Fantastic experience: I just passed my G direct from G1 in the 1'st attempt , all thanks to Bilal . I was new to the Left hand drive and also driving after a long time but he kind of over prepared me for the G test . He teaches the proper driving techniques and in a very simple way , I am so thankful for choosing Bilal from Yusra Driving school.

Life changed and we needed someone who could start asap and had flexibility with lesson timings, so we weren't expecting much. But we were pleasantly surprised. The person answering the phone answered all my questions and even explained the whys. The info was so helpful! The person doing the actual in car lessons was knowledgeable and patient. Fantastic experience: Did my sessions for G2(passed) with Bilal and he is as good as one can get for a driving instructor. Completely focused on you and your driving, gives proactive feedback, tries to break the stress barrier by communicating and gives healthy amount of tips. Got the owner of the school for the last session before the actual road test. He is a bit straight forward which might come off as rude but just focus on what he says and not how he says, and you’re good. Deffo recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I have been trained by both Arshad and Bilal. I passed my G2 two days ago in the first attempt, though I hardly had any prior driving experience. They are very flexible and considerate in terms of customising the classes as per your requirements. They work really hard on your weaknesses. They take you through tough situations, so you are prepared for the worst on your test day. I would definitely recommend this driving school to others.

Fantastic experience: Had to do my drive review for my G2 exit test and they accommodated my request. Got hours of driving and a lot of pointers from the owner and Bilal. They teach you to be a defensive driver and that is important since the examiners are strict and don't take shortcuts or wont tolerate bad habits. With 10 hours of instruction on the road, I was able to pass on my first try. Bilal is a great instructor.

Honestly, it's true when they say the days of mom or dad taking you out to an empty parking lot and teaching you how to drive are almost a thing of the past. Bilal is a great instructor when it comes to developing a positive adult attitude for your safety and everyone else around you. Getting lessons twice a week, allowed me to gradually get comfortable with driving. I also learned a lot of driving issues and situations that I wasn't aware of.

Negative experience: My rating is not based off of use of services, but potential customer relations. I contacted this person to find out if I would be able to book 4 hours of lessons for the next week. I was firstly told he was available. Then was asked which road test and about car rental for the road test. I explained that I've had previous training with another driving school where I purchased a package that covered my rental for the day of. Just needed to supplement my hours and that the driving school I had finished my on road lessons with didn't have availability for the upcoming week in lessons. He oddly asked how much I had paid this other training school and then told me he too was busy with too many students and now was not available. I quite frankly asked him if this change was because he wanted me to purchase a bigger package. He said yes. All training schools should have a goal of producing safe, responsible drivers. Not taking me on as a client because I've had previous training and no potential to increase payment with a car rental is absurdly bad behaviour. It's possible that I would have purchased more hours after the 4. This review is a request that the owner of this business reflect on this kind of mentality. It came across as petty and envious.

Fantastic experience: I cleared my G license directly after G1 (as G2 was exempt for me) with only 10 classes with Arshad. I moved from India and was eligible for G2 exemption in Canada. Going directly for G license after G1 was not easy but Arshad made it happen. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me. I took 9 classes from Arshad and 1 from Bilal. Both of them are highly professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. I would highly recommend Yusra Driving School to each one of you reading this. Cheers to them!!!

Fantastic experience: Bilal is an excellent teacher, my confidence was zero and I thought I'll pass from my 10th attempt. I took 7 hours with him and went to the test in port union all in one week and passed. Also I think it's the cheapest out there, only 50 per hour. He gives so much confidence. Thanks Bilal so much.

Fantastic experience: Practised with them for my g2 and ended up passing on my first try! Very informative and supportive throughout the whole thing.

Negative experience: The driving instructors are extremely tardy and don’t commit to the agreed upon appoint time. Their response to be late is filled with attitude and is extremely rude. I had to wait 30 min plus and was constantly told, “I’m almost there, 5 mins” . Don’t recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Great driving school! For a person who had no experience with driving they taught me really well and made the whole experience easy. Those 10 hours in car experience was very useful and sufficient. The mock test practice will give you an idea and sense of what to expect on the actual test day. Overall my experience was amazing and I got a pass my G2 test at the first attempt.

Communication both on and off the wheel was really easy, and not only was he knowledgeable towards the rules of the road, he understood the areas of difficulty for students and was able to assist using simple advice. Fantastic experience: Amazing Driving School! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to gain driving experience. The instructor Bilal is a very kind and supportive person. He takes the time & gives encouragement to help you improve with driving and prepared for the road test. The online lessons are pretty easy and thorough as well. The modules describe the rules of driving & traffic with pictures, videos, and fun activities. There is always help provided by the school when stuck with a question. 10/10 Driving School!

Fantastic experience: Just cleared my G-class driving license in first attempt (from G1 to direct G). Brother Bilal (instructor) was super supportive, patient and professional. I took 12 lessons within a month. He pointed out my weakness, boost confident in my driving which also made me more observant and helped in decision making . Give lots of tips when doing maneuvers, three-point parking, parallel parking, intersections, highways and much more. Moreover, mock test have been conducted prior to my test to give a better clarity (to where I stand and mistakes that has to be improved while giving test). Highly recommend for anyone who's looking for driving school or in initial phase of driving. All the best to everyone who's gonna give driving test!
