The instructors have individual teaching plans. Chang is very nice person. He is extremely patient even when young students have challenges. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: I started my driving lessons with Asma at the beginning of may 2024. Her lessons started off calm and helpful. However, the more we got to main roads the more panicked, rude, and overall bad at teaching she became. She was often on her phone not paying attention, but feeling the need to use the break when it wasn’t needed. In many situations she put me in dangerous situations, including yelling at me to stop when in the middle of an intersection with a yellow light. I was already over the line when the light turned yellow so I proceeded with caution and she panicked and wanted me to hit the breaks. After this, she lectured me about how you should never stop in the intersection…‍♀️. This is one of many examples of how Asma was as a teacher. She also wanted to merge across two lanes last minute and lectured me telling me I should have never done that even though she told me to….‍♀️. I cried after most lessons with her. When it came time for my 10th lesson and test she ghosted me. My texts would not go through and I was told she went on vacation and that the school didn’t know when she was coming back. I was quickly reassigned to Chang who was wonderful. He taught me in a car I never drove before on the day of my test and calmed my nerves. Although I was highly anxious during the test, I passed on my first try. I was supposed to have extra time for a refresher (11th lesson) and did not receive that. Money back would be awesome. I thank the secretary for putting me with Chang so last minute and to Chang for being so helpful, calm and for coming so far out of his way to help me out so last minute. I am highly disappointed with Asma and do not recommend her to anyone as an instructor. I attribute my passing to both my parents for practicing with me and helping me learn as well as Chang.

Fantastic experience: All Star was truly a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend it enough! The in-class lessons were so enjoyable (in Richmondhill) and I had the great honour and pleasure of driving with Massi, my in car instructor. Over the ten hours we really bonded and she is the sweetest lady who only wants the best for her students. She is also very on time and highly reachable. Massi is a wonderful instructor who has helped me improve so much! Thank you All Star and Massi for the help I’m so grateful :)
