Negative experience: The way they treat a potential customer is unprofessional. I tried to reach them out a couple of times but she just replies through text and ask me if she can call back but she actually hasn’t call me back at all!!!! What kind of customer service!!! If they’re busy they can just hire new staff or pick up the phone and tell me they’re not accepting a new student.

As a newcomer to Canada, I was feeling a bit nervous about getting back on the road after a short break, but Sandeep was an excellent instructor, clearly knowledgeable about safe driving techniques and patient with any questions or concerns I had. Fantastic experience: I just passed my driving test today. I am extremely thankful for the instructor for all of her support. When I started with her, my skills were quite bad but she very patiently taught me the rules. She is quite knowledgeable and offers practical tips that directly impacts the test. I would very highly recommend her to new learners specially living in downtown.

Fantastic experience: Sandeep is the best instructor I had. She never give up and she helped me a lot with tips and even make my classes with her so easy and i did pass. I did brush up with her, such a very calm person and very well versed of instruction. The way she deliver the instructions its very clear and I can clearly understand her. She will give you her very honest comment on your driving but she always have the optimistic wordings for you not to give up but to go for it until u reach and make it right.

I took my driving lessons from Sandeep and passed my road test :-) What differentiate Sandeep from other instructors is that she makes you feel comfortable and always accommodates your schedule despite her busy routine. Fantastic experience: I've found this driver's lessons on Google maps and was expecting a good lessons according to the reviews. But 2 hours brush up lesson was even better. Sandeep shown me most of the things that I need to pay attention during exam, such as meaning of some special signs, driving playground zones, intersections, speed limits etc... I was going to try a road test in downtown registry (urban) but Sandeep adviced me to pass it in the Northwest area and she was 100% right. She booked a road test for me the same day and I successfully passed it on my first try with only 30 fault points. I'm so happy that I found this instructor, and I strongly recommend her to others

Fantastic experience: Sandeep is an amazing instructor who teaches you like a friend. Although I had driven in India, but had no experience of driving in Canada. One session with her and I could clear the road test in first attempt. She explains the rules very clearly and don't get frustrated when you make mistakes. Sandeep was my Driving Instructor, she is the perfect instructor one needs to get familiar with the rules and drive perfectly without hesitation.
