Fantastic experience: Had to contact customer service to inquire about a billing situation and the girl I spoke with was very considerate, patient, and kind. She got my situation resolved as quick as she could so I appreciate that. As for my instructor, Hassan, he is very knowledgeable and knows how to teach driving well! Fantastic experience: Amazing driving school! I've had experience with multiple driving schools in Hamilton but I will say this one is the best. I had experience with two instructors, Usman and Javaid, and both of them were consistently amazing. I am usually an anxious driver and I know I make a lot of mistakes while driving. They helped me correct it and encouraged me to be the best driver that I can be. Also special thanks to Javaid for accompanying me to my road test during what should've been his holiday. I am super grateful for his support and because of that, I passed my G on my first try!!

Negative experience: The instructors need to make sure their students are properly trained and ready before bringing them into the highway. This morning a new driver entered the 403 going 60km per hour creating an extremely dangerous situation for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Five stars for my in-car lessons instructor, Kishwar! Kishwar is a warm, patient, and responsible driving instructor, and I have really enjoyed learning how to drive with her! She is always on time to lessons and keeps consistent communication with students outside of class. She gives her full, undivided attention and focus on the student and the road during class and never picks up her phone to call or message. She also teaches in a way that is easy to understand. I greatly appreciate her wisdom and non-judgmental attitude towards her students as well, it makes for such a safe and comfortable learning environment. Overall, she is such a wonderful instructor and I would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I am very thankful for the lessons I learned from UK. He is an outstanding teacher and will correct your mistakes. People sometimes complain that driving lessons are expensive. Think about the following. Driving a car is a serious matter and a big responsibility. These instructors risk their lives and the lives of other drivers by letting an unexperienced driver take control of a machine that can travel well above the 100 km/h. They use their experience to make out of you a conscious driver that will not endanger himself or those around him. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I took lessons with UK from G class driving before Covid to successfully pass my G2. I called him again recently for lessons to pass my G test. UK is patient and positive, he listened to my specific concerns and helped me improve my skills drastically. He helped me build my confidence and successfully pass the test. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I took lessons with Kishwar as my driving instructor to prepare for my G2 test. I had taken lessons with two other instructors before and did not have a good experience with them, but my experience with Kishwar was great. I felt very comfortable talking to her because she was patient and always open to listening to my concerns, while also ensuring that I understood the techniques and rules correctly. She was also calm and encouraging which helped with my anxiousness and confidence. I felt very confident going into my test and was able to pass my G2 on my first try. Fantastic experience: To help me prepare for my G and G2 Tests I enrolled in some classes with Kishwar. She is an excellent instructor and was able to give me multiple pointers and advice as was needed. Fantastic experience: Am super excited to have taken Kishwar as my instructor. She is simply amazing and very very very patient and extremely open during her lessons. I failed my driving test more than once but when I connected with her she made the process very smooth and easy. I highly recommend her. Fantastic experience: Great instructor called Hassan. He adjust at your needs and endurance depending how many hours u need. He's always focused and on point, but also he can follow up special requests on areas that you feel weak, in my case reverse parking and stopping in the middle of the intersection on green light without green arrow. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: To prepare for my G2 road test I had taken lessons with the G-Class Drivers institute. I was assigned the instructor M Hassan and he did a great job with teaching me the essential driving skills to pass the G2 Road test and also to become a safe driver. He not only was a great instructor but he instilled confidence in me when driving on the roads. The driving skills which I had learnt from him are life long and will stick with me when I'm driving on the roads. I would highly recommend G-Class Drivers to anyone who is learning how to drive or would want to pass the G2/G road test. I would also recommend M Hassan as he is a great driving instructor and very knowledgable when it comes to passing the road tests and becoming a safe driver.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Kishwar. Before taking classes from Kishwar I had classes with 3 other instructors, not saying they were not good but Kishwar is “The Best”. Kishwar is such a dedicated instructor who doesn’t just teach you how to pass your test (which I did on 1st attempt ) but also boost your confidence and teach how to drive safely. Kishwar was always on time, accommodating as per my schedule. Another thing I want to mention is that Kishwar was never on her phone during class. Techniques I learnt from Kishwar are unique and individual definitely learns faster, specifically with 2 hours class you get to practice more (my view). Totally recommend taking driving lessons from Kishwar .

Fantastic experience: Had 10 hours with M. Hassan as part of the BDO training (5 2hr classes)It was easy to schedule times with my instructor and he came prepared for the classes. He was able to tell me exactly what skill we were practicing and what examiners would be looking for. Overall a great experience that helped with my confidence as a driver.

Positive experience: I have lessons from Kishwar. She will keep reminding details and very patient. I feel more confident after her lessons. Though her lesson is always two hours and I feel it's a bit long. After having 4 classes with her, I'm still really bad at parallel parking. I'll need to search YouTube to find the proper way of parking by looking at side mirrors. Because she teach me to look at camera not mirror.

Fantastic experience: I used to drive back in India however, everything was new in here canada as the rules were new and I was very nervous for my test. Kishwar gave me three lessons and taught me every single thing which I needed to pass my test and I did in my first attempt. She is very patient and she knows how to explains the things quickly. Negative experience: Terrible Experience ! Was told 180 to use Usmans car for my G2 test and an hour of practice Pre road test , as soon as met he than proceeds to tell me it was now 200 , following that he only took me out for a half hour and than proceeded to get me to park and wait while he talked to his other friends/instructors , the lack of driving practice Pre test caused me to fail .

Negative experience: I had a worst learning experience with one of the instructors KISHWER. She insisted me to take two hours of class which was too much, specially after my office . When I told her that two hours are too much , I got tired and could not concentrate, she did not acknowledge it and insisted me to take 2 hours lessons anyway . The reason was that it was more convenient for her to give two hours lessons to one client rather then switching between clients .She used to waste about 20-30 mins in every class by letting me drive on the straight roads. This way she got the time to be relaxed in those two hours and I was wasting my time . She took lessons 15-25 mins away from my house just to waste time . She never boosted my confidence and discouraged me by telling me that I was not prepared. She was very pushy and never considered the my situation .All she cared about was money and wanted to make as much money from me as possible. I was Suffering from fever one day and told her that I wanted to cancel my class , she told me to take a pill and come to the class , dat was very inconsiderate. After wasting $250 dollars I switched my instructor who helped me to clear my test in just 4 classes (1 hour class) .

Instructor M Hassan instilled confidence in me, taught me all the rules and techniques to smoothly and safely drive a car. His technique is so precise; once you learn it, you’ll perfect any maneuver. Fantastic experience: I passed my G2 test on the first attempt! I am immensely appreciative of Kishwar Baig for teaching me to be a safer driver and for helping me to build my confidence. Kishwar was a thorough instructor and ensured that I practised techniques until it was acceptable. She showed compassion and patience. Kishwar is such a nurturing individual that I will quickly felt a “mom-like” vibe. I could tell that she genuinely cared about me being a safer driver and passing my test. In each lesson, Kishwar was professional, punctual and communicated if there were uncontrollable setbacks. She offered me the opportunity to ask questions, attempt driving techniques on my own, make mistakes, and correct them. I took regular lessons with her for 3 weeks and it felt like I had known her much longer. I thought about postponing my test daily! I asked her several times if should and she said “Do the test”. On the day of the test, my anxiety was terrible. Kishwar gave me a few reminders and recognized that I wasn’t okay. Kishwar was patient and mentioned that she would not have told me to do the test if she believed that I needed more practise. I am thankful that I trusted her. Fantastic experience: I recently completed my in car lessons with Kishwar. She was so lighthearted and knowledgeable, as someone with an anxiety disorder I never once felt on edge or on the verge of panic while driving with her. Shes very funny and has lots of good stories about being a driving instructor and working with students. She is welcoming and was never harsh when correcting or telling me I'd made a mistake. I had never driven before my first lesson with her and now I'm comfortable driving in downtown hamilton! She explains things very clearly and always makes sure you understand/asks if you have any questions. All in all I had such a good experience and I'll always hear her voice in the back of my mind while driving. Such a genuinely good teacher and kind human, she has such compassion and patience for the learning process and im so grateful she was my instructor.

Fantastic experience: My experience with G-Class drivers was overall great. The pandemic made road lesson planning and communication a bit tough at first, but the uncertain times we’re in make that understandable. But the road lessons were GREAT! My instructor Kishwar helped me to quickly gain confidence on the road, especially since my parents don’t really let me use their car. I feel more confident now, and her patience & solid advice helped me get to that point. The tips she gave me on reverse & parallel parking also saved me so much practice time!!! Fantastic experience: I came across G class drivers just by the stroke of luck …they had a lot of positive reviews.. so I decided to give them a shot.. That was one of the best decision I made so far… Within the same day..a representative reached out to me and connected me with their chief instructor Mr. Usman khan who accessed my situation quickly over the phone.....So it was quick and impressive professional service to start with.… Honestly, being an absolute novice, I was pretty scared to sit behind the wheel for the first time, but within first half an hour, I realized that Mr. Usman has a profound understanding of the students psychology and skill set. It was an excellent experience .......as he was kind, extremely patient and highly motivational…with thorough understanding of all that needs to be an excellent driver on the roads. I think I took overall 7-8 frequent classes with him..and within exactly 30 days of getting my G1…..Yesterday I cleared my G2 road test in the first attempt!! ...All because of the help and dedication from my awesome instructor. Ms. Nazali and all of the other representatives were extremely quick to respond and very supportive anytime I needed a schedule change or any other support. I extend my heartfelt thanks, especially to Mr. Usman and all of the G Class Team for their outstanding service and am looking forward to my next G Test Classes. Negative experience: I called and inquired about doing driving school here a few weeks ago. The receptionist arranged to have someone call me at a suitable time when I am not at work and arrange to pick up my payment. No one called. I called again the following weekend and someone picked up and said he forgot to call me. We then arranged for him to pick it up the following “Monday at 5pm”. I went out over the weekend by bus while it was raining and took out the payment at the bank. On Monday, no one came for the payment and no one picked up when I called. They decided to call me 3 days later on Thursday after I’d gotten fed up and already signed up at another driving school. With that said, I didn’t feel safe putting my money into this driving school because I feel that they will “forget” to show up to lessons or not pick up their phone or call me back after I’ve already put money into them and would rather not be in that situation. This school needs to work on planning and organizing their time better so that they can communicate and schedule things with their customers better (and actually stick to plan).

Fantastic experience: Akdes was my instructor. He is very professional and very good instructor. I passed my G2 without any issues under his supervision. Definitely recommend him.

Negative experience: My instructor seemed to be a nice man initially, but he was sometimes dedicated to teaching and sometimes not so much. When I made mistakes, he sometimes made derogatory jokes saying I go to graduate school for an advanced degree and I can't drive. Also, the hourly rate for this driving school is ridiculous at $45 when I took lessons. I found much cheaper lessons in Toronto with much nicer instructors - and yes, I did pass my G2 when I switched instructors. I know this is a negative comment but I think it's important for instructors to be professional and have good manners when students are paying a high price for their service. And no, not all students will come in as amazing drivers because many of them do not have access to a regular car for practice. Some kindness and understanding can go a long way.

Fantastic experience: I had always heard stories from friends and family about driving instructors who barley taught and weren't much help. I had the complete opposite experience. My instructor, Hassan, was incredibly helpful. He gave advice in a way that dint feel critical and helped me develop methods to improve my skills in the skills I was struggling with. Driving after my lessons I still hear his advice in my head at every intersection and crosswalk. I can confidently say that if everyone was taught to drive like Hassan there would be far fewer accidents on the road.

Fantastic experience: I just needed a couple of lessons to refresh my mind and to rent a car for my G2 test today. G-Class Drivers was great! Usman was my instructor and he gave me some pointers and tips that really improved my skills with such little effort on my part. He was also very personable, the environment was comfortable, and he reassured me in my abilities which gave me more confidence. Especially during this pandemic, he was even prepared with surgical masks and sanitizer for his students. Passed my G2 test on my first try, thank you Usman!

Fantastic experience: My class was a small class but I took away a lot from it and our instructor was well-informed and offered some valuable tips when becoming a car owner. Appreciated that! Hassan was my car instructor and as a 40+ new driver, I was frustrated often that I wasn’t just great at this driving thing! Also learned during lessons that I had some unresolved fears around driving. He was so patient, encouraging and kind. I’m ready for my test and feel I gained helpful skills during my lessons.
