Negative experience: Awful awful experience I had just today and I will complain to icbc for sure. I booked a one and half hour lesson at 12 and I arrive at 12:06 at their office. Although they mentioned they pick you up but asked me to come to their office. I already have driving experience and she said I don’t let you drive in downtown so she drove me to a parking lot and at 12:20 and let me sit on driving side. While teaching she was so rude, disappointing. She made me stop just because she wanted to make me decide about my next class and she rudely told me I have to book it now my calendar is full though I saw it and it was empty. She told me to let me know asap and I was laughing because I knew I would never take a lesson with her anymore but I didn’t tell her. At 1:20 she made me stop again and fill out the form and then she wrote 12 to 13:30. And asked me to come down. I said I booked one hour and half you want to drive? She said thats they policy its same for everyone and I can’t let you drive my car to downtown. I didn’t make any mistake the whole time and I told her I paid for my lesson but she insisted once I told her that I complain she said lets drive now for ten minutes and I was so angry told her to drop me off at Pacific center but instead she took me to her own office and said here is our drop off location dont ruin your day and time pay to a better company Arezo was awful and just thought about herself and car and money

Negative experience: They’re very rude and they don’t do as they say. Really bad liars

Negative experience: The policy clearly states payment is due no later than "the end of each driving lesson or road test session." And they demanded payment from my wife multiple days in advance. If they're so concerned with payment, maybe they should change their policy. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being. Update: Added photo of the payment portion of the policy given to my wife by the instructor for reference. Second Update: He changed his comment to not be caught in a lie. But it's fine. I took a screenshot of it.

Fantastic experience: Great heavens!! I passed my class 5 road test on my first attempt. Thanks to my instructor Arzou , she was spot on, knowledgeable, conversant, patient, proficient,efficient and brutally honest with me on the weak points. That facilitated quick assimilation and replication of skills in safe driving. She's a master par excellence!. I owe it to her. I would recommend and prescribe VSDA to anyone anytime, it's a sure bet. Viva!

Fantastic experience: I could not have picked a better instructor. Ramin was an absolute legend of a teacher!! He did an excellent job of respecting my anxiety and also pushing me out of my comfort zone. Every drive was a new adventure and he was an absolute wealth of information. What I appreciated most was that he teaches to the highest level, and is very particular, but never once makes you feel bad for struggling. He works really hard to adapt his teaching style to your learning style and to make you feel safe and in control. Pricing was also very accessible especially since I could use their car. Waiting so long to get my license was so worth it to have this guy as my instructor. Will 100% be refering my friends and family to this company!!

Positive experience: I'm almost positive this type of driving is not considered "safe". Bus stopped to pick up people. Your company vehicle with an instructor in the passenger seat is blocking the intersection. Light turns red and now your vehicle is literally stopped dead in the crosswalk. There's a lady on the other side of the car with a walker that cannot get by. While it's been 20 years since I took my last driving lesson I can promise you I was taught this is just flat out bad driving. No vehicle should ever be stopped in a crosswalk. That's illegal. Do better. I understand mistakes happen but it's the instructors job to ensure things like this don't happen let alone impede disabled people.

Fantastic experience: Today, I passed my N driving test. Ramin was a talented driver, and I am NOT. Most talented people are impatient, but Ramin was an exception. He broke down his driving techniques into little details repeatedly (hundreds of times at least). To begin anything in life, begins with a vision. My end goal of driving was to find enjoyment in driving on a coastal Highway, and also being confident driving in any complexed road conditions. I booked extra classes after passing my test, so we can work on highways and complex road conditions.

Negative experience: They try to con you into taking more classes when you are ready to take the exam. I did 5 hours of classes with them and when I tried to book a car from them for the exam they came back to me saying I need atleast 3 more hours of classes and I was not ready. I booked a car from a different school and passed the test without any issue and no additional classes. Do not recommend this school for anyone.
