Fantastic experience: Alex is a wonderful teacher, he helped me get my class 5 driving license and did a wonderful job being honest and straight with me with what I need and what is required and how long it would take me to be ready and he was absolutely spot on. I passed my road test in the first attempt after 6 lessons, those lessons really helped me be more relaxed and in-tune with what is expected out of driving in Canada there’s a lot of rules here and it can be confusing for drivers for non-North American drivers as the roads and rules here are extremely different. I fully trust Alex and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to pass the test with excellent instruction. Alex is very professional, and actually cares about you, and respects your time and money.

Fantastic experience: I’m very grateful for finding Alex for my class 5 driving exam preparation. I already had several years of experience outside and inside Canada, however, based on my friends’ unsuccessful attempts of passing the test, I decided to look for an instructor. I’ve received lots of useful information and tips on safe driving as well as on the process of examination itself in a very patient and friendly manner. We had two evaluation lessons with a quick refresher drive from home to ICBC right before the test, and I passed on my first attempt with only one note on skills to improve. Definitely recommending Alex for any type of driving exam preparation!

Fantastic experience: If you have anxiety driving or little driving experience GO TO ALEX! I had major driving anxiety (whenever I was behind the wheel I'd be shaking, skittish, not confident, even crying sometimes from stress). I had my L for 5 years and was about to just give up and renew it again. The cycle would repeat where I would get my L, attempt to practice with family and friends, have major anxiety on the road, and give up only to have to renew my L. Over and over. Prior to Alex, all I’d driven were parking lots and a couple backcountry roads. I figured I was pretty much hopeless. In my first 60 minute session with Alex on August 5 we started slow, but he soon had me out on busier neighbourhood city roads where he guided me through encounters with other drivers, bicyclists, pedestrians, and intersections with ease. He was also very encouraging and let me know that I was actually a very skilled driver, I just needed to practice. Plus, he has a cheerful, positive attitude and he’s funny. For the first time in my life, driving was a fun, positive experience for me. After my initial lesson, I booked the 5 Hours Package. During them, I could feel my confidence and knowledge growing. 6 hours of painless driving with Alex later and a few practice trips with friends, I booked and passed on my first try August 31. I now have my N, all thanks to Alex! These last few months since getting my N, I’ve been driving without fear or any issues. Young drivers, if you want to pass on your first try with confidence, go to Alex. Parents, if you want your kids to go out safe and knowledgable about the road, send them to Alex. Book one intro test for yourself and you’ll immediately see yourself improve. His rates and packages are very reasonably priced compared with other driving schools in the city and he didn’t push me to purchase more than I needed. Highly recommend!
