Fantastic experience: I just passed my G2 driving test, and I couldn’t have done it without Roadcraft Driving School and my fantastic instructor, Kamrul Hassan Khandakar. Kamrul was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease from the first lesson. His calm and supportive teaching style helped me feel prepared for every part of the test. He explained everything in a clear, step-by-step manner, covering everything from basic maneuvers to advanced techniques that really helped boost my confidence. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: This is the worst place ever to learn how to drive for beginners young drivers. Nothing I learned from them was correct. Not only that, the driver instructor missed up my test date leaving me without a car before the test date. Needed to find the manager to fix and provide a car on the day of test and it was so stressful to get a car on time and the car was different from what I practised on leading to a lot of anxiety before the test. I don’t recommend it at all. I paid a lot of money and got nothing from it. Everything learnt was wrong too. No, I am 100% positive that this is the right school I am complaining about. The instructor name is Nabhiha. I did not say that I missed the test but Nabhiha changed her mind to give me the car for the exam just the day before the exam and I needed to contact the school to bring a car on Sunday. The car was way different from the one I used to practice on and this wasn't the original plan! I get to know that the even the driving instructions she gave was not correct. My google name isnot my full name so don't relay on that! It was a frustrating and stressful situation to be in when the last thing you need to worry about having a car on the test day.

I have no words to put together his great teaching skill and techniques of making the students flaws disappear. I held d G2 license but never drove & never ever dreamt of gettingG ,was happy with my G2 but under his direction I succeeded not to just get my G2 renewed but to get my G too. He was a kind of perfectionist and when he scolded I was like blank and recovered only in d next class and followed his corrections! Fantastic experience: After having very little experience driving, and no car to practice in at all before my G2, I signed up for this driving school and it was the best decision I could’ve made!! In 2 weeks I completed all of my in-car lessons with Hassan and passed my G2 on the first try!! Positive experience: Decent price compared to else options available. I took the basic online course. The platform is fairly user-friendly but there is room for improvement. I never had to go in person to register or anything, all happened online, and smooth. Good chat support,and in-car instructor (Hassan) was experienced and gave me very useful tips and tricks to pass the road test. And certification was applied immediately (to benefit from the shortened time gap between the G's and insurance discount). I recommend them.

Negative experience: My daughter did the online class which was fine except it shut down 2 days earlier than when the deadline is for her, so she couldn’t complete it. Her driving was with a few different instructors. The last one she had ADILUR CHOWDHURY was not good. He kept on stepping on the breaks but then he blames her for doing it, giving her a bit of whiplash and headaches. Then they were in an area he was not familiar with so he told her to do a UTURN to turn back to our house. Then at the end of it he says she needs more driving time and to contact him for it. So now we paid $850 and could not even get a certificate for insurance. Very disappointed!

Negative experience: Hassan is the worst instructor there can be, he is rude, he raises his voice at you and doesn't give you time to ask him for suggestions. In addition to that, he spends a lot of time texting on his cell phone, making calls and speaking in his language, sometimes he arrives late and also takes you to carry out his personal errands. In short, it doesn't give you any confidence and it was the worst experience I could have had.

Fantastic experience: I had failed my G2 test once before using the driving instructors at this center. They make sure you are well prepared for the test, and practice the routes with you to help you get familiar with it. After registering with Roadcraft and getting assigned to Insturctor Hassan, I passed my G2 test on the next try and my G test on the first try. Strongly recommend!

Driving instructors of this driving school are very professional and all livensed by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO). The cost of the driving training at this driving school is also very affordable among Driving Schools Ottawa. I took just in-car driving lessons to prepare for my road tests. Driving lessons were scheduled according to my availability. Driving instructors not only trained me on how to drive, but they also explained to me how examiners evaluate the road test and how to impress them. This is one of the best driving schools of Ottawa, with the best driving instructors.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Roadcraft driving school! My G2 was about to expire in the 3 weeks and Roadcraft was able to accommodate me and help me to book private road lessons and the car rental to prepare for my test! Negative experience: My 2-hour driving lesson left me utterly disappointed. The instructor was glued to his phone, even reading news while I was behind the wheel. He playfully tampered with the brakes, which was unnerving, and failed to teach parallel parking without reference stickers. It felt like a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, the manager's response didn't provide a satisfying resolution to these concerns; he even dismissed the phone usage issue with, "I don't think you will find any instructor who will not use the phone during providing a lesson."

Fantastic experience: Finding the right driving school to teach you the fundamentals of driving can be difficult; finding a good teacher is even more difficult. When I met Hassan, he helped me identify the strengths and weaknesses of my driving. Leading to that, he gave me a lot of pointers on areas such as parallel parking, fine-tuning my turning maneuvers, applying the rules of the road with driving practice, and the quirks of the test driving area – all of which were very helpful in helping me prepare for my G2 and becoming an independent driver. What distinguishes him from other driving instructors were his straightforward way of teaching driving skills and his patience; he never once showed signs of frustration and impatience, which helped me, as a new and nervous driver retain the knowledge from each of our in-car lessons. As well, I found him to be a friendly and personable instructor, which also helped kept me at ease and made our lessons more enjoyable. Come test day, I felt that he prepared me really well for the test and it led me to pass my G2 test on my first attempt! When I had only six days left for my G road test, I was introduced to Hasan through another instructor, as my regular instructor was occupied with other responsibilities. Despite having only three sessions with Hasan, he was able to quickly identify my weaknesses during a brief drive test. Hasan has a unique way of explaining things through storytelling, which helped me to grasp the techniques much quicker. Although passing the G road test on the first attempt is never easy, my prior driving experience in my home country, combined with Hasan's guidance, enabled me to succeed. Fantastic experience: Let's start from the beginning. I was driving my car in a right-hand wheel, left-hand drive country for 6+ years. My muscle memory was so strong that while trying the left-hand wheel, and right-hand drive for the first time, I had no idea where I am heading. With super anxiousness, I started my lesson with Kamru Vai. After just 4 days and 8 hours of lessons with him, I appeared in the G road test and passed with flying colors! Negative experience: It’s interesting everyone has a good experience with Hassan but he wasn’t kind to me. He was yelling consistently, only worked with him for 2 hours 55 minutes but didn’t gain much because I was anxious and didn’t feel comfortable. Hassan didn’t create a positive environment for me and when I tried to give my feedback telling him I’d appreciate if he didn’t yell at me, he proceeded to calling me stupid continuously then insinuated I was a liar when I told others about my experience. Hassan has anger issues which he admitted himself and is very proud, I don’t disagree that he’s good at what he does but that doesn’t mean you should be rude to your customers

Fantastic experience: Hasan is an excellent instructor and has very in depth knowledge and intuition. My wife failed twice with 2 other instructors, even after many many hours of lesson and was not confident. Hasan was her 3rd instructor and after 12 hours of lesson with Hasan, she passed in a single attempt. Hasan is not business minded and do not take extra lesson, if not required. The previous instructors just kept taking lessons and wasting money without teaching her the basics. Definitely recommend him, if you want to pass in your 1st attempt and with minimum number of lessons.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I passed my G2 test with Roadcraft driving school.I took only 3 lessons before my test. Hassan is very calm, positive, professional and knowledgable instructor. If you feel nervous he always motivate you. Usually I thought parallel parking and turnings are difficult part of test but he made everything easy with simple methods. I recommend everybody to take lessons from this school.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my G2 exam today with the help of this driving school. As I didn’t have any prior experience of driving; the instructor, Kamrul Hasan had to start from the scratch. He’s one of the best instructor in Ottawa I might say. Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Booked him a month ago. Gave me 6 days schedule with time!! 25 days prior my exam, bailed out in the first day of road practice and told me he cant commit to a certain schedule! I have arranged my work schedule prior to accommodate his “availability”. Then he would ask full payment in “cash” only the first dag but cannot commit to his posted and agreed-upon availability. Then bailed out and told me to get another instructor if im not flexible? Why would you then give a schedule you cannot commit to??? RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, don’t hesitate !! I booked the 10hrs lessons to prepare my G2 test and it went so smoothly. Hassan has a great methodology and is very patient. I believed I would need way more than the 10hrs I booked but he rapidly pointed out the areas I needed improvement and we corrected it before the end of my lessons and I successfully passed my test.
