Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ABC Driving School. Peter prioritizes safety and excellent driving habits. He was also very clear, focused and kind. I felt very confident and well-prepared for the driving test.

Positive experience: He projected that I required approximately four additional driving lessons, suggesting that I would otherwise fail my driving test. While my turning and other maneuvers needed improvement, my subsequent driving performance demonstrated significant proficiency in my own car. Although his accent presented some communication challenges. Despite some negative reviews alleging rudeness, I found him to be personable. Ultimately, I successfully passed my driving test. Fantastic experience: Peter is a no nonsense to the point instructor. He is caring and wants the best for our new drivers. Each of my children did 10 + lessons with Peter. I could see the difference in both confidence and ability when it came time to drive the exam. At first they were a little unsure of how to take him with his accent but after a few lessons they settled in and now his catch phrases have become part of our families driving routine.

Fantastic experience: I Had my road test today. 1ST attempt. I PASSED it with a compliment for my speed and control. A very big thank to Peter, who is such a good instructor. He knows what is expected by examiner and what student need to do. I highly recommend ABC Driving school and its always good to start your lessons early as Peter always says.

Negative experience: beware of this driving school !!! The instructor takes money in full and when you complain about anything ,he cancels the remaining lessons without giving you a refund !!!! On the 28th of October I had a lesson book with mr Peter for 10am , we started our lesson and as usual I told him to speak slowly , one word at a time so I could hear him properly . I m a new migrant and I have been driving from my home country and also the country I just relocated from England . I took driving lessons with mr Peter so I can understand the rules here and successfully pass my test . We got into an intersection where the light turned green and I was confused I didn’t know what mr Peter wanted me to do , he kept on saying some many things at the same time so I froze, he grabbed the steering and moved the car off the road and then gave me back control of the car ,while driving mr peter kept screaming at me saying i claimed to have been driving why did not follow his instructions, i tried letting him know that I couldn’t hear what he was saying that i have begged him countless times to speak slowly but he won’t, mr Peter immediately started screaming at the top of his voice saying i m African don’t I have an accent too ? I was in shock and was wondering how he misunderstood what I said , I tried explaining to him that i don’t have a problem with his accent I only just need him to speak slowly so I can understand what his teaching and follow his instructions. At this point I was in tears because this was my 3rd lesson and I haven’t learnt anything and he didn’t get the fact that it was due to the communication. When the lesson was over mr Peter said he wont take me on my fourth lesson which I already paid for , he insisted I had to do four more lessons with him else he wont take me on my fourth lesson( this is pure theft) . I pleaded with him to do finish my fourth lesson first before making such decisions . But he insisted and wouldn’t do my fourth lesson I paid for . I strongly believe mr Peter intentionally takes money from people and refuse to finish the lesson . Mr Peter kindly refund my 75$ left !!! On that same day I went on Vernon rant and rave and mr peter had just done same thing to a 17yrs old boy and refused to return 150$ . We need to speak up and prevent this from happening to others !! Beware of this driving school .

She was a little nervous for lessons and getting out on the roads and in the busy city. Peter immediately set her at ease. He would always forwarn her of the structure of each lesson and go through each point and skill thoroughly prior to practicing and mastering the skill. She passed her N on the first try. We couldn’t have done it without Peter. He is the absolute best and we couldn’t recommend him enough!

Peter responded very quickly to my message and booked him in for a lesson to assess where he was at. He ended up making time for our son to get 7 lessons in before his test today, where he passed on the first try with no concerns raised by the evaluator. I saw an immediate change in my sons driving skills from the first lesson. Fantastic experience: 5 years ago I meant to make this review. However it's better late than never. I hired ABC driving school a week before my new drivers exam and was given the training to nearly ace my exam. In such short notice we pulled off a win. I think I took 5 or 6 lessons and learned things I didn't know or even think about. Without ABC driving school I would have failed for sure. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Sir. He’s very humble and teaching you each and every part of the test in detail. To show me how to identify blind spot, he went outside the car in the cold to teach me where I can see something and where not. He’s been a great mentor to me. And I’m sorry posting this review late. I got the classes from him in theJanuary of this year and I cleared it in the first attempt with him. I did fail couple of times before when I got classes from someone else as they don’t teach anything in detail and just sitting and telling go here and there. I totally recommend everyone to join ABC driving school if you guys wanna pass the driving test in first attempt. Thanks.

He is very punctual, an expert and knows simple techniques so that anybody can get confidence. Just beleive him as he is more experienced and knows far more better than us. Negative experience: Purchased 6 lessons for my son. He is a nervous driver and Peter was very abrupt. He would yell out pothole and then grab the wheel himself to swerve around the pothole, his heavy accent was difficult to understand. It was not a good experience.

He teaches you everything about the rules of the road, he can be a little harsh, but that's only for your own good, he wants to you succeed as a driver, and be a safe driver of course! Fantastic experience: Peter helped me develop habits that helped me to follow all the rules of the road, and he also made sure I understood why they were in place. He left me with a complete understanding of what is is to be a safe driver. He can be intimidating at first because he is somewhat abrupt with his instructions and corrections, but i never felt like he was trying to make me feel bad. I think his firm and clear instructions helped me develop a clear understanding of what is expected of a driver taking their road test. I passed no problem after taking lessons with Peter, and the instructor I took my test with even made a comment about how I must have taken lessons with a good instructor.

Negative experience: A few years ago I took 2 lessons with Peter. I told him right off the bat that I was very nervous because I had very little experience driving..while teaching me to drive he was telling me to swerve around potholes. Which I found that to be very odd.. especially when I asked what about oncoming traffic.. which he said don't hit any pot holes.. he wasn't very understanding with the fact I was nervous, he would count loudly AND 1 AND 2 AND 3 Go! If I didn't go he would raise his voice and say Go! GO! he told me that I needed many many more lessons.. he made me feel extremely uncomfortable so after the second lesson I stopped. Thank God I only paid for 2 lessons. I would never recommend him.. I ended up asking my uncle to teach me to drive and I passed my N first Go.

Peter is very patient, and supportive. I have seen other reviews saying he is hard on his students but he is just pushing you to do better. I started taking lessons with Peter about 2 months ago and was on a bit of a time crunch as I only had about 2 months to practice before my test. Peter did everything he could to fit me into his schedule for times that were convenient for me. I did not do any additional driving other than the time spent driving with Peter.
