Negative experience: They don’t communicate properly, They changed the time and date so many times, There was an incident where we agreed on a time and then the day before they changed it back so I had to cancel my plans that I made that day for their mistakes

Fantastic experience: I am fully satisfied with the experience I had with Urban Driving Academy and passed the exam on first try in North West Van with a strict examiner all thanks to proffessional attitude and Instructions of Hamid. I had only two classes with Hamid one 90 min class and one 60 min class and he gave very nice instructions on the items that may fail one during the exam with no extra talks or advertisements about their school which I really liked about him. Fantastic experience: I took the 90 minute course 1 day before my road test. My first road test failed, I actually thought I had enough experience and knowledge but I didn't, so this 90 minute course was the best investment ever in my life. He taught me so much and I realized that learning from a professional is really a game changer. If I hadn't taken this course from Hamid, I am 100% sure that I wouldn't have had a chance to pass the exam in North Vancouver because there were so many construction zones and tricks. He showed and taught me everything, so this class 5 road test was very easy for me :) Thanks Hamid, you are a good man

Fantastic experience: I took the driving lessons package including lessons and Road test with the school's car and it turn to be a success! I passed the Road test at my first attempt with any problems at all. Lessons were easy to scedule even though my schedules were pretty hard and it took me only few weeks from the day I started to the day I got my B.C driving license. Taking the lessons before attempting to pass the Road test was a good decision - I couldn't have done this without it. Driving in B.C looks easy, but the manouvers that they are expecting from you are hard to learn as a European driver without the lessons.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed learning with Souren who was patient, encouraging and very throughout with giving me all the safety and driving tips. I have a learning disability and they tried very hard to accommodate my difficult learning style. The company cares about their students very much, letting me try learning from different resources and teachers so I can fill in any knowledge gap. They want to help students enjoy the driving process in the long term, not just as a chore. I will definitely learn from this school again when I upgrade my license.
