Negative experience: I'm very upset how things changed. In the beginning, Lava was very responsive and respectful to the text messages I've sent him through my cell phone and What's app, but now, he doesn't even answer any of them, simply ignoring. It's not the only thing. Sometimes, my son and I need to plan weekends ahead of time, but due to Lava's busy schedule, we have to wait until 11pm on Friday night. We wait and wait, and then lose hope that he'll be available and suddenly, he answers when we already made plans and found someone who's more responsive than him and offers a lesson late at night for the next day, Saturday. I understand that he's in demand, but someone needed to tell the truth - not all things Lava does deserve a 5-star review.

Fantastic experience: This is a great driving institute, as Lava is a great overall driving instructor, who's incredibly patient, consistently gives feedback in a way where you would be motivated to drive! All in all, I improved so much with my driving in just a couple of classes and the online driving course that this institute offers. Before my driving lessons, I was pretty nervous, and lacked various aspects that would make me a good driver. After I did my lessons with Lava, I got so much more confident, much more safe driver, and I can do parallel/reverse parking with ease now!!

Negative experience: I was selected for this driving institution by the review which all shows 5 stars given by 229 customers. However, I found these reviews were wrongly given which is not reflect the instructor’s general performance and the vehicle he is using to teach students When I compare the price, he set for 45 mnts lesson, it is very expensive. His vehicle which is a 2013 Toyota Corolla, driven 265,000 km is very dirty and nasty, with minimal car features charged like a new model of 2020,2021---- Toyota Corollas. The vehicle is very dirty inside, and outside and has a bad odor in it. Both the side mirrors are covered with aliens. They do not visibly show what is coming behind or on the sides. This “instructor” named LAVA has no due respect for his students. They went to take lessons; they paid the money for the service they gained from lessons. However, he hardly welcomes his students. Firstly, he has a nervous, disturbed, and unstable personality. He changed his mind from time to time, he canceled appointments now and then. He is a rigid, dictator, and arrogant person. He doesn’t give you any opportunity for negotiations or comments. He instructed you “Give me a big range of time”, which means, he ordered you to give him a big-time interval within the day. It could be between 7 am and 7 pm in the day. He can call you at any time within this time frame that is convenient for him. If you missed his call by any chance, you lose everything about the driving lesson for that day. The general outcome of my lesson with this “instructor” was ended with FAILURE. I failed because I was doomed to fail when I chose this institution for my G-road lesson. When the examiner approached me in the parking lot of the test center and saw the vehicle, he changed his facial expression right away, and his tone of voice was completely different. When he entered into the vehicle, he was upset. After he checked my driver's license, he threw it to me. Because he considered it a sign of disrespect when I took this old and nasty vehicle for my road test. Most importantly, he opened the passenger's window to avoid the bad odor inside the car. As a result of the opened window by his side, sounds and noises came in the driving exam. I couldn’t concentrate on showing up on my driving skills. When he instructed me on the steps to follow or orders. He was threatening me, just a kind of revenge for taking that old LAVA vehicle.

Fantastic experience: National Driving Institute was a great decision for me. The instructor (Lava) was very calm and had a lot of important information and tips on how to ace the test, and I did! They are very knowledgeable and respect your time. They also provided the vehicle that I used for lesson for the actual road test (and a reasonable fee) which was nice because I was used to it already. In addition, the instructor gave advice on WHERE to take the roadtest so it is not an area with lots of cars or busy roads which was very helpful. I highly recommend this Driving School.

Fantastic experience: After being in a terrible car accident when I was a child, I never thought I could overcome my fear of the road, let alone driving. Lava Sir is the best instructor I have ever come across. He is polite, courteous, respectful, and take the time to make you feel confident and comfortable. He is professional at his work, arrives on time, doesn't unnecessarily waste your time during classes. Gives some useful tips all throughout the class. He genuinely wishes well for his students.

Fantastic experience: A lot of you might have read a lot of horror stories of driving schools that doesn't deliver their promise of high-quality services. But National Driving Institute IS NOT one of them. My driving instructor is Lava. With his top notch driving teaching skills, I was able to pass my G2 road exam in one attempt. Lava is a walking driving lesson book! He teaches the very basics and make sure you understand the reasoning behind every technique. He shows a lot of patience, enthusiasm and professionalism everytime I take the wheel! He implements COVID-19 protocols effectively and make sure safety in health and on tje road are being observe everytime. Also, HE CARES MORE OF YOUR DRIVING SKILLS MORE THAN YOUR MONEY!! I never felt him trying to squeeze more money from me. His dedication and passion for teaching students how to drive are evident. Unfortunately, some instructors try to get every cent from you even though its not your best interest. Lava is a man of integrity with technical skills. These are the main things you should look for and I 100% vouch for this amazing person! Every dollar I spent was worth it. Will surely refer him to my friends and family!
