His instructions were always clear, concise, and easy to understand, which made each lesson feel productive and less stressful. One of the things I appreciated most was Mr Ali’s calm and patient demeanor. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Khaled. I passed my G test in one attempt, and with the FIRST SNOW OF THE YEAR! If you are looking for a knowleadgeable instructor, who ALSO boosts your confidence and makes you loose your fear of the scary 400 highways, Khaled is the answer :) I had done hours with an instructor from other school for my G2, and despite being knowledgeable, he hammered my confidence. Khaled was great, starting with a very easy communication to set up class times at my convenience. On the road, he gave me a lot of easy and effective driving tips, while being super encouraging. He was very thorough to point my mistakes and propose fixes. He also told me what I was doing right, which not many instructors do and it's for me so necessary to have confidence. This was utmost important when the day of the test, unexpectedly we had the first snow of the year and a severe weather alert saying there was freezing rain. Khaled spent the whole 1 hour before the test giving me tricks for snow and ice (super valuable). I super recommend Khaled!!

Today I passed my G test all because of him in first attempt again. He is calm, patient and knowledgeable. He will make you teach rules which will help you in your real live driving and not just to pass your test. He will watch you drive and will give you tips and tricks wherever needed. Fantastic experience: I was about to do my G test and I didn’t feel comfortable because I didn’t practice. I wasn’t able to cancel the test so I decided to book a session with Ali. Ended up booking ONLY 1 session with Ali right before the exam. I didn’t expect it to help at all to be honest but he is such an amazing instructor all I needed was an hour with him and mind you I haven’t driven in years. He taught me everything I needed to know for the exam and thankfully I passed. Without him I would’ve probably failed.

Fantastic experience: My wife had G2 , we took one lesson from Rite Way Driving School, he was an old guy I think his name was Ali, he gave one hour over view lesson for G road test and exactly understood our requirement and situation. Today she passed ALLHUMDULILLAH G road test exam... very nice instructor and very good communication and teaching skills , highly recommend their service...

Fantastic experience: Mr. Ali was my instructor to help me pass the full G road test. He was amazing. He is Very professional, calm, courteous and friendly. I strongly recommend him for any of your driving test needs. He gave me very good tips and tricks to pass the test. He points out the good behaviors as well as the mistakes to help you adjust and learn. I have contacted many driving schools, many of which did not even answer my calls. Some schools did not have an opening before two weeks but Mr. Ali always was nice to accommodate classes which I really appreciated.

Negative experience: Very, very disappointed with the service we received here. Numerous calls to set up actual in-car driving instruction were never returned. They really don't seem to want to do it. Just kept saying we were registered and all was good. But WE NEVER GOT THE CLASSES. Avoid this company.

Positive experience: Not the greatest experience; during January’s drivers ed that I took, one day out of 4 was canceled without notice on a heavy snow day. Showed up for nothing, not the greatest driving school. BUT if you get one of the instructors “ Mo “ he’s absolutely fantastic, he’s abit straight forward but to this day after I got my G2. I’m confident because of Mo. 10/10 would recommend him as a private coach

Negative experience: Reconsider spending you money here. I showed up for my scheduled BDE course this morning, only to see a paper sign saying 'please meet us at our new location for this course'. I never received an email or call informing me about this, there was no way I could have made it to the new location on time. Regardless, if they can't inform me of the new location, how are they supposed to inform me how to drive?

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Ali enough for being a great instructor. I had past terrible experience with another driving school instructor who destroyed my confidence few years ago. Ali was able to build up my confidence and skills and I passed my G2! I would recommend him to anyone who is a new driver or experience but want to get some feedback before going for road tests. Negative experience: There was a lady instructor today at around 9:25am today on July 24, 2019 on Albion Road and Bridle Path who was very careless with her student. Just before stopping at that intersection, the student wasn’t driving very well, swerving left and right and I could tell that the student and instructor were only chit-chanting rather than teaching the student to drive carefully in between the lines and the road was a max of 80 student was driving at 50 or even less. Then stopped at a stop sign, and the instructor saw either a friend or who ever and decided to chit chat more with someone she saw outside on the side walk. This is unprofessional and she either needs to get her job right or leave. I understand new students learning to drive, but I do not remember my own instructor back in the days doing any of this non sense! Very unprofessional and will not recommend my kids in the future to take classes with this company.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly instructors. The car is clean and comfortable. Mr Ali is very experienced and has amazing tips to pass on the first time on the exam.

Negative experience: Got yanked around and couldn't get a driving instructor for way too long after completing the in class portion then got assigned an instructor who yelled at me for every mistake and said every single infraction would be an automatic failure on the test. I passed my test with flying colours despite their opinion

Fantastic experience: Riteway driving school was an excellent experience for me. The instructor was I had was a very well-rounded individual who taught me all the rules of the road very eloquently. He never got angry, annoyed or short-tempered. He was very patient, very caring and understanding. He is very open to suggestions and will listen to your concerns or problems (if any). Furthermore, the RiteWay driving school is very professional, extremely responsive and always committed to appointments. I had to learn 8 hours in one week that I decided a week before and the instructor accommodated me very quickly and with the times that I wanted which I truly appreciated. I am very impressed with the service I received and definitely recommend RiteWay to all those looking to learn to drive. If you are committed to learn and need a good instructor, RiteWay, is the best place you should register. My sister and I passed my exam from the first time and we are very grateful for RiteWay! Def recommend :)

I found the in-class instructions and homework to be clear and helpful before getting in the car and got my G2 thanks to driving with Basil. Fantastic experience: I am an older driver who did his learning outside the country, and wanted somebody with experience to take me out once or twice before my G test. Ali did me a great service, showing me the routes the test would take and making sure I was prepared. Money well spent.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my G2 with the help of Ali. I had never driven in my life before the sessions and had a high level of anxiety. From the start, Ali made me feel very comfortable driving and knew the road test very well making sure I would be ready for the exam. I booked an additional session with him on top of the 5 and didn't have anybody to practice with outside the school. Negative experience: Nothing too great about this place. The in class lessons were hard to understand and my driving instructor was very bad at explaining things. It's also hard to get in contact with them.

Negative experience: How did Sharma Singh get a job as a driving instructor? I'm reading reviews of the people who've had him as a driving instructor and honestly, those reviews were correct. He is the definition of a waste man and a bad teacher; he makes the worst professors at my school look like experts. This "instructor" ruins the image of good driving instructors and Sharma should no longer teach! Terrible driving instructor and terrible person. Would rather ride a bike my whole life then get "taught" by this absolute incompetent idiot. Basically, he just yells and gets angry whenever you make a mistake. Um hello? You should be polite and give me suggestions on how to improve my driving. Instead, this absolute moron loses his temper and makes learning an unenjoyable experience. Every day just seemed like a waste of time with no progress being made. Furthermore, this man should take anger management classes so he can stop being acting like a pathetic, arrogant child. I can't believe a person like him exists. If Riteway is to succeed as a school which it seems like it is, it needs to weed out low quality "instructors" like Sharma.

Negative experience: AVOID at all cost. I booked the BDE package (which should include 10 hours on road) with them because of the 4 star ratings and that was a mistake. I took lessons with Ali in the winter of 2018. He was not a great instructor, just sat there and wasn’t helpful. After 4 driving classes (4 hours in total) I still only knew how to driving forward and take turns on small streets. Worst of all I was GHOSTED after 5 driving classes with Ali. Says he had a heart operation and disappeared. After two weeks I tried following up by text and calling and NO RESPONSE. I thought something went wrong and he’s not teaching anymore, but judging from the recent (probably mostly fake) comments mentioning him, clearly he’s still teaching! I'm going to report them to BBB and thinking of getting a lawyer honestly — I want my money back, but more importantly the way they run things is scammy, dishonest and hurt students.

Fantastic experience: I had about 5 lessons with Ali before my road test. I never drove before and he got me ready in just a few hours. I recommend him 100% to anyone learning how to drive. Professional, kind and skilled!

Negative experience: I had a poor experience with this driving school. My teacher was regularly at least 15 minutes late for my in-car instruction. Once, he arrived 40 minutes late for a 2-hour lesson, and did not offer to make up the time. He also frequently canceled lessons, and it took over 6 months to schedule 10 hours. He also didn't keep track of how many hours I had done, and questioned my records. He didn't explain basics like shoulder-checking, and couldn't tell me whether he thought I was ready for the exam.

Fantastic experience: I tried two driving schools before the Rite Way... I am lucky when I got Ali as an Instractor. He is really professional, patient and puntual. I would recommend Ali for every student, this is after my experience !

Negative experience: For the 20hrs in class portion of this course, I give it 1 star. The classroom was filthy; the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in 2 months and the whiteboard was black with dry erase smudges. You could tell that the instructor (Ali) knew his material but the delivery of it was just incomprehensible. He would start each class off with some drawings and explanations of the things we were going to cover that day (this is where I actually learned from him) and then the next 3 hours were spent scrolling through a PowerPoint and Ali would simply ask us questions about the PowerPoint slides. I didn’t feel as though I was being taught anything because he just asked the class questions, and then took the student’s answer and would tell us, yes that’s right or that it wasn’t. In our 2nd class he checked his voicemail while teaching us, and in our 3rd class he texted the entire time. I truly did learn the most from the homework links online - that anyone can have access too without buying the course (just saying). I was assigned Ali as my driving instructor for 10hrs through text, and I replied to the text asking if I was able to request a different instructor. My reason being that if I couldn’t appreciate his teaching methods in class I most likely would not be able to the in car (I was unexperienced and very nervous). He said okay and asked what instructor I wanted. Having read the reviews, the only other name I had seen was Jamal so I requested Jamal. Driving with Jamal nearly made me quit the driving school and go spend another couple hundred at a different school. I had warned him that it had been 3 years since I drove so to treat me like a beginner. Jamal raised his voice at me multiple times during our first hour; when I stopped abruptly at stops signs, when I began to slow down when changing lanes, very common beginner mistakes. He also texted a majority of the time in car, only looking up at the road to tell me which direction to go at the next intersection. After my first lesson with him, I texted Ali to see if I was able to get a new driving instructor. He replied to my text with hostility and anger that I was requesting to change instructors for the second time. I tried to explain that I need to feel comfortable with someone if they’re going to be teaching me how to drive. I’m already in a vulnerable position and I need someone who will be patient and work with me while I learn. Ali’s attitude towards me after this was just downright unprofessional. I went on my second drive with Jamal, where we spoke of why I wanted to switch and I told him I didn’t appreciate him raising his voice at me while I’m driving. He argued that he hadn’t raised his voice, that that’s just his voice. We moved passed it, and after that lesson I received a text with the name and number of my new driving instructor. I completed the next 8hrs of driving with Aly M, and he took the time to discuss with me what I needed to work on and help me work on these areas. I am glad that he was there for me, as I was able to pass my G2 test because of him. If it were only him I had dealt with, my experience would have been completely different. After spending about $600 to be taught how to drive, I would really have appreciated much more professionalism and I would expect to have been treated with respect throughout. I regret choosing this driving school.

Fantastic experience: I took the BDE course with Rite-Way Driving School and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an effective, affordable and enjoyable driving course. The in-class sessions were smaller so we could ask questions and have conversations with the instructor to make sure we understood the course material. The in-car lessons were effective and helped me to build my confidence as a new driver. I took my lessons with Ali who knows how to keep you calm and focused on road. If you're looking for a BDE course or just some in-car lessons I would suggest you try Rite-Way.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful, just needed one time and I passed!

Fantastic experience: After having my G2 for the full 5 years and procrastinating taking the G test, I was left in a high stress situation where my license was expired and extended on a one-time pass to take the G road test. If I failed I would have had to start ALL over again with the written beginners test and G1, etc. It would have been the biggest headache. I’m SO glad I called Ali at Rite Way. He met me at the Drive Test centre and explained the critical information on a small whiteboard which helped create a visual for the lesson to follow. We drove the route around the test centre and his help and insight was invaluable. I passed my G test on the first try and I attribute it all to ALI at RITE WAY. I have already recommended him to friends and family. I must also note that I am a woman and he was always patient, respectful, understanding and kind throughout the lessons no matter how stressed or nervous I might have been. Thank you Ali!! :)

Fantastic experience: I got Ali as an instructor and he's amazing. Very patient and calm. He helped me pass my G2 the second time around. He took the time to teach me everything I needed to know for the road test. If you go with the school ask for Ali as your driving instructor, he's seriously the best!

Fantastic experience: Ali was a wonderful instructor. He put me at ease every step of the way. If I could do this all over again , I won't hesitate to use Ali. I passed my G very easily. My advice !! Take few lessons before you attempt the test. Thank you Rite way driving school.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Rite Way Driving School Instructor Ali - he made sure I was well prepared for my G2 test, answered all my questions, provided me helpful feedback and most importantly he was punctual. He was also able to accommodate me on short notice and this was definitely appreciated as no other driving school would! Thanks so much Ali & Rite Way!

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Ali and he is amazing.I took driving session with him for my G2 and G and pass both test. He pay attention to details and give honest feedback which help me a lot not only to get my license but also in everyday driving. I am being driving for a while but I will still suggest to take some sessions with him before test rather attempting for test several times. I would highly recommend Ali , he is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Instructor Jamal is really patient and easy going. I'm a first time driver and he is doing a good job of helping me deal with my nerves while I'm driving.

Fantastic experience: Amazing training by Ali! He is great and very patient, teaches so well with drawings and is an awesome instructor.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this school ! I do not recommend it at all to anyone.. they lie to you and take 30 dollars saying it's for your certificate but that's not true you can still get your certificate without having to pay the 30 dollars. The instructor wastes your 10 driving hours teaching you NOTHING, So you can then pay them 40 dollars an hour for extra driving lessons. Please listen to me and dont waste ur money with them.
