Negative experience: Absolutely the worst driving school I've ever heard of.... my son completed an in-class and vehicle driving training with this school and everything was an absolute headache. Difficult to schedule the classes, difficult to reach anyone as their answering machine is always full, amd the pricing works out to about the same as CAA or YG, only, the latter are withouth a doubt more transparent and professional...... It's like a Banana Republic driver training school decided to transplant itself into newmarket. As an immigrant myself, I'm pretty sure we immigrated to Canada to get away from this kind of incompetence. Sad excuse for driving school. I absolutely regret not going to a more professional outfit like young drivers or caa...... everything is much more streamlined and consistent and you won't be ripped off like you will be at this school.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had to convert our South African driving licenses to Canadian G-licenses (Ontario). Even though we've been driving for more than 15 years, it was still a bit of a daunting thought, especially given that we're used to driving on the left-hand side of the road, not the right. A couple of lessons with Jay from Top Star; however, and we aced our G road tests first time around. His lessons were comprehensive, very affordable and actually quite fun. Anyone looking for an on point instructor, I'd highly recommend him and Top Star Driving School

My son had taken 10 hours with another driving school and after the 10 hours of on road driving he was still nervous and unsure himself. Fantastic experience: I completed the 4 day in person class session at Newmarket, and it was an exceptional experience! The course was amazing it covered all the topics I hadn't known about and more like defensive driving techniques! The teacher was incredibly knowledgeable and encouraged engaging, making the classroom sessions both informative and enjoyable. Participation was encouraged, and they were always willing to answer any questions, ensuring that everyone fully understood the material.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Saqib. He wasn't patient. He was rude. I don't recommend taking classes with him.

Negative experience: I would avoid this driving school at all costs they have essentially stolen from my wife. Fully paid for lessons in March, has only received one lesson to date. Each lesson booked has been cancelled by the driver day of for one excuse or another. Some of the worst customer service I have witnessed in my life. There is no accountability, and has been very frustrating experience especially when having to make special arrangements for child care only to have lessons cancelled with very little notice. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Fantastic experience: I had procrastinated for years and my G2 license was about to expire. My sister in law helped me out by setting up driving lessons with an instructor by the name of Saqib Javed. As it turned out I was very fortunate she chose him as my instructor. He was practical and knowledgeable and patient. He covered all aspects of driving and safety in a way that's natural and easy to understand. I had a little trouble picking it up right away but that was on me and eventually everything clicked. I passed my test the first time and was complimented on my driving by the examiner. I highly recommend this driving instructor. That name again is Saqib Javed, give him a call if you want I pleasant learning experience that ends in success.

Fantastic experience: Siavash was my instructor, and he is exceptional. If you take classes with Siavash, ‎you won't regret it!!! I went straight from G1 to Full G and everyone told me not ‎to do it because I would definitely fail, but Siavash guaranteed me that if I follow ‎his advice and keep my composure, I will definitely pass on the first attempt, and ‎that's exactly what happened!!! Siavash pays great attention to the details and has ‎marked the entire route of the exam, telling you exactly when to use a signal or when to increase ‎or decrease your speed... You might feel very confused at first, but with practice ‎and repetition, you will become very proficient in the test route FOR SURE!!! Make sure to ‎follow all the advice he gives, even if you think it's not necessary because it ‎actually is!!! I followed all of Siavash's advice STEP by STEP and DIDN’T have EVEN ‎ONE MISTAKE during my exam!!! to the point where my examiner told me my observation was ‎PERFECT and I am a VIP for him, and IT IS ABSOLUTELY HIS HONOR to give me my G ‎license !!! Imagine hearing such praise from your examiner after the test!!! I owe it ‎all to Siavash... Thank you SO SO SO much, Siavash.‎

Negative experience: I was lied about and blocked, and unallowed to provide the truth of the situation for the public. I feel the need to provide these photos of proof of my horrible experience with this company. The fact they refused to fully rectify all of their faults, and then blame me, the customer, is really sickening and I assure the public, these reviews are not all real. This is a highly fraudulent company, whom just cares about taking your money initially, and then they are unable to book, and blame you. Don't. Do it.

Negative experience: This company will leave you for months and ultimately over a year without giving you all your lessons. Impossible to reach instructors, they replace them without informing you, and you go weeks and months without getting responses. Then you get excuses such as, " My car was in An accident and I won't be able to give you lessons for at least 3 weeks". " Sorry ,I have left the country for over a month and someone else should have informed you". When you ask for refunds they will not, in fact they will blame you, regardless of all the proof and communications you have regarding their inability to book lessons to be completed within a year. Do NOT waste your money, they are rude, liars, and they write these reviews themselves.
