I have a great time in class, and driving on road, very educational and makes you feel confident while driving. I can easily parallel park, 3 point turn, reverse into a spot, pull into a spot and more. Never would have thought spending time on the road would be so fun. So excited to start driving in my day- to day life. Thank you SAL.

Negative experience: I watched this guy drive erratically and then give the middle finger to another vehicle and then gave me the middle finger 2 minutes later. Not the best way to represent Ultimate Drivers. I have already told 3 families with teenagers to avoid this place if that's how their employees (or maybe owner) act while driving a vehicle that is advertising a driving school. Not cool my friend. So I hope others want to stay safe and avoid the Fennel Ave location in Hamilton. My experience with this Ultimate Driver was on Sunday October 27th at 1:29pm along Concession St and then The Jolly Cut. White Honda Civic, Lic.Plate starts with letter C and ends with 6. I have a clear image but purposely only going to share a blurry photo for his public privacy.

Fantastic experience: Asifa was a fantastic instructor. I had three lessons with her before my G road test and feel strongly that I passed because of those lessons. She was incredibly patient and calm and gave excellent advice. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience driving with Umang. Today I passed my G2 at my first try. he helped with everything, from parking correctly and smoothly. He explained everything perfectly and in detailed manner and helped me to boost my confidence.

Fantastic experience: I was pretty scared of driving at first but after my lessons with Mr. Saboor I feel way more confident in my driving abilities. In the beginning we started slow, only driving around the neighbourhood, then as I progressed he took me on the main road, which was frightening but become less so as the lessons went on. The main reason I do not feel so anxious anymore while driving is because of my instructor’s patience and refusal to rush progress.

Fantastic experience: I had a full course and it was incredibly informative and I believe with the in car lessons it gives a different perspective in comparison to a family member or friend teaching you how to drive. They are incredibly knowledgeable and are very patient if you make mistakes and this was an overall great experience. My instructor Sabool was very informative and very well knowledged and I fully trusted his judgement in driving and there were lots of driving suggestions he made for a better driving experience.

Fantastic experience: I did my G2 and my G test and was able to pass with confidence because of Salik. I recommend him because of his hard work and determination for teaching me for both tests.

Fantastic experience: 5/5 for in-car lessons, 2/5 for online learning I didn’t think I could learn to drive in my early 30s but my instructor Sal helped me grow my confidence behind the wheels. He was patient, calm, and stern which is exactly what I needed to learn. I passed my G2 on the first try, and I’ll book him again for additional one-off driving lessons. It was extremely tedious and uninteresting to go through the 20 hours of online modules. They used a robotic voiceover when they could’ve hired or AI-generated a more engaging speaker. Some of the slides repeated, or the content didn't match the audio. I think the online part of the module could use some updating.

Positive experience: Overall great experience and I've been recommending to others. Started off a bit rough, I had to call multiple times to get started and chase down my access codes etc. I wasn't made aware of the necessary app either until my instructor mentioned it way later, they just gave out his number. So the admin part of things was rough overall. The classroom part was good and easy to complete online and the website was user friendly. The driving part was where the program really excelled. My instructor Salik (Sal) was phenomenal. So so calm every time, very clear instructions, and was willing to work on specific maneuvers multiple times until I felt comfortable. Always on time and with a clear learning schedule to achieve. Friendly and professional ('no honey I said turn left. Where are you going lets try that again') I wish him all the best in future endeavors - I passed my G2 with flying colours and received extra praise on my parallel parking!

Negative experience: It was a horrible experience, the instructor Sal was on his phone texting all the time during driving, and he was not patient nor responsible. He asked me to buy more courses after I failed the road test and blamed me for not having enough classes with him. He told me a lot of new stuffs literally 10mins before road test and I completely panicked. He didn’t even teach me the most basic stuffs to be driving on the road safely. I’m very frustrated with this experience and will not buy more courses from them again:(

He taught me a lot of tricks when driving to make parking easier and to be more confident in driving. I was paired up with a fantastic driving instructor named Muhammad Irfan who made my first time ever being a driver in an actual car far better then I thought I would. He made me feel so at ease and safe being the one in charge of the car. Negative experience: My oldest took drivers ed through the Kitchener location and I'd give them 5 stars. The youngest, now in Hamilton, couldn't get an in-car session for MONTHS. He has moved to another city and now can't finish the program I've paid over $600 for. BE CAREFUL.

Beginning of September, we heard from one of the in car instructors about setting up times for in car driving. Only gave one day and that didn't work for them. It's now two months later and still nothing. My son's road test is booked for the end of November. Calls, texts and emails have gone unanswered. Waste of money and time. Not a reliable company,

Positive experience: Got my G2 license today ! :) I signed up with Ultimate Drivers Hamilton's beginner driver's course and it was a really comprehensive way to learn theoretically and practically about safe driving in Canada, especially if you don't have a background in driving or hadn't drove for a while. There were some hiccups in initially accessing the learning module but the staffs were very helpful in assisting me with the technical issues. Sal was my driving instructor and I appreciate how he taught me not just the things i need to know to pass the road test but in general, how to be a safe driver. He gives feedbacks right when it's needed and gives rationales for me to understand concepts better :) Thanks team! All the best :)

Fantastic experience: First, I failed my driving test twice then I changed my driving instructor to Sal sir. Sal sir is too good in his job and very polite instructor. He is very chill and point outs and corrects mistakes. Surely, preferred and highly recommended ✅

Negative experience: Horrible place!!!! save your money that's all they want. Once they get your money the communication is terrible. My son had Happy first, what a joke!! He thought he was going to deal with a 16 yr old only and talked to me with such disrespect. He talked over me so much that I got angry and requested a new instructor. He was condescending and rude!! The next instructor was a little better but not much. Sal canceled several times at the last minute, not returning messages. His car was in such disrepair during my sons lessons that he was nervous to get into his car. His car has since been replaced. He is giving himself 5 stars, writing the review for some of his students. I know personally of one student he drove home form her road test. He passed her his phone and told her to write the review in front of him. Can you say PRESSURED!!! into writing the review. Obviously he knew it wouldn't be a good one otherwise. I would never recommend this place because of these 2 instructors or the lack of communication overall. This has got to be one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. RUN AWAY from here immediately!! Its extremely obvious that they only care about your money. Be wise and spend it somewhere else.

I came with international driving experience but only had a few months in Hamilton and was able to pass the drive test in my first time. Fantastic experience: ultimate drivers is a great place to learn how to drive. i took the lessons and passed my g2 test on the first try. they taught me very well and i genuinely enjoyed my time learning with them. My road time with Wasif was great such a kind soul who didn’t make me feel nervous or guilty after making a mistake he calmly let me know what i should do or should’ve done instead. that helps a lot when trying to learn. Sal was my instructor for the last bit and he helped me get my driving perfect before my drive test. he takes his work very seriously and taught me all the tips and tricks to make sure i pass. over all ultimate drivers have been very helpful to me for passing my road test and and very happy i chose to come here.
