Fantastic experience: Arrow star is a great company as well as my instructor Mr. Bilal! The courses are enjoyable as there is a little cute robot teaching you the rules and regulations of the road. As for my driving lessons, although driving on the road for the first time was intimidating, I was comfortable as Bilal guided me through first driving through neighbourhoods and teaching me different methods of parking. Each lesson was very enjoyable as we would converse while I was getting used to driving on the road. Due to myself impatiently wanting my license, I already booked my test even though we had 2 more classes left. With only 8 classes I had passed my test thanks to Bilal!

Negative experience: I have had worst experience with instructor, he took full money in advance and he forgot about the classes, later day on wards we need to follow up or keep messaging him for the class. He will tell i am not available for next 10days and will take up classes close to test date. Do you believe he did not even taught about blind spot and did not introduce drive center main route till the last day. And he will keep discourage the people during drive, may be because they would not let people pass on very first attempt, so its beneficial for them on next road test I went to other driving school and they are too excellent in shaping our skills Seriously Please ignore this school…

Fantastic experience: I did 4 G lessons with Billal and got much more out of those lessons than I would have thought. I ended up passing the test on my first try. The car was great, and maintained very well. Billal himself was an amazing instructor and always articulated what I could improve on. He also had me drive in a lot of different areas, entering and exiting the 401 at different points. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Billal was a great instructor ! I passed my G2 my first try! We practiced test routes and driving techniques that would most likely come up on the test. I was able to ask questions during lessons without feeling rushed or stupid. Negative experience: My nephew went to an instruction here and did not pass the test. I sent my son here months later and based on the description of the lessons can confidentially say it's best to spend your hard money elsewhere. He passed with my assistance with little to no help.

Negative experience: Unfortunately instructor was late for lessons here and there (which he did not make up for time wise as payment took place in advance) and on the test date booked another drivetest - the drivetest location is notorious for delays (which he told me) meaning the other student he had could not use the vehicle that they had paid for. Instructor also denied extra lessons (which I offered to pay for) but instead wanted me to pay for a re examination fee for the vehicle. He does not remember all the students who have signed up, as he takes all the money but none of the responsibility. I had warned the instructor of health concerns and a deadline as my licence was too expire. Instructor had also ignored my messages regarding appointments for lessons and only paid attention when I requested part of my money back (of lessons unused) MONTHS prior the test date. Instructor spent the wait time waiting for the test to take place playing tiktok videos on blast - mind you this is a man in his 40s with a family. I had a headache, improper preparation (he spends most of his time scrolling on his phone during lessons without saying anything and did not introduce me to the highway for the test until the day off in a panicked hurry, throwing a whole lot of instructions), unprofessional conduct. Try another driving school and safe your money. Reviews are most likely conflate from family members and friends.

Negative experience: I took private lesson. Instructor is so rude. I had experience in driving so i didn't make any mistake in half of my lesson. I did only one small mistake he yelled instead of telling what's wrong. I asked him I'm weak on left turns. He said "look there, look there, look there and go! what is so hard? !!", and laughs at me.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I passed my G2 road test and that is quite an achievement for me. Well learning process was fun and informative. My instructor Shamaila Masood, was very nice and helpful. She always answered all my doubts and questions clearly even the smallest or the silly ones. One more thing I'll point out is that she adjusted the timing for most of the classes because of my availability which was mostly weekends or evenings. Fantastic experience: My G2 test was approaching in a few weeks and failure was not an option. It would inconvenience myself and my family greatly. So I needed to make sure I did everything in my power to prepare for my test. But I knew I could not do it all by myself, I needed a helping hand and that's where my instructor Bilal came in. Words can not describe Bilal's skill and professionalism but I will attempt to do so. He is experienced, calm, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and extremely talented. His parking methods work, no matter the car. On my test I was easily able to perform a perfect parallel park and front park thanks to Bilal. Personally, I find reverse parking to be the easiest and this is only because of how easy Bilal's method made it. He also has an understanding of cars and the purpose of their design. It allowed him to give me priceless advise on how to use my mirrors, in what situations to use them, and how to get the most out of them. My G2 test was a breeze, I passed with flying colours on my first try. A result that might have been different had I not been taught by Bilal. If you want the same wonderful experience I did, give Arrowstar Driving School a try.

However, I felt like I needed more classes and was willing to pay, but had to do them on my own with friends and family because the instructors here are very busy and do not accommodate such requests.
