Positive experience: The instructors are very professional but at times they may be strict which is good for driving lessons.

Negative experience: The worst experience with a business in my life. Since the beginning it has been very frustrating with this business. I intentionally booked 2 months in advance to have the certificate package for my son who is learning how to drive. I booked in advance to pick the days and times because of our busy schedule and the nature of my son when it comes to learning a new skill. We needed consistency and the same instructor . So I booked in advance for that purpose. After a pied the full price for the package I registered. Good? Not really . Closer to the date I got email notifications about changes in the booking times and instructors- the very same thing I didn’t want and I registered early for that purpose. I called them and asked why the moved my son’s time and instructors without calling me first. The lady said ( to accommodate another student) seriously!!!! Is this a joke!!!! You move my son to accommodate someone else??? And you assume that we are ok with that? Without calling us?? So I told the person to not do that and accommodate the other student in another spot . Did it stop? Noooo. It happened again 2 times after that. I got other notifications that my son’s schedule got changed again . I call again and this time I tell them ( you move my son back to the original schedule or refund me. I am no longer interested in this. Then they changed the schedule back to the original schedule. So frustrating and absolutely disrespectful behaviour. No phone call , no apology, nothing. Does it end there? Noooo. After my son successfully finished the training and the online modules. I wait and wait for the certification. Nothing comes in. I called 3 times they kept saying, the lady that does the certification is not here, went home sick, we will call you back. No call back . No follow through. I called today again and was told that the certificate was sent long time ago . I never reviewed it. I told the lady that I never lose mail and they should send another one. She kept arguing that it is not her problem that the mail was lost. Well, it’s not my problem either that I payed close to $800 to not get certificate my son worked so hard to pass the course and the driving training and he will not get certificate let alone insurance discount. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, passive aggressive. Well, I sent it myself. Who cares , just send another one!!!. She said she will let the manager know. I asked for a manager to call me back. Of course no one calls ( I am not surprised) they already got my money so why bother!!!. Then I get an email with a picture of the certificate. I asked for an original certificate. I guess I only get a copy . Stay away from this business. Once they get your money, they treat you very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I will do a small claims court to have them issue certificates.

I had no idea how to drive but he was very patient with me and I am proud to say that at the end of the course I can drive really well. I also had Angela as my instructor and she was very fun to learn with and taught me many things. The roadrunner driving school is excellent.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to contact this agency by a friend after I try other’s agency, with the instructor William, he facilitates communication in Spanish, to start if you are a beginner I would recommend (William) he is great, and his patience says it all, you feel comfortable, and his way of teaching doesn’t compare with other instructors, very professional and reliable at the same time, he helped me to lost my fear and I felt safe behind the wheel, I recommend it with both languages ​​English and Spanish

Something that I would recommend is for new drivers to practice first in a solitary place how to make turns appropriately, how to calculate the dimentions of the car since practicing this when you are in a busy road is so much difficult and you don't really get to understand it .

Fantastic experience: Upgrading original review as a free makeup lesson was offered after a phone call discussion of what happened. These guys care about customer service. ____________ Pros: prices include tax, simple online booking, was able to talk to someone when had questions, were able to fit my kid in on short notice. Con: didn't feel I got full value as instructor spent 20 min of 120 min road test prep lesson on the phone. Most of that time was to try and schedule other driving lessons. Maybe this is why they were able to accommodate us on short notice, but I don't feel it's professional to do this while actually giving a lesson!

Fantastic experience: Great driving school! I’ve had 3 brush-up classes here, with William and Angela. Both of them are very professional, patient, positive and knowledgeable! Always on time for the class. I’ve passed my road test on the first attempt I also liked that they were very understanding of one time when I had a medical emergency and had to reschedule a class on a very short notice because I couldn’t make it. They let me reschedule without any fuss and I am very grateful for this! Also, good prices, more affordable than other places that I’ve checked in the area. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I recently took several driving lessons with Angela Fuentes to prepare me for my road test and would like to share my experience. I ended up with Road Runner Driving School as they offered Spanish language instructors, and as a native Spanish speaker it helped tremendously in communicating and understanding all the requirements. Angela was always prompt for the lessons and picked me up from my home. While I already had a license from South America, Canada has more stringent requirements and Angela really helped me to understand those differences. Her guidance was very good, allowing me to feel relaxed and comfortable but at the same time making sure to point out any mistakes that were either of a safety concern or would negatively affect my road test. With all of this great direction, I am happy to have passed my road test on the first attempt and now have my Alberta driver license.

Positive experience: I had a great experience with the instructor William, he was very helpful to improve my driving skills. Thank you, I already passed my road test. However, the main reason for giving the 3 of 5 stars is the lady in customer service who called me two weeks after my road test claiming about a fine for a speeding ticket that occurred after I was done my road test. She was terrible and rude.

Fantastic experience: One of the best driving schools I have ever attended. the instructors are very good and their way of teaching is excellent. The car rentals for the driving tests they have are also good and punctual. The driver who delivers the car rental confirms a day before for the delivery of the car. Excellent service and customer service.

Negative experience: Instructor didn’t show up twice and didn’t give any warning either. Wasted my time. I don’t recommend, you’re better off at a different driving school.

Fantastic experience: Flexible service, explains in detail, and they know the actual place for the test in every registry. The price is reasonable but still a bit cheaper than most of the ones I have seen online. They prepare for both basic and advance road test.
