Negative experience: Don't bother, complete chaos !

Negative experience: I am not enrolled in this school, but I just saw one of the instructors driving with his phone glued to his ear while making a call. At the intersection of Vimy/ste Catherine coast. He was behind the wheel of the school's car. This says a lot about the quality of this driving school.

Fantastic experience: IT was a great learning experience. He gave me the confidence to pass the test on first try. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: One of your drivers is driving like an agressive maniac. I was letting a pedestrian and their dog cross the road and they tailgated me and started honking. I thought they didn’t see the pedestrian and I let it go. A few minutes later when I was turning he passed me, accelerated and starting aggressively beeping again. 23rd of February 2024 at 4:00 PM on the rockland overpass. Quite a show and publicity for a driving school car with your name plastered all over it

Fantastic experience: I just passed my driving test, and I am so happy. I took lessons at Ayro driving school, and I had a great time! My instructor was Aaron. I had a really good time with him. He is a kind and peaceful person. He teaches in a simple and cleary way. He always made me feel comfortable during the driving! I would recommend this driving school to anyone who wants to have a great experience during this path!

Positive experience: Denis is a great instructor and tailors to his students. Though my experience with the management was not the best. Keep track of your payments, they sometimes failed to disclose how much money you owe them and don't communicate between one another about your file.

Fantastic experience: I changed to Aryo after having a bad experience with an other school and it was the best decision ever! The instructors are very nice and super professional! L'acceuil est excellent, l'école est extrêmement bien gérée. Les rendez-vous sont honorés, ils sont très facilement joignable. Toutes les étapes que vous devez suivre sont bien expliquées. Aharon a été mon instructeur et cela a été parfait pour moi. Il m'a appris tout ce que je devais savoir sur la route. Il est très patient, calme, toujours de bonne humeur, meme si vous faites des fautes, il continue de vous encourager et vous motiver. Et c'est extrêmement important pour votre réussite. Fantastic experience: I was registered for courses at another school and it was going ok but I wanted to do some more practice on the side with a different instructor. I would see Aaron here at Aryo a few times a month to practice drive and it changed my learning experience completely. He’s incredibly patient and very encouraging. He knows that a good driver is a confidant driver so he tries to help you build that confidence and doesn’t overwhelm you with pressure or make you nervous. He’d always point out errors in a constructive way to help me learn from them. He’d also make sure to ask me to repeat maneuvers i made errors with to give me a chance to learn and do them correctly. I feel very grateful to have found this school. It was an absolute pleasure learning in a patient positive environment. When I would say things like “if I pass the road test”, they would correct me to “WHEN you pass the road test!” They try to help you learn all the skills to be a good driver and make you confidant and ready for the road. I have my license now and I know I wouldn’t if I hadn’t started taking practice sessions at Aryo. Highly recommend. P.s. they promote green driving and know lots about electric cars so that was very cool that they make sure to teach their students about those more eco conscious options. I also just enjoyed driving their electric car haha it was smooth and quiet -very comfortable car to learn driving in

Negative experience: I was away in Canada for 8 months and I had to remember how to drive again. Hence, I went to this school for private lessons, so I could take my 2nd road test this 2021. The costumer service was very helpful and the communication was easy as an English speaker. The staffs were kind and approachable so to speak. I was charged $103 for the 2hour driving session. It was a bit pricy and it's understandable since they had a good reputation in public, so I didn't judge until I drove with the instructor. The instructor was chill at first. Not being bias here, although I really did mistakes, my driving skills had good enough control at speed and handling. However, the instructor told me I was very bad, to the extent he told me I needed 6 more sessions or more with them. He told me it's better to pay $1000 with them than paying cheap at other school. At this moment, he sounded he wanted me to pay more and used my mistakes as his opportunity to break my confidence and be more dependent on their service. During our session, I was expecting him to teach me, but he just pointed out my little mistakes and made it sound like I did very bad and I will never pass the exam with my current skills. He even discriminated my previous instructor who was from Bangladesh. In short, his work wasn't very fruitful and we just drove around the residential area during a foggy day like I was just traveling with no lessons at all, just a guy nagging at me. Oh, and instead of teaching me, he humiliates me and laughs when I told him I don't know much about parking and asked for his help. After our session, he insisted me to come with him at the school office (which it was not really needed) and he told everyone that I was very bad and I needed 6 more sessions (pay more). In the end, I never called them again and I called my previous instructor and taught me very well for just 2 sessions. Guess what happened? I passed the road test and I got my license. One of Ecole Aryo's instructor was a liar, racist, opportunistic, practices patriotisms, confidence breaker, and humiliator. So sad I ran into this. Customer service is ok, just not the instructor I met. Sadly I didn't get his name.

Negative experience: Mislead me with information about transferring from Quebec to Alberta and charged me 250$ to give me my driving courses information. Never got a receipt, and was asked to send to e transfer money... Said he "didn't know we couldn't transfer" but when asked if he would accept someone from Alberta answered "no I wouldn't you can't transfer"... refused to refund me my money. Replying to your response, when asked if someone transfered a file for Alberta to Quebec, you replied "No, it doesn't work that way." So yes you did know that it wasn't possible. As a driving school that has been open for such an amount of time, this is information you should most definitely give before charging someone 250$ and not saying anything, knowing that "it doesn't work that way." You took advantage of a situation and you're trying to play innocent. I never got a receipt and you asked me to e transfer it to Aaron's email. How is any of this professional?

Negative experience: I had one refresher course after not driving for several years. The instructor was nothing but impatient and frustrated throughout. This was not a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Really good driving school, teachers not only show you what the government requires of young drivers, but they give us real life examples that help us understand what to do when driving.

Fantastic experience: Great driving school. Specifically,the instructor Denis Lazanis. He’s taught my 3 children and he never disappoints. My kids always felt comfortable with him. (Yes they all passed) waiting for my fourth child to be of age to start learning with Denis!

Positive experience: Practical lessons have been great and ARYO has been able to accommodate my need for a left foot accelerator.

Negative experience: They brainwash you to check your blind sides twice, which my exam instructor pointed to me it was the behavior of an undecided driver, which is dangerous on the road. In other words, this school will teach you things that will make YOU FAIL YOUR EXAM!! Avoid this school like the black plague, save your Shekels for Technic, or Paul's driving school. The only decent employee is the secretary.

Negative experience: One of your driver's is driving like an idiot in a company car. Came too close for comfort and when I honked proceeded to cut me off and flip me off. February 28th plate number FNH3292. If your driving school wants to advertise proper driving maybe you should make sure your instructors drive properly when they take your cars out with your company logo all over it :)

Negative experience: J'ai fait mes cours de conduite à cet endroit, ma blonde et mon frère aussi. Très mal organisé, mon premier prof sur la route que j'ai eu (j'en ai eu 2 différents) , m'a emmené dès le premier cours sur l'autoroute et puisque je n'étais pas aller dans la voie lente en entrant sur l'autoroute, mon prof s'est IMMOBILISÉ en plein milieu de l'autoroute, plein de problème au niveau de l'organisation des cours autant pour moi que ma blonde ou mon frère! Je déconseille fortement cette école de conduite !
