and calm. He motivated and pushed me to learn all the driving techniques so that I could be the safe driver I am today. 10/10 would highly recommend asking for Mohammed to be your instructor.

Fantastic experience: Had a couple bad instructors in the past that gave me anxiety to drive but after having Mohammed chowdburry teaching me, in a short amount of time he gave me all the confidence and the skills needed to pass the test, 100% would recommend asking for him. Fantastic experience: This review is long over-due (almost 1 1/2 years) but is for the in-car lessons specifically. I was super anxious due to some negative experiences with a former instructor at a different driving school, yet Miki was able to calm me down and ease me into my first lesson within the first few minutes of meeting me. Miki really helped with my confidence, attention, knowledge, and overall quality of driving. We also took different routes around Hamilton so that I had greater exposure with the city, which was really helpful. Got my G2 with ease, and am hoping I can get my G license through the aid of this driving school as well!

Fantastic experience: I just practiced in my city for 4 days only before the test day because I need to take the test really urgent and sadly I have to take the test in Hamilton (which is different from my city and different car too). Luckily, I have my instructor from First Class Driving School who is Mohammed Chowdhury to help me with some refresh hours before the test. He is so understanding, so patient and so helpful in everything to help me practice and review everything. This helps me pass my G2 test at my first time and as I said, it is really urgent to me to take the test. I am so grateful for everything he did for me and for all of his advices and all of his encouragement too. I highly reccommend him to anyone want to pass their road test! Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: First Class is a great driving school. Karmela is a fantastic teacher, and is very thorough with all her lessons, making sure all students learn the basics and beyond. She’s very outgoing, too! Eman was my driving instructor, and an amazing one at that. Fantastic experience: Currently taking this course at the Stoney Creek location. Our content instructor, Karmela, is incredibly knowledgeable and clear in her instruction. The depth of knowledge and variation in content delivery is absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to meeting my driving instructor. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Edit: I have now completed my in-car driving with another one of their instructors. Great teaching style, flexible hours for lessons and very friendly.

Fantastic experience: This review is based on the in-class portion of Driving School (which we can all agree is boring), but Karmela was a blast to have as a driving school teacher. She made class more enjoyable and she's hilarious! She really helps you understand the importance of driving. Absolutely will miss her! Update: Shantha was my driving lesson instructor. He is absolutely great as well. I was nervous, but he made sure to make me feel safe, comfortable, reassured me and encouraged me. He let me know what I did well and what I needed to improve on; he was super kind! And made sure that if I wanted to practice more, we would keep focusing on that one thing until I felt I was ready to move on. He kept encouraging me to have that mindset of "I can do it!" Really satisfied with my experience here!

Fantastic experience: The instructor, Freddy was amazing. He is thorough, competent and informative, both in the classroom & in the vehicle. He ensures that you are ready to take your road test, enabling you to pass with flying colours. I had been licensed for 15 years and still learned a wealth of insurance. If you use their car for the road test, he will personally take you on 3 different road tests that the instructor from the DriveTest Center will pick from. Positive experience: My experience with my first instructor, Jay did not go well at all he wouldnt make time adequately, would respond to texts a week later but once freddy took me on, everything became much easier. I had learned soooo much more from Freddy in one lesson than i did with Jay in all 8. Freddy was very accomodating, experienced, organized, polite and friendly. He would always reply instantly to texts and would be very flexible with his schedule. He had some great tips to teach and i passed my G2 because of Freddy. If anyone is going to first class driving school, i would recommend Freddy as their driving instructor!

Fantastic experience: I had a great time with my instructor Fernas , very punctual and extremely knowledgeable , with his excellent teaching skills ( calm , building confidence ...etc ). In a short time, he taught me all the driving techniques and corrected my bad driving habits , and he showed me all what I needed to pass the driving road test from first time. If you want to pass your road exam on first try , aim for the best prepare for the test and go with Fernas , I recommend taking his car to the driving exam for better familiarization with the testing area and get valuable pre-test tips. Furthermore , go for 4 days in class, no matter how knowledgeable and experienced you are , you will definitely learn new things with Karmela and Fernas.

Fantastic experience: Freddy was great. I had my G2 test scheduled 5 days after I called him, and he managed to fit me in somehow. I had driven a car at all in two years, and not much before, but he managed to get me confident after only a few lessons. Unlike the vast majority of driving instructors in the area, his English was very clear, I had no issues understanding him. He was really good at explaining things in a clear relaxed way, even while we were rushing though the lessons and I was distracted by driving.
