Fantastic experience: Shane is extremely patient and has knowledge of what examiners are looking for. He prepares you accordingly and makes sure you get confident on the roads. I took 10 classes and passed my G2 in my first try. The examiner commented that I am a safe driver and hence she is passing me! I would definitely recommend Shane!

Negative experience: Honestly, take your money elsewhere. The instructor himself knows basic skills (nothing legendary), but most of the time he's too preoccupied taking phone calls, texting and not really paying attention. He steals right from people, by cutting lessons short and failing to show up on time. The in-class lessons consist of a teacher/owner that talks about her self, her cars, and her success story. When trying to inquire about appointments after spending hundreds of dollars here (on premium packages and additional lessons) I was given attitude and not treated as a valuable client. Avoid!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with driving skills academy. I just passed my g2 after a couple lessons with Shane and I only have good things to say! When I first started driving, I usually experienced some hesitation and nervousness just because it was so new. Shane really helped me work on the areas I needed to and helped developed the skills I already had to allow me to become a super confident driver. Plus he's just good company and makes the whole experience of learning how to drive very comfortable. Will be coming back when i'm about to take my G test!

It is important to note that, I had a short period of time to prepare for my G2 road test (about a week), and Shane accommodated a week of very helpful lessons for me. He is very respectful and patient, so I felt totally comfortable with the lessons. If you have the chance to prepare for your tests with him, don't think twice!

When I first started driving I took lessons at a different driving school and learned practically nothing and failed my g2 three times. I decided to try some lessons with shane as my partner and his sister recommended me to him. After one lesson with shane i learned more in 2 hours than i did in 10 hours of driving with a different instructor.

I was a nervous driver and he really helped build my confidence behind the wheel in such a short period of time. I've tried other driving schools and found that i learned the most from Shane. He was the most detailed in his approach. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I've learned to drive from scratch to passing G test with Shane. Shane made excellent use of our time and introduced skills at an appropriate pace. Shane's calm demeanor helped me a lot because learning to drive is stressful! Shane is calm but alert; I felt totally safe learning to drive. In preparation for tests, Shane again made excellent use of our time drilling skills with an emphasis on ministry driving standards.
