Fantastic experience: Abdul faqiri is the best instructor and have good teaching skills for driving. He is the best and has a good Corolla SE. I took 8 lessons have passed my test in first attempt. I would definitely suggest to learn with him as he has excellent instructing skills while driving which makes you pass your test in 1st attempt!

Fantastic experience: I passed my G2 on the first try with the help of Yama! Yama is an amazing instructor and was very attentive to my needs. I was initially very hesistant to drive as I had no experience but he helped me feel comfortable behind the wheel. He was also very supportive and continuously encouraged me, telling me that I can do it and to believe in myself. He was genuinely excited and proud when I passed, and I couldn't recommend a better instructor. Not only is he a great teacher, but he is also kind, patient, funny, and someone who genuinely cares about his students. I had a wonderful experience. Book with Yama if you get a chance!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience preparing for my G2 test at Westdale Driving School! The in-class lessons were very informative, as David was very engaging and had plenty of great stories to tell. I had John as my on-road instructor and he did an amazing job, I felt very reassured with him around. He was able to fit me in his busy schedule, even after a long gap due to my university studies, and taught me many useful driving techniques which helped me pass my G2 on the first try!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Westdale Driving School! Highly recommend this driving school to anyone who is looking to learn to drive, with confidence too. The 20 hours of lessons before the in-car lessons were great because you can choose to do it either online or in person at the driving school. My driving instructor, John is fantastic at teaching. He is calm, friendly, funny, patient and knows what the Drivetest examiners are looking for. John is easy to contact for booking the in-car lessons with a flexible schedule. I have passed my G2 and G on my first try with the confidence that John gave me. Thank you!

Negative experience: The instructor was terrible, on the phone most of the time and was usually barefoot inside the vehicle. Also they didn't give me a certificate so I was never able to get an insurance discount, they just kept running me in circles when asked for it. Grifters.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience, I had Zakera as my driving instructor and she was absolutely amazing and was so kind and sweet. I passed my G2 first try thanks to her and all that she helped me with. As well as the in class lessons they were fun and educational but not overbearing and our teacher David took the time to make sure we understand the responsibility that driving holds and all that comes with it. Negative experience: In class lessons were great and my kids had nothing but good things to say about this instructor. However, when it came to the driving lessons, the driving instructor insisted on 2 hour driving lessons but none of those lessons lasted 2 hours (they were cut short by at least 30 minutes). They were pressured to complete their driving lessons as quickly as possible. The instructor once tried to schedule 2 lessons within 24 hours, and when my daughter didn't respond to a text immediately to his appointment request for the next morning, it was recorded as a last minute cancellation. When I called the school, I talked to Dianna and she was told that "my kids liked to cancel" and it was his word against mine. I'm not denying that they each had a last minute cancellation and I take full responsibility for that. In the end, my daughter ended up with 3 lessons and 4.5 hours of driving time. EDIT: I am editing my review based on the response from the business from 2 stars to 1 star as I am being called a liar! I was home when the kids were picked up for driving and dropped off 1.5 hours later (from a 2 hour lesson). They were asked to sign off on the lesson BEFORE it even started. I was not confrontational with Dianna on the phone but she was extremely defensive about her 'contracted' driving instructors. I refused her one hour "free lesson" as the last thing I wanted was to send my kids out with the same person that intimated them.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my g2 test with the help of my instructor Abdul Faqiri. He's a chill dude and very helpful. He knows what the drivetest examiners look for. After passing the online portion, they hooked me up with an instructor very fast.

Fantastic experience: I had a pretty good experience with this driving school. The in class lessons were relaxed yet very educational, our teacher David made the sessions fun and engaging and encouraged discussion. Abdul, my driving instructor, was fantastic in teaching me behind the wheel. I was a little nervous at first, since we drove to downtown Hamilton on the first day, but he was very patient with me even when I kept making silly mistakes. He also had an interesting way of hands-on demonstrations with miniature toy cars. I passed my G2 test first try the other day.

Negative experience: the inclass experience was great - but my incar experience was awful. the instrustor was always on his phone. and when driving he often made me drive to a place where he could see his friend! he would talk to his friend for a good 10-15 out of my lesson time while im waiting in the car. one time i was driving and he was like "your not getting it, your not getting!" i honestly bursted in tears and almost gave up driving. i would also have to take the bus to meet him at eastgate mall or whereever because he would never pick or drop me off at my place. this was way back in 2017 - but honestly it still has an impact on my driving confidence.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the school. The teacher there was very knowledgeable and supportive. For the in person classes I had Zakera. She was excellent and very helpful. She also was great at balancing between letting me figure it out but, also helping me when needed. Pasted my G2 test first try.

Fantastic experience: The online course was easy to follow and I pretty much understood the rules of the road with driving. I had a great instructor as well...he was able to break down the parts of driving that I struggled with (reverse parking and parallel) in a way that I understood and could easily remember. I'd definitely recommend Alakoozi Farooz. Plus he's very chill and funny so you know you have a very personable teacher.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience learning to drive at Westdale Driving School. I took the online course which was great since it's self-paced. For the in-vehicle portion, my driving instructor Zakera was amazing. I hadn't driven a car before our lessons and I felt nervous and anxious about driving. Zakera was supportive, knowledgeable, calm and positive and I learned so much with her. By the end of our lessons, I had completely overcome my anxiety and gained confidence while driving. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience! I did the G2 training here and it was so incredibly helpful. Dave did an excellent job during the in-class portion of the course, as he was engaging and knew how to connect with the kids. I really have to thank Amer, who was in my in-car instructor. He was so nice and patient with me, and I have him to thank for me having my G2. If it was not for Amer I would still be cycling around town in the winter.

Fantastic experience: I passed my G2 test on the first try after having lessons with Zakera. In terms of her teaching, she is very thorough and explains everything so that it is easily understandable. Yet, if there was a time where I was confused or had any questions, she kindly helped. In terms of her personality, she's very sweet and cool! I felt very comfortable during the lessons as she is quite personable with a warm and patient demeaner.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Zakera Alakoozi is an outstanding instructor. She is always on time and starts the course with clear objectives. She show very efficient procedure for difficult driving tasks such as parallel parking. You never miss your parking once she shows how. On the personal level she is really very nice and one hour driving passes very quick with her. I enjoyed all the time with her. I strongly recommend having her as instructor. I passed my road exam at the first attempt with almost a perfect score. Thanks a lot Zakera!!!

Fantastic experience: I took my time in researching driving schools and what not and I ultimately chose Westdale Driving school because it was close by, convenient, and had an online option. I heard really good things about it as well through reviews and word of mouth. I was super busy during my time in learning how to drive so having the option for online education was great for me. The online component was great, very easy to follow and finish on my own time. Zakera was my driving instructor and she was amazing. She was nice and warm, gave really good teachings and advice. I had a lot of car anxiety in the beginning but she was super patient with me and helped me feel comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting her husband as well which is also a driving instructor for Westdale. I passed my G2 my second try mainly because I was so nervous my first try. She was so supportive throughout this whole process. It was a great experience!

He didn’t stop giving me the right instructions. Even after I passed my full G exam from the first time he kept teaching me all the way back home. I personally do really recommend him!

Positive experience: I took my G2 recently and passed! At Westdale Driving School David, the in-class instructor was so great!! Very helpful, informative, and kept the dry content entertaining. I also appreciated being about to take the intensive two-weekend session, to get it done asap. Hassan, my in-car instructor was tough but fair. He answered all my questions without judgement and was very instructive! I am not sure we completed all the hours that were promised, but I didn’t mind because I think we covered everything we needed to - and I found practicing without an instructor in the car was the best way to get more comfortable anyway.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Mazen! I completed the driving course in one and a half months and successfully passed G2 in my first attempt (just today)! Mazen is a very nice person. He is very professional and patient. His smile makes you feel at ease during driving and he continues to encourage you. He constantly tells the tips about the road test and some small details that may not exist in the test but will help you in your daily driving. If I have friends who are going to have the driving courses and take the driving test, I would highly recommend Westdale driving school and Mr. Mazen as instructors.

Fantastic experience: I had Alakoozi as my driving instructor and he was very patient and professional. He not only helped me pass the G2 in a very short time frame with lots of nice tricks, but aslo taught me how to safely drive in my daily life. I will definitely come back when I need to get my G. Fantastic experience: Just past the G2 with instructor Mazen within 2 moths! He keeps reminding everything you need to notice for the road test, and things that should keep in mind all the time when you're driving on road. I started the driving class at June, had 0 knowledge and experience for driving (literally know nothing, not even able to distinguish the break and the gas pedal lmao), and I past my G2 in my first attempt! Within 2 months! He's so nice, polite, and flexible for scheduling the classes, also easy to reach out, I usually texted him the week before I want to schedule the class. Also, the online theory classes provide you flexible schedule to finish it and I love it!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend I've always been a little bit weary of driving (bring extremely clumsy and all; my friends and I used to always joke about making sure everyone's off the road when I drive) but John (in car instructor) and the school helped put my worries at ease. The in class lessons were engaging, fun and comfortable, and John was great with making sure I knew everything I'd need to know for the exam while also making lessons fun.
