Fantastic experience: I done all my parts of exams, I never felt by all this happiness when i was driving until my last day, Easy and perfect to find a nice and professional Admin like ‘Mr Gehad’ which is has fully of experience inside and outside the city, 10/10 feeling confident, Friendly and he ready to reviews a lot of ways for making you understand it once , twice and three without any of worry or fear while practicing on the road, that which was awesome for giving me many information and ideas that really let you step aside or stay away form mistakes and safe you of any issue you maybe encounter it while driving on the future. Fantastic experience: Had Ali as an in car driving instructor and have no doubts that he is one of the best there is. He could coach me on how I was doing without being overbearing or harsh. Fantastic experience: Despite having zero driving experience before I started Drivers Ed, despite being very nervous every time I drove a vehicle, Jacob taught me all the rules of the road in a way that made sense. Jacob corrected me every time I made a mistake, gave me tips on how to make certain vehicle maneuvers such as turning properly, parallel parking etc, and coached me on how to drive safely and effectively. I passed my g2 road test on my first try comfortably. The service iDrive provided is awesome and 100% worth the money. A++++

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service. I was screwed over by this place several times and wasted money for drivers ed and ended up with no certificate because they refused to contact me properly regarding my driving lessons. Edited to add: your reply to my review is absolutely incorrect. I was in contact numerous times to update contact info (thinking thats why I wasn't called and then still didn't get any calls). I also called AND emailed to question this plenty of times. In one of my emails I even stated that I was worried my time was going to run out and was reassured I would be contacted in time and again, never was.

Positive experience: Please fix your air-conditioning or provide a fan. It’s hard to focus when it’s extremely hot. Please provide manuals to students which they can read at home.

Negative experience: My daughter did the online course, then was told it would be a 6-8 week wait for in car lessons. Which ended up being longer. My daughters first 4 in car lessons were 2 hours at a time where she was not really taught much as the teacher would be on his phone on social media. The final 2 hour lesson was a different teacher who actually taught her parking. Thankfully we only took the course to speed up her g2 test which didnt happen because the in car lessons took so long to receive. I think i was better off not paying for these services because they were not provided properly. We would have just been better off waiting and having myself teach her like I had to anyway.

Fantastic experience: Passed my G2 today! Ali is the best instructor I ever had and I have been with different instructors. He exactly knows what you need to learn, very patient and kind. I have driving anxiety but Ali never made me feel that. He made me feel secure and confident about myself. Also, I found iDrive easy to work with, I did the online class which was very convenient. Thanks for the great experience!

Negative experience: Wait time from when I completed my online course to when my lessons started was so long. Even after my lessons started, it was very slow. The instructors are good but iDrive does not do a good job in coordinating.

Negative experience: First time I’ve had a driving school say that I can’t choose which instructor to get. Having different instructors each time is a recipe for disaster! And the way the woman talked to me on the phone was simply baffling. She was rude, short-tempered and hung up on me despite me thanking her for her time. I could’ve considered letting them choose the instructor for me (despite me wanting a female one, Fatima to be exact), but if the receptionist is so rude, I can’t imagine what being in the car with one of them would be like. Unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: Jacob was such a big help, not only teaching me soo many things , but making me feel so comfortable each session ..I was worried before my first lesson but with his jokes and his kindness made me feel very welcome and relaxed … I passed my G2 road test yesterday, all thanks to Jacob !!! Totally recommend him

Fantastic experience: Fatima did a great job preparing my daughter for her g2 test and making sure she was comfortable with all aspects of driving.

Negative experience: My daughter received her beginners on April 28 2023 and the girls in the office told her today her Drivers Ed is cancelled. Told me on the phone it's because MTO policy is 1 yr.....it hasn't even been year with her beginners. I'm still waiting for her to email me this policy so I can take it to the Ministry of transportation.

Fantastic experience: The online courses were very easily flexible to do. However, after I completed my course, I was told to wait 4 weeks to get an instructor… I ended up waiting 4 months to finally get somebody. Had to call left and right to find out what was going on, and finally found out they’ve mistaken my phone number all this time, regardless of text messaging between the instructor and company. Once that was settled, I got passed around from instructor to instructor for about a month, and when it came to my road test day, I paid for the road-test package that included the 1-hour session before the test… I only got 15 minutes out of the 1-hour session. Although I understand there were miscommunication, and traffic (train) made it longer to pick me up at my residence, but this experience it was definitely an experience I was not thrilled about. My rating for this would be 3-4 star minimum. Overall, the only good thing that came out of this experience was my last instructor, Ali, who was very patient with me, always on time, took his time to teach me the road and rules and gave me amazing tips throughout my lessons with him. ☺️ He always reminded me to always have confidence while driving and for that I am grateful to have him as my instructor. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have passed my G2! Thank you, Ali. My rating for him, alone would be 5-star all the way. 10/10 .

Negative experience: My experience with idrive is not good. The instructor taught my wife, road test rules in last lesson for 1 hour out of 10 hours course. Rest of 9 hours she taught her just straight driving on roads. I called the office but no good response.Then my daughter took the same course from other driving school and her instructor was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I want to amend my review. I was contacted by the Jacob (regional manager I believe is his title) of idrive. Jacob is a very kind person, he apologized and took full responsibility for everything that went wrong with our experience. He was able to explain how the online completion time plays a role in the wait times for in car instruction in a kind and reasonable manner and at the same time thank us for brining what was not working to his attention so that he could address it. Jacob did everything he could to "make it right" and my son will be a safe and licensed driver in the next 2 weeks. My son has repeatedly told me that his instructor Bilal is a fantastic teacher, that he has taught him so much about driving safely and made parallel parking a breeze! He has immense patience and has taught my son to be a the very confident driver I hoped he would be. I would recommend this driving school, their customer service has been second to none and Bilal is an amazing instructor.

Negative experience: This school is completely ridiculous. My daughter lost out on so much time driving. Instructors were always late. Always switching instructors. And nonsense things like going through car washes on her driving time. They don’t communicate with their clients. For being an MTO approved school they need to get more organized and give clients what they are paying for

Fantastic experience: I had Jay as my driving instructor. Before driving with Jay, I had only driven a couple times because I was always nervous to drive. Once I started driving with Jay he made me feel super comfortable and helped me learn from any mistakes I made. He made the rules of the road very easy to remember and always explained things throughly. He never had any problems reiterating things if you didn’t understand them. He is super reliable and is someone I highly recommend as an instructor. If you get him, you’re super lucky! I passed my G2 test the first try and I owe it all to him!

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Jay. He's extremely patient and calm; never raised his voice at me or got frustrated with me. He knows exactly how to turn an amatuer driver into a good driver, and can guaruntee a road test pass if you do as he says. Couldn't have passed the road test without him.

Fantastic experience: Ali(my instructor) was amazing, he prepared me for road test in two weeks. He also taught me how to drive on highways which will be tested in the G road test.

Negative experience: ETA (after owner's reply): I did not request any specific driving instructors. I made it clear I was willing to work with any one who was available, and had open availability till July 1st to accomodate the schedule. Furthermore, I have repeatedly been trying to get in touch to discuss and work towards a resolution, but I am unable to reach anyone who can discuss this. Extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. I joined iDrive in early May for the beginner's drivers ed program. After finishing the online portion, I was told there would be a 4 week wait and then I was assigned an instructor. 4 weeks later, when I got into the car with my instructor, the first thing she does is accuse me of stealing someone's else's spot to get my lesson sooner. I needed to complete my lessons before July 1st, and I explained this multiple times to the management. I tried contacting them to resolve this issue however they kept putting me off and saying "we'll call you back". They never called back and when I finally called them they kept saying we can't accommodate you anymore. Terrible experience - I feel like I flushed my money down the toilet. Do not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience: Ali was my instructor for my in-car driving lessons. He was a wonderful instructor. I was very frustrated with long waiting time to I get the in-car lessons. However, Ali made me feel relaxed and helped me from the beginning. I felt very confident when I completed my lessons with him. Ali taught me everything that I need to know to be a safe driver. He was reminding me of anything I might have forgotten while waiting in the car for my road test. I think he was as happy as I was when I passed the road test on my first try. If I asked any question even after the road test, he always got back to me. I would be very happy to have Ali as my instructor when I am ready for the lessons for my G licence. Fantastic experience: My Boy Jay was super cool to have as an instructor. I figured I'd name drop him because I told him I'd leave a positive Review. I have also had you guys before and you were great, very patient, well informed and of course very respectful.

Positive experience: PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! It has been 2 weeks since our payment, did not receive any service or update, receptionist kept us waiting and did not let us contact the owner, nor the instructor. This is a business that has created unprofessional and humiliating rules that does not allow a client to receive a refund. I have received a message from 3 different numbers, stating "Hi, this is your instructor Hussein". After the police had to get involved, the actual Hussein gave me a call and told me he had no idea he was assigned to me. So, who was posing as the instructor and giving me fake numbers when I asked for the superviser's contact? The owner Hammoud has completely ignored my accusations and has not sent me the instructions on how to get a refund, instead, he sends me a link and tells me to write a formal apology! For what? For asking what is rightfully mine? I have no other option left but to sue this company. I feel bad writing this review because I don't like writing bad reviews, however I just need to warn others before they make the same mistake as me. Thank you! EDIT: The owner has finally given me a refund after 3 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend iDrive. I had little time to take the class before my G road test, and Jay Mitwasi was able to book a helpful class in time. His tips was essential and very useful to learn and use them during the road test. Thanks for his class I pass.

Positive experience: My experience with idrive was a good one yet still frustrating. One of the reasons I chose idrive was because you could do online learning which I assumed was more convenient because it states that you can learn "at your own pace" however this is not the case at all you have 3 hours to complete what you can a day, at the end of the 3 hours the course kicks you out and you have to pick up where you left off in 24 hours. This can really be difficult to manage if you have work/school so "at your own pace" is very misleading. It took me 10 days to complete the online part of the course doing 3 hours a day. The online course can be confusing for example it will tell you the correct way to steer is hand to hand steering but my instructor thought me hand over hand which can be very confusing assuming you've practiced hand to hand. You may find more of this whilst going through to online part of idrive. Now after completing my exam it says you will be contacted by your instructor in 4-7 weeks. It took around 8 weeks for me to get my first lesson. Then afterwards I some what expected to be taking 2 lessons per week . This was not the case. it was extremely inconsistent. it seemed like it was random, and there was no scheduling at all, i would get a text whenever asking me if I could do a lesson at a certain time. So if you really want to get the benefit of knocking 4 months off your waiting time for the G2 test just be aware of that. It took me over a month to complete the 10 hours of in car lessons. Now as far as my instructor. I was fortunate to have Ali. My time with Ali was great! You can tell he has a passion for teaching and he really loves what he does, he has a great knowledge of the road and greater way of explaining the things you need to know. I've never felt more comfortable driving and performing maneuvers thanks to him. It was almost therapeutic it's like you're talking to a friend while he's teaching you how drive which was very beneficial for me as I passed my G2 test in the first try! Thanks to Ali he really gave me alot of confidence on my driving this was the best part of the whole course. So to anyone looking to choose idrive as there drivers ed I hope my experience can inform you on what you're purchasing

Fatima was very kind and patient with me and worked at my pace so I could get comfortable driving. Fantastic experience: i started my experience with IDrive back when i took drivers ed. The class was very informative along with the in car sessions to come after. Fatima was my driving instructor and probably the best instructor i know!!! A lot of my friends also had her and I would recommend her to anyone along with the driving school. I ended up making my sister complete her in car sessions with Fatima which ended up in my sister passing her G2! As of yesterday i am a full G driver. I was nervous for my test so i reached out to fatima and she was so willing to let me practice with her twice before my test. She gives the best advice and will always let you know what you need to improve on before taking the test! i was successful in my test yesterday because of her dedication to me and my learning. Negative experience: Incredibly unprofessional. The driving instructor turnover rate is awful, my brother had to switch driving instructors twice. His classmate who also took the same course has also been waiting forever to get road lessons.

Fantastic experience: I had a great extremely good experience with iDrive. My instructor, Assaad, was very patient and kind. He knew my skill level and shaped the lessons to fit it. The test was SO much less intimidating after completing this course.

Fantastic experience: My in car lessons teacher was Hassah, honestly He is one of the best teachers, very relaxed and understanding. We had some great chats while learning and he was wonderful when i made certain mistakes, he didnt make me feel stupid at all while I made mistakes. Definitely would recommend this school to new drivers.

Fantastic experience: I think that Idrive is the best driving school there is. The online classes were very easy to navigate and understand. It went at a steady pace that I was able to keep up with. When it came to in cars, I had the best instructor ever. Assad is the best and taught me how to drive extremely well. He was very patient when teaching the road rules, and the maneuvers I needed to know. Everything he taught me allowed me to pass my G2 test, first try, with flying colours. I feel extremely confident driving on my own now, because of the skills he taught me. If you can I would request to have him, he is the best.

My instructor was beyond patient and caring, and ensured I learned not only the basics, but all the other things I needed to be a good driver. Fatima is an excellent teacher and I'm glad I got to learn from her :)

Fantastic experience: I had Ali as my instructor for my in-car driving lessons and he was excellent! I learned so many new driving skills from him and gained a lot more confidence in my driving abilities after each lesson. I really appreciated all his help as he took his time to explain everything about driving and the rules of the road. He was very nice and was always available for whenever I had any questions so now I feel prepared to take my G2 road test. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Ali and I drive for anyone looking to take driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with IDrive driving school. I completed both my in-class and in-car lessons with them. The in-class lessons taught me everything I needed to know before getting behind the wheel, and kept me interested as well. I did my in-car hours with Fatima, and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. She was so patient, and always encouraged me to do better. She taught me all the techniques I needed to be a safe driver. I would definitely recommend IDrive to anyone trying to get their license.

Fantastic experience: I got Ali as my driver, and he was amazing. He told me that if I did exactly as he said, I’d pass the g2 test with no mistakes. I quickly completed all my lessons in a week and did my test the morning after and passed with no mistakes! If it wasn’t for Ali, I wouldn’t be the first in my family to pass the test on my first try and with 0 mistakes! He was a really fun guy to talk to and was so nice and funny and taught me the smallest things I never knew about driving. Would recommend 100%.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with the in-person instructor AlI Hussasi. I had no prior driving experience. He was very understanding, patient and tolerant of my naivety. He taught me everything necessary for G2 perfectly, and I passed my test in the first attempt. Instructor Ali comes highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The online course was good since i could complete it at my own pace, which let me fit it into my busy schedule. My driving instructor Ali did a phenomenal job. he provided great advice and answered questions even outside instructional time. I was going to rate the school 4 stars since it took a few weeks and a couple of phone calls to get a driving instructor, but Ali did such a great job it bumped it up to 5 stars.
