Positive experience: Overall, my experience was good. My instructor, Kawaljit, taught me how to drive and park, and I was able to pass my driving exam on the first try. However, he was sometimes impatient and quick-tempered, which made the lessons stressful at times. Additionally, I purchased a package that included an online course, but the website was not very user-friendly. It was difficult to navigate, and I encountered several issues. For instance, it often wouldn’t allow me to resume where I left off. The website design and functionality definitely need improvement.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, experienced instructor, they give excellent knowledge of all aspects of driving and making sure that the knowledge is up to date as possible best driving school in Edmonton.

Negative experience: I have witnessed this company's vehicle go over 100 km on the whitemud, and then 2 other times cut somebody off on the Whitemud again and didn't even signal. I now have him on video. The next time I see him, tnt police will get the video and I'll identify him. We don't need more bad drivers on the road. The city of Edmonton.closed all the private companies I thought because the increased bad drivers that were coming out of these places that weren't trained themselves.

Negative experience: I wanted to express my disappointment with the level of service and professionalism I experienced during my time with your driving school. It was disheartening to see a lack of care and commitment towards students, which is especially concerning given the importance of driver education. As a customer, I expected a more professional and supportive approach from the school. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and it has left me feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience. Definitely I do not recommend this driving school.

Negative experience: Took a while for lessons to start after registering online. After only one lesson, instructor couldn’t accommodate stating she doesn’t come to north (I would hope they plan ahead knowing where their students live during registration). Then I was asked to wait almost three weeks for my next lesson. Asked for refund, no reply for three days. Upon refund they deducted $52 from my $520 for only ONE HOUR. I didn’t do 15 hrs class practice and 9 hrs on the road. Played the waiting game and wasted a month and a half just to start and schedule lessons. If you really want efficient and fair service go to ONS or AMA driving school.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to start off by saying from the beginning of the staff answering the phone they were so pleasant to speak too and really took the time to go through everything with me along with sending me information. I ended up getting the 10 hours + classroom at home and I found that to be so convenient seeing how I live a bit away which included the instructor coming to my pick up location and than dropped me off for the actual driving practice. My instructor Gurpreet was fantastic I honestly don’t feel I could have done it on one try for the road test myself because the stuff he showed me was so important but to the point that I felt even me who has troubling remembering and stuff he showed me precise and to the point information that helped me learn it and remember it. I was crying with joy when I heard i passed and like I said getting it on one try is achievable with Edge Driving School. You guys opened so many doors for me in my life I can’t thank you enough. Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience with this school! Mani is the most unprofessional man-child I have ever met in my experience. She cussed me out, a 16 year old, for asking her not to yell at me while we were on the road as it would only further confuse me. She responded to this by swearing, yelling, and kicking me out of the car. If you want you kid to associate good experiences with driving, do not sign your child up for edge driving school!

Negative experience: Worst instructor I ever meet with low patient and focus just to expand hour not knowledge of student. They don’t accept card payment for extra hour also which is ridiculous. They don’t share much about rules and regulations in 1st 10 hour course , they just tell you is you need to drive more . They won’t treat you as student , their full focus is on extra money not on student’s confidence and driving skills. Won’t suggest them for new learners . I didn’t saw reply option so I am editing my review . If someone writes negative reviews then they won’t be your students ? How could I forget instructor , who ask $5 after dropping me back home after I was failed in road test .

Fantastic experience: During the process of getting a driving license in Edmonton, Canada we inquired with many driving schools around, but what stood out was the friendly approach and understanding our requirements. Since I already had my UAE license, I needed some coaching to understand the various signs and familiarity to the driving conditions. specially in snowy conditions. Heartful thanks goes out to Mr. Kawaljit Virdi, who patiently explained and coached me to get the driving license in the first attempt. Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my experience with this driving school. Kawaljit Virdi is patient and understanding. He created a comfortable environment that is conducive to learning how to drive. He understood that I was very nervous and he made my experience enjoyable. The way he explains the rules of the road and driving it self is very digestible and easy to understand. I passed my test on the first try so I’m grateful to Kawaljit and the school! Positive experience: Did not use their service but was driving behind them in a driving area that had a speed limit of 70 km/hr and they had their student driving 15-20 below the speed limit. Driving below the speed limit at such a defecit is a hazard to drivers just as much speeding. Teach them to go with the flow of traffic please
