Fantastic experience: I got my G2 and G driving licence with the help and guidance of Mr Aftab Qureshi. From the initial lesson last year to the final road tests, the entire process was smooth, professional and reassuring. Each lesson was structured and he teaches you all the essential skills you need to be aware while driving. Mr Aftab went beyond and above to book my G road test as I had only few days left before the expiry of my driving license. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their driving licence.

Fantastic experience: I went to aftab qureshi to get my G2 license and I could not have made a better decision. Fantastic experience: Despite having almost a decade's worth of driving experience in another country, I soon realized that I would need to revisit my driving foundations to align with Ontario standards. Mr. Aftab not only worked patiently with me to overhaul my driving habits and hard-coded muscle memories but also helped me tremendously in scoring a full G licence from a G1 in less than a month, and that too, in the first attempt! My younger brother, too, was finally able to get his G2 (after 3 years) once he took classes with Mr. Aftab. Fantastic experience: I had a couple of driving instructors before Aftab and he was definitely the best one I've had. He's incredibly kind, patient, knowledgable about driving, meticulous with his teaching and a fast communicator. He will judge your skills accordingly and send you a list of things to improve on as well. It's incredibly useful as you practice on your own. The process from scheduling the test to the actual test was short and sweet thanks to his encouragement. Beforehand, I asked to reschedule my test to a later date due to not feeling ready, but he remarked that I was good enough and I could pass. I even asked for more lessons but he insisted that I was okay for just the few. I also had a moment of panic before the test and Aftab calmed me down and talked with me until I was okay. I followed his advice all the way through and managed to pass the G2 exit road test on my first try despite my many doubts and fears! It's obvious that he takes tremendous pride and care in what he does, as well as the success of his students, and it showed through my quality experience with his instructing. Fantastic experience: I came to know of Good Friends / Aftab through a friend's recommendation. Getting in touch with him was a breeze. Aftab was always approachable, returned calls / messages timely, and has always been an active listener, very prompt and accurate in scheduling all practice classes and also in cases where any change was requested. My experience of getting G2 and G was exceptional, as all practice sessions were timed as per the requirement, delivered with passion, and he had been quite punctual on all the occasions. On the knowledge side, his years of driving experience as instructor is very insightful, and he delivers the driving class with such energy and gives genuine feedback which helps improve driving skills. Fantastic experience: I passed my G2 and my G test on my first try thanks to Aftab! As a person who has anxiety and was a nervous driver, I would essentially cry every time I got behind the wheel. Aftab is a kind and patient teacher, and I never felt like I was being rushed in my lessons. The in class portion had a warm atmosphere and I gained more confidence on the road thanks to the reliable techniques I learned during the lessons. Negative experience: I am still extremely upset and traumatized from going to this driving school. I know there’s a lot of good reviews but sorry i’m just not gonna give one. Was extremely rude and was disrespectful. He seemed like he got mad whenever I would reschedule because I had work that day or had an exam for school. Took 8 months to actually start driving lessons. The terms and conditions were also very forced upon my parents and my decision. Very inconsistent with keeping his words with some things too. It was also extremely uncomfortable when talking to Aftab. He talked about something that should not be a normal conversation with a 17 year old student and a teacher. I know it’s probably not everyone’s experience but this was mine.

Fantastic experience: First off, I want to start by saying that Aftab is an amazing instructor and truly cares about his students. I struggled greatly with anxiety when it comes to driving to the point that I am shaking, sweating, my heart is pounding, and I get a freeze response. Aftab had told me from day 1 with my first lesson that I could drive. No matter how much I doubted myself and kept beating myself up for mistakes he never stopped believing in me. Throughout the remaining lessons he would always tell me I can drive and that it wasn’t my skill that was the issue but my mind. He is very strict with his lessons but it is because he wants all his students to be safe drivers. He teaches like a father and puts just enough pressure on you for you to succeed. To be honest, I have felt bad about my driving after some lessons with Aftab because I felt like I failed or did not do as well, because I continued to struggle greatly with my anxiety. I have even cried after practising driving at home with my boyfriend because I was so scared; however, my boyfriend would point out that my driving was fine and I was doing so safely. Today, I passed my G2 test with Aftab on my first try. When I look back on those lessons, I realized why he was so strict with me. The mix of the pressure to perfect my driving and the support/reassurance he gave was exactly what I needed. Otherwise those lessons would have never stayed with me. I strongly recommend Aftab to anyone for lessons especially those who struggle with anxiety. I never thought I could overcome my fear of driving let alone get my G2! I can’t thank you enough Aftab for everything you’ve done for me. I hope to get another lesson from you when it is time for my G test!

Fantastic experience: I have known Aftab for 5 years now, initially I went to him for G2, I had my doubts with my driving since I came from a discouraging environment but he was able to give me the confidence that I could do it and I passed the G2 on the first try. It was the courage he helped me develop during lessons that made it possible. I was encouraged to take the G exam shortly after so the driving was still fresh in practice but I ended up moving overseas and was not able to tend to it until it was nearing expiration. I barely had any driving practice over the years since I did not have access to a car, but I remembered Aftab because of the positive experience I've had with driving under his instruction so I contacted him, booked some lessons over the month and had the driving exam at the end of the month. I drove whenever I could, and kept practicing, I had my doubts but I passed and got my G with no mistakes. I want to also mention that 3 days prior to the exam I actually got into a parking accident so I was shaken, but Aftab noticed my change in confidence while driving immediately and was able to talk me out of giving into it. He is methodic with his instruction, has solid years of experience in the industry that I can say I will fully trust him without doubt. Fantastic experience: So today on August 16,2022 i gave my G2 test and it was my second attempt and i passed it. If i know him earlier i think i am gonna choose this driving school and Aftab. Mr. Aftab gave me lessons. He is such a nice person and instructor which is really hard to find. With driving tips he gave me life tips free. I was not confident for my driving but after taking a class from him i am like driving is easiest thing. The way he teach, talk and give you techniques make anyone’s driving smooth and perfect. On the day of exam he will not stress you instead of that he motivates you and one thing today he told me when i was about to go for test that “ If you got the license then it will be good if not don’t stress about that because it’s just a license your life is not getting end” which really helps me a lot. Because other instructors never ever guide you either it’s for driving or for life. But the way he deals with you is amazing. If i can give more stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i will surely do. Such a positive person.

Fantastic experience: Aftab is a true zen master. As a new comer to Canada with kids to drive around, I was desperate to get my driving license asap. Due to covid restrictions, the earliest drive test centre date i could get was may 2021. I checked with three driving schools in my neighbourhood and they gave me a generic answer that they couldn't do anything as far as the test was concerned. Then, Aftab was recommended to me and even though I live far away from Markham, I called Aftab and he went out of his way to find a drive test centre for me. I called Aftab on a Monday and by Friday I had my license. That is what you call as going ABOVE and BEYOND what is expected. Aftab understood i was desperate and instead of a plain vanilla excuse he said to leave it to him and he delivered. It took a few hours of lessons to prep me for the test and even though i went to learn about the test, I came back a better person. Sitting with Aftab is like being in the Mitch Albom story "Tuesday's with Morrie." I learn't about life in general, about hope and being a better father and a better husband.
