Negative experience: This is perhaps the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They send different instructors so there is no continuity in instruction since they never tell the previous instructor what was or needs to be covered and they are always cancelling the lessons last minute. They must have cancelled on my wife 5 times in a row when she made plans to go driving from work leaving her sitting at waiting with no ride. But perhaps the worst is that on the last lesson they picked her up and after the lesson left her in a random parking lot because they had to leave to get to another student. She had to call me almost in tears to come pick her up. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and lack of scheduling coordination of this company. I wouldn't even recommend them to someone I hated.

Negative experience: Go ANYWHERE else. Instructor spent more time shoving religion down my kid's throat while he was a captive audience than teaching anything related to driving. He learned nothing. Will likely wind up paying to repeat the course with a different company. One concerned with actually teaching driving, and not just with prostheletyzing. Worst experience ever. And zero effort at service recovery.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test successfully today. I was able to do it under the guidance of instructor Jag. His instructions are very good. And I am happy that I was able to clear it I first attempt and this means a lot. He has been very accommodating in class timing.

Negative experience: Booked a refresher class this morning and it was unprofessional. Instructor seemed like he was in a hurry, the lesson was rushed and instructions were given so fast that I had to tell him not to rush. Adding that he was also on his phone most of the time texting. I got nothing from the class.

Fantastic experience: I had Mr. Jagmohan sir as my driving instructor for my G2 test and my G test. I passed on the first try with both tests.He is an excellent teacher, his driving tricks really do work. 5 stars is not high enough of a rating for Him he should get over 10 stars. If you get him as a teacher you should consider yourself lucky.
