Negative experience: Unlike many others who had positive experiences with Globex, mine was traumatic and deeply disappointing. I was scheduled to meet someone from Globex at 12 PM at ICBC McKenzie for a practice session before my 1:20 PM road test last May 18. I called Raeed at 11:30 AM to confirm, and he assured me that his friend would meet me at the scheduled time. However, despite arriving before noon and waiting until 12:07 PM, no one from Globex showed up. After calling Raeed again, I was informed that someone would arrive shortly. This delay already made me anxious, considering the importance of the practice session. Then a lady from Globex finally arrived, I was surprised to see that she brought a Tesla. Having never driven a Tesla before, I refused to use it for the practice session, especially given the stakes of my upcoming road test. Though we didn’t talk about the kind of car I’d be using I think it would be just fair to think that generally, most people haven’t driven a tesla yet. I’m not sure if it’s just the same as any other car, but for a road test, it wouldn’t be best to jump into something you’re not familiar with. So, we went to pick up the car which I’ll use, as soon as we got it, she asked me to drive the car right away, and headed off to the highway without any warm-up which in my opinion, I think the best way to start is to get familiar with the car then proceed with maneuvers. During the practice session, she exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior, she yelled while I merged into the highway and when we’re on the highway. She started eating from a food box as soon as I began driving. While on the highway, she repeatedly shouted instructions such as "Go, go, go!" and "Make 80 make 80 make 80!" referring to the car’s speed. Her yelling was very stressful, and some of her words were difficult to understand giving me confusion on what she wanted me to do, which only heightened my anxiety. Luckily, no accident happened. I could ignore her eating, it doesn’t matter so much to me, it’s her shouting that traumatizes me! We repeated the highway route five times in the same manner before returning to ICBC McKenzie. When I asked her about the car’s features, which are crucial for the road test, she failed to provide adequate guidance. I was charged $240 for the practice and the use of their car for my road test. The entire practice session lasted only 15 minutes, this was far from the 45 minutes to an hour I had anticipated. Upon checking in for my road test, I was shaking and nearly in tears due to the traumatic experience. Unsurprisingly, I failed the test, primarily due to the stress and inadequate preparation from the practice session. Given the circumstances, I do not recommend Globex, the service provided was far below acceptable standards and did not prepare me adequately for the road test, causing undue stress and financial loss. I waited for the next 14 days and took my second road test and thankfully I passed. But that time, I just asked a very good friend to practice with me and let me use his car for my road test.

Negative experience: Worst worst academy be aware of this person he uses people money..He claim himself that he can make you pass in first try but actually he doesn't..he just wants your money ..He take money but after that he don't provide classes .. My husband keep begging him for classes ..neither he is replying nor he is giving money back.

Fantastic experience: Raeed is an amazing instructor. The 1st thing he did was calm my nerves and made me believe in my driving skills, even though I was low on confidence after failing a test once. His way of teaching is really unique and he will never loose his cool even if you make repeated mistakes. I drove with him for a week and he refined my skills, chipping away all the fear bit by bit, Building my confidence to a level where I was confident and passed the test with flying colors. Negative experience: Worst experience, i was there to get training for class 1, Can't explain how bad instructor Akhtar is, they claim on tik tok for taking money after you pass but after a person joins, he ask for money every time you see him. He claims to get everyone pass in FIRST ATTEMPT, but i have seen his guys struggling to pass, I wasted my $1000 but i am glad that i did not waste any more money than that and left this school, if you want to waste your hard earned money and time do consult Mr. Akhtar. NO SCHEDULING EITHER FOR YOUR CLASSES. I can keep writing it all day but will finish it with just this.

Negative experience: Drove behind one of their cars this morning Jan6th 2023 7:40am driving your white Toyota Prius. The teacher was going over the speed limit, and came to a dead stop in the middle of the roundabout with zero traffic almost causing an accident thankfully I was already giving space because of her odd driving habits. When I came behind her and flashed my highbeams she finally moved, but refused to make eye contact at the lights at the trans canada highway, and just kept sipping her coffee.

Negative experience: Very disrespectful academy. I did lessons with Munir last year and passed my test using thier vehicle. She took a picture of me after the test for Globex’s website and I specifically requested them to hide my face. Globex driving put my picture on thier website with my face showing for the past year anyway! I have repeatedly requested them to remove the photo for months, they claimed that they did, but my photo is still public on thier website. Never get your photo taken here.

Negative experience: Very bad staff, doesn’t know how to drive a truck themselves. Asks for more money right before your driving test. Doesn’t give melt training, just makes you sign on papers. Overall very bad driving school. Don’t recommend going at all.
