Fantastic experience: Recommending Kiran, I passed G road test from the first attempt after 10h of practice with her. All the advises she gave were very useful during the exam and it was very easy to agree on comfortable timeslots with her - I did all 10h of the necessary BDE practice in 5 days, so 2h per day. 1 week and now got my full license (I skipped the G2 since I had a foreign license). Very happy, she was very helpful!

Fantastic experience: I am an Indian. I opted for G test directly.. thought 3 classes would be sufficient for me but I was wrong.. Sir Jay gave me 8 plus classes and I was able to clear G test in one go. His advices and experience is very valuable. Great person.

Negative experience: Editing this review from two years ago (original 5-star review at the bottom): It’s disappointing to have to change my 5-star review to a 1-star due to a recent experience. My initial experience was excellent, as you’ll see in my original review below. However, I contacted Jag again to help me prepare for my G test, expecting the same high level of service and a complete package, as before, including use of the car for the test, booking assistance, and depending on the date, we could eventually book driving lessons. Jag quoted $199, which seemed fair, and requested my availability to book the test. However, he ended up booking a test location that was a 1.5-hour drive from me, on a date outside of the availability I provided. I received a receipt from the Drivetest center showing $91.25 for the booking. It was only after I confirmed my day off, paid Jag the $199, that he clarified the payment covered only the booking, which I thought was excessive considering the markup was over 120% on just the booking– I would need to pay an additional $380 if I wanted to use his car and have any further support. I expressed my disappointment, and he explained that the high markup was because he needed to pay someone to spend five hours finding the appointment, which felt questionable since I had requested standard support, not a premium booking service. I would have booked it myself if this had been communicated upfront. Although he refunded $50, the lack of transparency left a bad impression, especially since the full cost wasn’t made clear until after I had already paid. Recommendation: Be cautious and request a written quote covering all services and associated costs to avoid misunderstandings. Initial review: Contacted initially to book driving lessons to pass the G test. The experience was seamless and Jag went above and beyond to instruct me and my sister on the best driving practices. Loved how patient and wise Jag was, not only showing me the best tips to pass the test but also on how to apply those instructions on day to day basis. Passed the test both me and my sister on the same day! Would recommend a 100% and if you happen to register, they have some of the best pricing and don’t forget to ask for JAG! He’s the best.

Although sometimes instructors like Bilal can cancel the in-person road lesson at last minute, it's still a very good place to do your BDE and Digital Course, even doing it at home is better than going inside the building. You'll come to G1G2, and you'll like awesome instructors like Bilal and the online course!!!
