Negative experience: Most of the strong reviews here are for Sam. I unfortunately had Jamal Popal as an instructor and strongly regret it. He was very unprofessional. A couple of examples, one where he would nap at times while I was learning how to drive, I assume because of his very packed schedule. Other times, he’d direct me to drop him off at the mosque so he could go pray. I don’t know why I’m paying for his personal breaks, why not schedule student lessons around ?! I would not recommend Jamal to my friends and family.

Negative experience: Please save your self the money and time. They are literal thieves and will not teach you anything. They will try to scam you for more money and will not listen to what you want to learn and tell you to just keep driving. They will also tell you that you can do the online course whenever you have time but you have one year which they do not specify. I spoke to Mr. Popal on the phone, very unprofessional and can not keep his composure and will use inappropriate language and hang up on you. There are a lot of great classes out there. Save yourself the trouble and time

I passed my G2 last year and got my full G exam today with Mr. Jamal Popal, not only me my wife also got her G2 license yesterday we all did the exam with Popal in one take and we never get wrong having him as our instructor. Fantastic experience: Jamal Popal was my instructor for G2. Although I hadn't seen him for 4 years, I had bumped into him during my G test, which I attend alone. He was as kind as I remembered. He helped me when I felt anxious and answered any questions I had before my test, despite him being at the center for another student. For those first time drivers, I'd recommend Popal as he is a very patient and reassuring instructor!

Negative experience: I took 10 hours of driving lessons with Sam. Pros - Sam was always on time and communicative. He had good tips and tricks for parallel parking, 3 point turn etc. - all meant to help you pass the test. Cons - His method of teaching is non- stop yelling. He would scream at me and scold me for the entire duration of the class. He would get angry if I responded and get angry if I didn't respond. I don't think he would have behaved this way if I was a man. I was 8 months pregnant when I took classes with him and managing his temper was my biggest concern. The only reason I continued classes is because I had paid upfront and I was keen on getting my G2 license before I went into labor. I do have a license now, but that's despite my experience with Sam and not because of it. I took classes with another instructor who gave me a lot of confidence and taught me with zero screaming.

Fantastic experience: PASSED my G license just like a walk in the park. I had zero, yes you heard me right, ZERO driving experience before I luckily stumbled upon A+ Teen Drivers School and met SAM & KARIM. Thank God, that was surely a blessing. Bottom line: Are you a beginner driver? Or do you need to sharpen your driving skills before your road test? Then you got one stop solution, A+ Teen Drivers Education Centre. Negative experience: Worst place to go and get Driver’s Education! I paid $792 for package #4 and it was almost a waste of money, I needed that package to use the car for the driving test. And all driving lessons I took the instructor showed me very little and used up all my lessons to show me what he wanted to show me in what he coulda did in one lesson if it wasn’t for his phone! Always getting calls from his son or clients I can understand but when I’m paying money out of my pocket I expect to be taught the right way! I ended up failing my G2 Road test I don’t recommend these people or this place. Worst experience I will be checking out another driving school. Beware of Saleem! I do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: Sam was my instructor and despite my very bad anxiety he helped me get really comfortable behind the wheel. He was strict but I needed it to up my confidence and once I did, I was able to pass my test. He's very knowledgeable and will give you good advice to decide when to do the test (not taking your money for an endless amount of lessons).

Positive experience: My driving instructor was Sam. He was sharp and fairly patient. In my opinion his teaching methods are a bit old school. I passed my g2 on the first try which was good. For nervous drivers I'd warn you that he did raise his voice at times when I made a mistake, this added to the my own nervousness and I found myself making more mistakes. Given that I wasn't the best driver. I didn't take anything personally and it ended well. Thank you Sam

Fantastic experience: Sam was a great teacher! He's a funny guy, but knows when to be serious which is seriously helpful. I failed previously due to extreme test anxiety. In fact, he even offered to drive me home and give me a refund if I felt I wasn't comfortable taking the test yet but I decided to do it.
