Negative experience: Very bad experience with Drive&Go. The lack of professionalism from the instructors is striking, with last-minute cancellations of driving lessons without explanation. Communication is almost non-existent, and it is very difficult to obtain clear information or answers to our questions. Additionally, the scheduling is chaotic, which complicates planning the lessons. The overall atmosphere is not conducive to serene learning, and I strongly advise against this driving school for anyone looking for serious and quality support.

Negative experience: After thinking it over, my experience at Drive and Go was not very pleasant. Jean-Claude often made sexist comments and constantly complained about the Hasidic Jewish community. He also shared many anecdotes about himself during the theoretical courses, anecdotes that were not related to the subject to be learned. The other instructors were very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Haingo is a really great driving instructor. By the end of the first class I felt much more comfortable driving and was able to parallel park. She is also very calm and makes you repeat things until you get it, in a very helpful way. The classes helped me a lot.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with the Drive & Go driving center from start to finish. Very poorly organized, communication and follow-up by email were deficient, billing lacking diligence and professionalism, frequent last-minute course cancellations, horrible theoretical course with an incompetent and unpleasant teacher with often inappropriate and out-of-place comments ('Jean-Claude'), practical course teaching with a hostile and very unpleasant instructor who takes calls and is always on his phone ('Adam'), class duration always cut to a minimum, etc. They tried to insist that I take my class during the ice storm of 2023 (even after I contacted them 3 days in advance to move my appointment due to the bad forecasts). If I passed my exam on the first try, it is certainly not thanks to Drive and Go, but rather DESPITE Drive and Go. I would not recommend this driving school to anyone. P.S. The school offers a discount to students who leave a favorable comment on Google Reviews.

Positive experience: The people are friendly, but classes aren’t well organized. Several times I’ve shown up only to find the instructor was late, or they sent the wrong zoom link. Also they offer customers a discount if they leave a 5 star review, so there’s good reason to be skeptical of most of their reviews. They’ll also insist you MUST buy their drivers ed book for like $70. Don’t fall for this. Just borrow a book from friends or family, it’ll do just fine. Overall they’re not bad, but not great either. It’s just very average.

Fantastic experience: A student since the end of January. I have always been very apprehensive about getting behind the wheel, but Melanie was very reassuring. The teacher Jean-Claude is very knowledgeable about the subject and is super enthusiastic. For the practical class, I had my first lesson with Haingo, and despite my nervousness, she remained very positive and calm. I am really excited about taking the next class, whereas 2 hours ago, I was totally scared! I highly recommend Drive & Go.

I started my course in June 2022 and at first my experience was not so good - this was mostly due to lack of organization on their end. Over time, however, I did see a lot of improvement. Their admin staff is now responsive and genuinely caring.

Fantastic experience: Good service and very clear roadmap for the study of Class 5. Instructors are knowledged and professional. Overall pleasant experience with Drive and Go. The price is probably on the expensive side, but I think the services deserve the price. The policy for no-show fee is very strict. The administration is a bit messy at times (e.g. you would receive invitation for theory class only 2-3 days before the classes). Ask carefully about the dates and mark them down yourself.
