Fantastic experience: I had a phenomenal experience with Instructor Mike. Thanks to his patience, knowledge, and communication, I was able to pass my G2 in one attempt. Something unique about instructor Mike is that he not only teaches me the fundamentals of safe driving but also provides detailed reasoning as to why it is important to follow these rules. This is something I found very insightful as it is something that will stick with me to ensure that I am always following these habits to keep myself and others safe on the road. I highly recommend instructor Mike if you're looking for a kind, friendly instructor that will teach you how to drive safe, follow rules and pass your road test.

However, with Mike’s cool, calm, encouraging, humorous and yet professional attitude, I was able to not only overcome my fear, but also pass my G2 with utmost ease within a period of 2 weeks. I would highly recommend taking lessons from him for driving as he makes the whole process so much easier from the first step until the very end. Even right before my drive test, Mike took the time to support through the nervousness with his supporting words. Negative experience: This man is not as the review says he is. He does not care about you. All he cares about is getting his money and no proper arrangements. He tells you things and changes his mind without prior informing you. I was fooled by these reviews. I felt I was racially discriminated against by his treatment. That was how I was treated by him.

Fantastic experience: East or West Munish is best!!! Professional instructor with huge experience. Not like people who are running car rental business without any knowledge, they just sit with you in a car for 45 minutes and you will drive the car. He is running a driving school so just go for it.

After I finish his driving school I was able to pass the g2 test on my FIRST TRY! I had multiple driving instructors, they come close when it comes to Mike’s teaching skills. Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant experience learning with Mike, he thought me the basic lessons of driving on the road within a few days. The later lessons I mentioned what parts of driving/parking I felt uncomfortable on and he was able to direct me through the steps and ensure I was performing well each time. Overall I felt the driving classes were great and it was a pleasure talking to Mike as well. I owe them my thanks for passing my g2 test on the first try!

Negative experience: Not professional in any manner. Munish kept cancelling classes and he also did not show up to some classes - with which my sister had to call a couple of times to confirm. Would not recommend this school to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable instructors. I got my G2 in the first try thanks to them. They are also cheaper than most other driving schools. I tried other driving schools a while ago but didn't like them very much. Although at Drive Smart the instructor was very motivational and an excellent teacher. Speaks multiple languages and goes out of the way to ensure you learn to drive perfectly.

Negative experience: Instructor Mike constantly cancels appointments with little or no notice, leaves clients waiting and wondering…... very poor customer service!!!! I have called your office twice , left messages and have not gotten a return call, it doesn’t surprise me in the least……

Fantastic experience: Amazing instructor named Mike! He taught me everything I needed to know 30min before my G road test and I passed the road test. I would highly recommend this school and instructor Mike. Fantastic experience: It was a really good experience to learn Car Driving with Mike at Drive Smart 1 Driving School. Mike makes the driving classes very informational and gives a lot of useful tips to improve driving. The thing I liked most was his emphasis on safe driving habits and his patience. To add to this he also has a good sense of humour which helps a lot in taking one's mind off the stress of driving. After 5 classes I was confident driving on the road and mindful of being safe. Also, I passed my G2 road test. Much recommended.

Fantastic experience: Mike is a God sent! I started with him 2months ago (of which we skipped 1month) with practically no driving experience. I'm not exactly a fast learner but with his dedication, patience, tricks, motivation and confidence in me he told me will have me driving in no time. Negative experience: Mike is very unprofessional. He cancels lessons without telling anyone, ends lessons early where he tries to write 30 minutes off as 1 hour. There is no consistency with booking lessons, as there was a 3 week span where I did not hear from him. He also booked my G2 test when I specifically told him not to. Don’t trust these fake reviews and don’t go to this cheap school. Edit (reply to the response of the owner): I have the messages where I told Mike not to book my test, and he still went ahead to book it. And the times he showed up late to the sessions were not due to a mistake in booking, it was due to him being unprofessional and not respecting them time of his clients. Your response to my review is very misleading.

Fantastic experience: I’m coming back from St. Catherine’s right now. I just passed my test! I passed my G2 on the first time! Positive experience: I passed my G2 test today. It was my first try. The test was in Oakville and there was bad weather with snow. Other tests was canceled after mine which was at 8.30 am. Mike was my driving instructor and he was very knowledgeable. He taught well and pointed out my errors. I was able to learn a lot from him.
