Fantastic experience: At steer n go, I learnt a lot of new skills that I wasn’t able to do before. As a new driver, Steer n go helped me learn how to properly drive to help me prepare for my G2 road test. I learnt how to properly do difficult skills such as 3 point turns, parallel parking and more. Ashish, my instructor was really helpful during these 10 hours of instructing giving me lots of tips and explanations on all of the necessary skills I need to know while driving.

Fantastic experience: Omar explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way, giving me comfort to drive well. Also he helped explain the small mistakes I made. 4+

Negative experience: Worst driving school. I struggle with driving and instructor was already frustrated and impatient within five minutes of the first lesson and very clearly had no patience for actually teaching anything and wanted me to be instantly perfect the first time trying anything. I gave up after two lessons because it was so pointless and I wasn't actually being taught anything other than how terrible I was at driving.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Ruaa and she made me feel so confident as a driver and thanks to her I passed my g2 on the first try! I truly couldn't have asked for a better instructor. She was so patient and helpful and her white board and toy cars helped so much with understanding her instructions! 10/10.

Positive experience: My driving instructor was Ashish. Loved the use of the whiteboard to show different driving skills. I found I learned really fast how to do my 3 point turn. Only issue I had was sometimes he would drop me off 10-15 minutes early. Overall great instructor.

Her explanations were really helpful and she gave lots of good tips and corrections while practicing! I found it really helpful how she made me practice the specific routes for the g2 test to prepare me.

Fantastic experience: I've had three in-car lessons so far with Ruaa and she is an excellent driving instructor! She is a patient teacher with a very calming presence which is very helpful as a nervous beginner driver. Ruaa is very knowledgeable and is great at explaining rules and concepts in engaging and easily understandable ways. I would recommend Steer n Go and Ruaa to anyone in the Ottawa area looking for driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! The theoretical classes were extensive and thorough, providing the necessary tools to get on the road. My instructor Omar was excellent. As a totally inexperienced driver, he gave me the confidence needed to take on my G2 exam, always being patient, knowledgeable, friendly and punctual.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Steer'ngo and my instructor, Bassam. I've had severe anxiety about driving for as long as I can remember, and it meant that I didn't pursue my G2 until I was in my thirties. Bassam created the most comfortable and safe learning environment for me. The level of care and thoughtfulness he demonstrated in every lesson, while also challenging me to develop my skills and confidence behind the wheel, meant that I was more than prepared to pass my G2 road test (and on my first attempt!). I was impressed with how efficient and prepared he was, using various tools to help explain the concepts. Even though he had a thick accent, he used a lot of physical cues, like a drawing board, to accommodate. I would highly recommend him

Fantastic experience: My experience with steer’ngo was amazing my instructor Ashish was a great teacher I brought him my last G test results and asked if we could work and correct what i had done wrong on the test. I did the 2 hour in car session 3 days before my G test, and I am now happy to say that I am now a fully licensed G driver, i would recommend steer’ngo to anyone who is either going for their G2 or G test as well as my instructor Ashish.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous prior to my driving lessons, but after completing my in-car lessons with Omar I was able to slowly work through my nerves and build up my confidence on the road. He was extremely patient and understanding whenever I made mistakes and made sure to focus on the areas I needed improvement on to become a well-rounded driver.

Fantastic experience: Steer'ngo made the entire process of studying for my G2, practing driving, and taking the road test so easy. The online lessons were easy to follow and very informative. Odai, my driving instructor, was especially helpful! Huge thanks to him. He was very patient and kind with me and never made me feel silly or incompetent when I made mistakes. His instruction was very clear and concise, and covered everything that I needed to know. He was also able to identify early on where my strengths and weaknesses lie and focused on improving where I was lacking. It's thanks to Odai that I was able to pass my test on the first try "with flying colours" (according to the tester). I would absolutely recommend both Steer'ngo and Odai to future drivers.

I was very nervous going into our first lesson, but she was very patient and reassuring. After only a few minutes of driving with her, I already felt a big improvement in my confidence and driving. Fantastic experience: The in-class sections of the course were easy to follow along and very engaging. Home work followed the in-class lesson very well, as long as you payed attention in-class the Home work was easy. The in car lesson were even better. The instructor I had was named Marilena, she was super kind and gave lots of good tips and tricks, she was not judgmental and was over all a great person to have guild you in the car. Over all I would give this place a 5 out of 5 for there spectacular teachers and lesson quality.

Fantastic experience: One of the best driving schools ever. The instructor, Bassam, is one of the most awesome people I have ever met. He doesn’t care about money or time; all he cares about is that you learn and feel comfortable on the road. It took only two lessons for me to become comfortable and safe on the road. He doesn’t just teach you to pass the test—he ensures you become a good driver so that you're safe and comfortable driving alone. Very professional and amazing instructor, and I highly recommend Bassam.

Fantastic experience: The online portion of the school was important since it provides information on signs and basic rules I didn’t fully understand before driving. I just completed my 10 hours of in car lessons with my driving instructor Marilena. After each lesson with her my confidence when it comes to driving improved significantly. Even though I have been driving for months beforehand she gave me basic improvements that allowed me feel confident on the road. Overall I can’t recommend these lessons more to anyone.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience booking my driving lesson there. Even tough I didn't have my lesson, they kept part of the amount I paid to cover their administrative costs.

Fantastic experience: Im Mohamad Nafaa, i recently joined steerngo driving school. I was really nervous at first about actually driving but my instructor Odai, gave me the confidence and everything I needed in order to be a good driver. He’s honestly the best. If it wasn’t for him i wouldn’t be as good as I am right now. Worth every penny. He’s really good at explaining the rules and signs, he even pulled a whiteboard so he can visually explain everything which I thought was really cool. Overall he’s really awesome, always made me comfortable, and always kept on reassuring me when needed. Odai is great!

He has been super informative and supportive, and has been very accomodating in provising a good environment for learning. I feel 10x more secure driving now than I did when I first started and that is thanks to him.

He was incredibly kind, was dedicated to my improvement and he made me feel confident in my driving skills. Within even just the first few lessons, I improved my overall skill immensely and learnt many defensive driving techniques. And because of him i will be able to easily pass my G2 test.
