Fantastic experience: Difficult to compare with other schools that I haven't tried, but this one here, the school is just PERFECT!!! Course offerings, the quality of instructors, flexibility of schedules, and especially all the theoretical and practical training, to easily pass the theoretical exam and smoothly succeed in the circuit exam and, above all, to feel comfortable taking the road in a SAFE manner. I'm forgetting things, but thank you Milan, Karim, Sandra, Rick, Anthony, Tom, and the others, always patient, in a good mood, and caring to make us feel at ease but also demanding when it was necessary! Incredibly grateful for your good advice and even for the scoldings when we were acting carelessly! We have been very well trained.

Fantastic experience: Wanna ride a bike? THIS IS THE SCHOOL!!! A no bs approach to teaching you how to ride. They don't just show you how to pass the saaq exam, They teach you how to ride safe. Tony, Karim and Milan are dedicated and experienced. Down to earth and very human!! Do not waste your time anywhere else. They had us riding like pros after the 3rd week!!!!!!!!!! Positive experience: Are they still in business? It says on the web that they should be open. I went to the office to book motorcycle lessons for two people.. Locked up tight. Answering machine is on. I left two messages. No call back. It turns out they are in business but have moved. They just had not changed their address on their website. They were nice to deal with on the phone. I am just hoping that they are able to accommodate my wife and I at the same time as was told to us - which was one of the reasons we chose this school. Will let you all know the final outcome.

Fantastic experience: I always research before making a choice, considering that all schools cost pretty much the same, you aim for quality. With Mtl Moto Pro, that’s exacly what you get. Down to earth people with decades of biking experience. They are a close knit family that care. Don’t be a fool and sign up with Technic. They are demanding when it matters, would not want anything less than that. Saaq exams are soft a baby poo, you will be overly prepared.

Fantastic experience: These guys are the best. They teach you how to be safe, how to have fun, and how to ride well. The progress all the students make in every class is extremely evident. They're certainly not easy on you, but you get what you deserve here I think. If you deserve to get talked to, you get that. If you deserve to have fun, you get that too. It always comes from a place of concern for your safety and wellbeing, and is never personal. Could not recommend it more, do yourself a favour and pick this over any other school you're considering. Fantastic experience: There's a good reason their rating is so high. Excellent teachers, great attitudes and they'll help you succeed if you need it. You start off on 125cc bikes, then move up to the 300 and 500cc bikes until your road courses. (First one if on 250cc, plenty power. Then following rides are with 500 if im correct.) Closed course portion their was always around 3 instructors. 2 on the road (with smaller group). The rest is up to you.

Fantastic experience: I just received my certificate to take my driving test at the Saaq. I would like to thank the instructors, Carim, Milan, and other instructors we met during practice who give you advice spontaneously without hesitation. Anthony, who is always ready to listen to your fears about riding and give tips to overcome them. Also, on the emotional side, I thank Mr. Renan, the owner, for helping me overcome my fear of speed. He was proud of me for succeeding. I recommend Mtl Moto Pro to fulfill your dreams of riding a motorcycle. I am 60 years old; for them, age is not an obstacle. A big thank you to the whole team.

Fantastic experience: I took my courses at this school and I really liked the approach of several instructors. Many class schedule options, several motorcycle models to see which ones we feel most comfortable with. It was much more difficult than I anticipated, but the instructors make it harder so that we are really ready. Depending on our learning style and how it clicks with the different instructors, there is something for everyone. I loved Sandra's positivity, her encouragement throughout the courses, her sensitivity to my fears and difficulties. Karim with his techniques and patience, he was able to make me understand some concepts that were harder for me. Ricardo, always cool and encouraging with good feedback on what I was doing well versus less well. I passed my 6R and 6A on the first try and from what I understand, their students' success rate is higher than other schools. I chose this school because of the good reviews. I read on motorcycle groups and I believe that Mtl Moto Pro is by far superior. However, one thing to expect if you are not progressing as quickly as the group is to take private lessons ($), and that had not been discussed during registration. In the session, we do not practice the closed circuit of the SAAQ; we must take a semi-private 2-hour course ($) to practice for the exam, but that was not enough for me, only 2 runs on the 'fake' SAAQ field to practice and the rest, practice alone. So, I decided to take a private 2-hour lesson ($) the day before my exam to practice ++++ for the exam. Karim was my instructor and thanks to him, because the next day, I took my exam with 94%! :-) He really helped me with my personal difficulties (sharp turns, slalom, counterweight). This school is built with a team of enthusiasts and it shows. Thank you to Mtl Moto Pro for making one of my dreams come true.

Super friendly instructors and they will show you absolutely everything you need to start your biker journey. The level of preparation for your exams is elite. Had no problem passing any of them! Fantastic experience: Joined and completed the course by the end of season 2023 and passed my closed-circuit exam same year but did not ride officially. 2024 I got my motorcycle and Im rolling and enjoying the new adventures. I have never touched a motorcycle before this course. Now my riding-friends are commenting that there’s no way Im a first season rider. That being said, I’m trying to control it and not to have overconfidence too early. This was part of the course daily focus to make you realize the real consequences of abusing the machine at least not before getting to experience all its ins and outs and this takes seasons of riding and learning. The team at MTL Moto Prob is really experienced in what they do and they do it passionately,, AND with a lot of fun. Well, not always because if you fall behind in mastering any skills, you will get the whole team attention and their focus from that point on will be to push you to train that weak muscle more. I personally got that attention and let me tell you, it’s like you are at the gym and a coach is pushing you to left more weights/ perform more repetitions, not that fun but I eventually realized that this is because the course duration is limited and it’s meant to be intensive. 100% recommended and Im happy that I chose this school.

Fantastic experience: I had a really fun time and passed the SAAQ exam with 94%! This is almost like boot camp don’t expect to be treated like a little princess. If they see that you aren’t serious about the learning process they won’t take you serious and you wont be able to move to the next step. AFTER ALL, RIDING A MOTORCYCLE IS DANGEROUS! They don’t want to see you on the news a few weeks after letting u get ur license… I recommend this school because you can tell that the instructors are passionate about motorcycles and they give USEFUL ADVICE. Yes the course is pretty expensive but so is anything else these days. If u don’t want to pay, ride without a license lol.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Motorcycle School! Their trainers are very knowledgeable and go over various motorcycle riding techniques during the course to drastically improve rider skill in a very small amount of time. This school covers techniques needed to make you a safe rider and goes above and beyond the bare minimum that SAAQ requires. I highly recommend their optional CC Prep course as you get a chance to experience what to expect at the SAAQ Close Circuit exam. This will help you pass in first attempt (barring the examiner being in a bad mood, only your charm can help you in that situation). They identify riders needing extra help and work with them as necessary to help them identify areas that require improvement. The program is run somewhat like a bootcamp so riders are called out when trainers see bad riding habits develop. The training bikes were of wide variety from light weight training bikes to medium weight custom bikes. They also offer a Motorcycle Mechanic course which is very good course to take to learn about basic motorcycle maintenance for safe riding. It's offered by their on-site mechanic who is very experienced and possesses a wealth of knowledge. He also keeps all the bikes of this school in great condition. A lot of useful tips and tricks (for general riding and exams) are provided by staff as they've been doing this for a while.

Fantastic experience: It's very easy for me to say that I made the right choice for schools! Not only was it fun, but I learned so much starting straight from day one. Their technical yet extremely fun method of teaching gave me confidence that I thought I could only build in a year of riding. In other words, I highly recommend this motorcycle school!

Fantastic experience: The crew at Mtl Moto Pro are great instructors. Laid back enough to not be stressful, but attentive and professional enough to make sure you're comfortable, confident, and ready for the exams and the road. I had never ridden before, and Mtl Moto Pro got me ready for the theory exam, and did excellent (and extraordinarily patient) training to get me on the road. If the goal of a training course is to get you ready for the real world, I can't recommend this bunch enough.

Fantastic experience: April 30, 2023: Hi all. I did my CC1 and CC2 at MTL Moto Pro this past weekend. Great people and great school. All instructors from Renan himself to Karim, Peter, Devon, Anthony and Mario are professional, very knowledgeable and passionate fellows. They take their time with you both in the group and individually to address all your issues from theory to practice. I have done about 10 years of mostly off road and dirt biking with a Yamaha 400 many years ago during the 1980s when I was a teenager. Now for me to get professional and up-to-date training from these guys, learn new techniques and hone my skills is a valuable experience that I shall appreciate forever. Update June 15, 2023: Just passed my 6A with flying colours. Don't go anywhere else if you want to get your motorcycle licence in Montreal. Just head to MTL MOTO PRO. These guys are the best.

Fantastic experience: Great Instructors, I’m not new to the motorcycle world but they corrected my bad habits in riding and give me situations that you have to avoid and first is safety. Fantastic experience: A school worth every dollar I spend. They prepare you not only for that ridiculous Saaq test, but also for the dangers and situations you may face outside, in the real world. In 1 month, you gain experience as if you have ridden a motorcycle for 3 years. The difference between the first day you attend class and the last day is incredible. Don't take lessons from ridiculous schools just to get a driver's license, get the training that will protect you in real life. They let you ride with different types of motorcycles and you come to the capacity to drive almost all motorcycles (Naked, Cruiser, Sport, Scooter). Fantastic experience: I give 5 of the brightest stars. If they managed to get a tall clumsy nerd (me) to pass the SAAQ on their first try, itès more testament to their teaching skills, experience than my prowess. Now I am starting on a Hayabusa (itès called a joke). They could teach a monkey if they had to. Lessons were fun, guys had a sense of humor, love for the sport was in the air. Couldnèt recommend more. Also now conveniently located, right next to the Ikea for your meatball needs.

Fantastic experience: A few months ago, I passed my closed-circuit exam. And this is thanks to MTL Motopro. Their team consists of very good professionals. Renan has a huge knowledge of everything about motorcycles. Mario is a very good and experienced biker. Nice guy. All of them are nice and friendly. Peter and Ivan are super positive and tolerant. During the training, everything goes smoothly and without stress, thanks to the patience and tolerance of all trainers. Even if there is someone less capable than the others, he doesn't feel awkward in any way, because the instructors do not allow this to happen. I've been riding trail/dirt bikes in the country since I'm 14(ish), was peeved at first that a motorcycle course was mandatory in Quebec, but the course was worth every penny, I had no idea there was so much I didn't know! Fantastic experience: I remember passing by Mortys Driving School on Dollard-Des-Ormeaux to learn how to ride a motorcycle and the lady, whom was playing with her little dog at the office before I walked in, only had one answer to ALL my questions "it's online". At that point I got up, left and I didn't walk. I ran. As soon as I discovered M.T.L. Moto Pro I saw Renan and Ashley who explained to me the plan very simply and took their time to address my concerns as I am a health field worker. I feared that I couldn't guarantee all the timeslots. They gave many good alternatives to make it work which it did. Fast forward to the courses, Peter, Vanya, Renan and Mario at the time had such skills demonstrating and explaining how to ride I could swear even a toddler, if they had long legs and arms, could ride a motorcycle. They start on easier motorcycles and take their time with EVERY students to make sure all their concerns and skills are reasonable before progressing further and If you are an experienced rider who came from another place but for some reason you needed a course, they also have your back. There's no way you will regret joining this school and don't worry about being a slow learner, they are very patient and will make sure you got the skills before you go on the road or the test because they really want you to succeed. Negative experience: extremely beat up bikes with awful suspension, cheap junks that dont pass any inspection are used, may have 5 ok bike for 20 peaple. the rest are really junk and i jave really bad pain in my back after each session, instructors are good but equipments ate the worst i ever seen , none are road worthy tbey also dont care when you finish , bu that i mean after few weeks you sign up you get closed circuit , after yiu finish you jave to wIt 3 weeks gor second section and tben saq exam booked month later, so if you sign up in march , expect to book saq exam late summer, you will loose entire season so once you buy a bike season already over, despite i asked to have earlier app tbey wont bring tveir bike , unless you buy your own, if i knew it i sould choose anotber company, i font recomand em since my back still hurting from 125 cc falling apart garbGe suspention

Fantastic experience: Ok what can I say about the staff and instructors and Mtl MotoPro. I’m not sure yet, I’m still trying to figure this out as I type but something has to be said. People out there need to know. This place is excellent. The instructors are excellent, very skilled, very informed and aware, each beaming with a very unique personality that makes training fun and the lessons they are trying to teach, impossible to forget. They are not a school whose sole purpose is to prep you for the exam ( they do that as well, and they do it better than any I’ve seen.). Their primary focus is making sure you understand the differences between what gets you killed and what keeps you safe, and don’t rest until you’ve mastered those skills, and have embedded those necessary habits into your soul as a new rider. They are outspoken, they are fun, they come down on you hard when you mess up, but also talk you through it and teach you what you did wrong. I can honestly say they changed my entire attitude towards riding every lesson I had with them. The school has an excellent record of successful students, and that is because they will not send you off to the exam or even the road until you are fully prepared, confident and armed with all the skills and habits that make a safe rider. Training aside, this school makes the whole process as easy and enjoyable as it can be, they call you with your training schedule, they adapt to your needs, they book your exam for you and have bikes at the SAAQ that are in excellent condition for your exam, the same bikes by the way, that you train with, so when you show up to your test you know how the bike handles with no surprises. The owner shows up at the SAAQ for your test, answers your last minute panicky questions, and makes it easy to pass. Big thank you to the entire team at Mtl MotoPro, Renan, Peter,Ivan and especially Mario on the circuit, as well as Ashley who handled all the logistics and bookings back in the office. These guys made everything about motorcycle training, fun, informative and stress free and I was able to pass my exam first shot and am loving every minute of riding. The only school that specializes in motorcycles and the only school you should call if you are looking to start riding.. which you should.. because it is awesome.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to start riding on 2 wheels well then you don't need to close this page and look for something else. This is the place you want to go to. Everyone involved in MTL Moto Pro are extremely passionate about riding, very skilled and have great teaching methods. The best part is, to them you are not just another random taking a course. These guys care and make sure that you have all of the skills necessary to not die on a motorcycle. That being said, yes they are more strict and will be watching to make sure you are a competent rider before passing you but this is not a bad thing. I drove 1 hour each way to come to this school and it did not disappoint. Thanks to everyone at MTL Moto Pro for the great experience.

Fantastic experience: My experience at MTL Moto Pro was an excellent one. First my husband took the motorcycle classes with them and appreciated the vast knowledge that was provided by the instructors, truly enjoyed the experience and is now riding on a daily basis and loving the life! For myself, although I shared my husband's appreciation for the good instruction and knowledge of the instructors at MTL Moto Pro, I unfortunately did not share the enjoyment of riding. Therefore, after the second class (I thought I would give it at least 2 classes), I left the classes and MTL Moto Pro was extremely gracious and professional and refunded me for the remainder of unused classes which was truly appreciated. All and all a great experience with MTL Moto Pro and would recommend to anyone looking to get their motorcycle license.

Fantastic experience: Renan and his team are excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly! Look no further than Montreal Moto Pro, their technique is great for inspiring confidence and assuring safety when on the road. I really appreciate that they teach you the 'book' way of doing things to pass the test thoroughly as well as showing you the best techniques to stay aware of your surroundings and staying safe on the road! As they said, a safe rider is a rider rhat will live a long time. The insteuctors were warm and friendly, and really go out of their way to make sure that you understand the material, and most importantly are driving in a safe and controlled manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know, I cannot say enough good things about the experience!
