Negative experience: I had an unfortunate experience with Ajoy from from this Driving School. As an instructor, Ajoy's performance left much to be desired. He is a Bengali from Bangladesh. Not only was his instruction subpar, but his demeanor was also incredibly unprofessional. His customer service skills were severely lacking, and I found his attitude to be rude and dismissive. Overall, I would caution anyone considering this Driving School to steer clear of Ajoy as an instructor. It's essential for potential customers to be aware of the poor quality of service he provides. Save yourself the frustration and seek instruction elsewhere and avoid this school as well if possible.

So I contacted Shaaz and on the first day I mentioned him that I will go for the classes and as per your observation you should suggest me for what I should go G or G2 . So, he suggested that since you have experience I would like to go for G. So I followed and took required lessons and just today I went for the test and guess what I successfully passed it. Thanks to Shohan for guidance and patience in this process. I would definitely suggest anyone to go with him. I have few points regarding him maybe it can help solving your concerns. * It might look like the fees is a bit high but believe me it gonna worth while you are in the process of learning. * To save few bucks don’t just take few classes and go for exam. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Shohan. The classes were a game changer for me and I was able to get my G2 in the very first attempt. Very detail oriented and I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: They have lost their professionalism. The instructor Shahjahan charged 50 dollar per hour but talked over phone about his business and personal matters for 30 mins while just letting me drive without teaching me anything. Shame on them, just taking other peoples money without giving them service back in return. He did this for 3 classes and then i stopped taking lessons from him.

Shohan can be really strict with following rules which is exactly what trains and prepares you for the test. He instils the right driving rules that make you a good driver & ready for the test. In spite of having started with zero experience and being an extremely nervous driver, I passed my G2 in the first attempt at Metro East. As an instructor Shohan can identify your weaknesses and instruct you accordingly. You can tell he is passionate about his job and does it well. He also has a good sense of humour!

Fantastic experience: I decided to give Shaaz driving academy a call and left a message after being recommended by a friend and seeing their google reviews and I was not disappointed. I had booked my driving test by myself and it was getting close to my test date so I gave them a call to help me see if I was ready. Sohan quickly gave me call back within the hour and scheduled a lesson in the next day. After some driving it was clear I was no where close to ready for my test, so Sohan took it upon himself to rebook my test to later date taking care of all the fees for me. After 12 lessons it looked like I was ready for my test, Sohan was able to loan me his car for test, and I passed it on my first try! The lessons are 50 minutes long and cost $50 each, and scheduling with Sohan was very quick and stress free. Sohan was a very understanding and patient instructor, he gave clear, simple, easy steps to follow to able to pass my test with ease. As long as you follow the steps Sohan tells you to take when doing any task the examiner tells you, you will be fine! I really appreciate how easy and stress free the experience was with Sohan and Shaaz Driving Academy!
